I bought this a few weeks ago and it was super easy to use the site and order this watch for my wife. It only took 5 days for it to make it my house with standard shipping so I was very pleased with that. Thank you Kate Spade!

My girlfriend brought me this watch for my birthday because she knows how much I love Kate Spade and how much I love watches. This is my first Kate Spade watch and I absolutely love it. It is super classy and delicate. I normally like big watches that'll cover past my wrist but this one is perfect. It is light and I forget I have it on. This may be the start of a Kate Spade watch collection.

I've owned this watch (or an older version of the pale pink metro watch) for around 5 years now, and I absolutely love it! It is simple and classic, and goes with everything. By now though the band is pretty faded and I'd like to get a replacement instead of buying a different watch, but I can't seem to find them for sale anywhere?? Is there any way to purchase a replacement band for this?

I got it as a gift for christmas and I absolutely love it. I wear all the time and it goes perfect with every outfit. Simple & Cute !

Easy to use website, looks great in person, showed up in plenty of time

I've had this watch for 4-5 months and absolutely love it! I'm not sure why they call it a hybrid watch.. and I'm glad I read the reviews as there are NO hybrid features. I still adore the watch though. My only frustration is with the band It's worn down on the bottom and it doesn't seem like it will be an easy replacement. Other than that, it has a great look and feel to it!

LOVE my watch. It is simple and neutral and I love the background. The pearl is luminescent and beautiful. The only downside is the watchband got severely worn down and discolored after a year of daily use. Would love the option to be able to switch out the band because I love the face so much

I just received my watch in mail yesterday and I was very dissatisfied. The quality of it was not what I expected. I wish I could've gone in-store to check it out but with Black Friday being the day I purchased it I was not about to wait in-line. I love Kate Spade and I actually have a purse that was gifted to me and I love it but this watch did not impress me at all whatsoever. I want to return it but I dislike the fact that I can't even go in-store to exchange it for something I like. Not impressed.

This product is listed as "metro vachetta leather hybrid watch", but there are no hybrid features to the watch. I was pretty disappointed. I know that Kate Spade does sell hybrid watches, so I don't understand why this one isn't when it's in the name. If it is a hybrid, there are no instructions or indication, so I really doubt it is. Also the strap is a lot more nude than pink, which I was also a little disappointed about.

Got this watch for Christmas a year and a half ago, loved it for a year until six of the little gold bars for the numbers fell off, and interfered with the hands' ability to turn so the time was always off. Eventually the hands stopped working as well. While I wore it, I took good care of the watch (didn't get wet, wasn't banged etc) so very low quality.

I was really excited to finally get myself a new watch and fell in love with the classic look of this one. I've been wearing it for a little over a month and the watch band color is rubbing off in all places where your wrist regularly touches things ie a desk or mouse pad. Thank goodness the top is still presentable but I'm pretty disappointed the warranty doesn't cover the band.

Bought a near-identical watch from Kate Spade and within about 3 months of usage one of the gold numbers from the inside has popped off and is now bumping around in the face of the watch, consistently jamming into the hands and keeping them from moving, so the time is usually incorrect. These watches say they have a 2 year warranty, but if you need to use it be prepared to be given the runaround before being sent over to Fossil (who manufactures Kate Spade watches) where they will tell you that you may have to pay for parts of the processing/repair even though they recognize the warranty as valid. Beyond that, even a minor repair will take at least about 8 weeks. Complained about it to customer service as I wear this watch day-to-day and at that point would have to buy a new one, and was met with a "nothing we can do." Those little gold numbers and accents are of unpredictable quality, which interferes with the functionality of the watch, and I would've been much better off purchasing a watch elsewhere.

I picked this "metro hybrid smart watch" because of the way it looked. Upon receiving it I had no instructions on how to use its "smart capabilities". After complaining to customer service I see they changed the name to just "metro watch" interesting.

Watch was delivered in flat rectangular box (not in a watch box as all previous watch purchases). Box did not contain any information about the watch. Usually I receive a small booklet with the watch explaining how to use all of it's features. With this watch I received nothing. I have not idea what these 'hybrid smart watch' capabilities are or how to use them. When I called customer service they said this was a known issue and there was nothing they could do at this time. I am not happy with they way this watch was delivered.
