Well, it is not the cute bag it was. It is now a stiff bag that is not as comfy & sweet as my other two in the same style. There is now this stiff plastic inter-facing around the top of the bag and I wish I could take it out of the bag, but I would have to do too much cutting. I LOVE the Turtle Dream print outside & inside the bag and that it is upcycled cotton, I will not return the bag, but I am very sad the style had to get a bad sew-in adjustment (Large Piece of Plastic Interfacing Placed Inside Around Top Of Bag!-Yuck!).

This bag looked bigger online. It is not at all what I expected. I love the pattern but the bag itself is smaller than I wanted. Won't return it because I love the pattern.

I have bought at least 6 Glenna Satchels. The latest one I ordered, for some reason is a completely different design??? It was advertised on the website to be exactly the same as the previous purchases. What's going on??? Which design of the Glenna Satchel are you selling????

This purse is so much smaller than I expected. I admit I was a limited disappointed in its size. I will definitely order a bigger one next time.

I have several VB bags. Quality is nit in this bag. Material, stitching,etc. Way over priced.

But this us really a glorified lunch bag. I don't think it would hold a standard plastic container made for lunch. What i mean us, although it us shown on the model, its much smaller. The advertisement appears larger than it is. I'm very disappointed.

It appears to me the Glenna bag has been reduced in dimensions and the price has increased..I am very disappointed and will Not order anymore bags from Vera Bradley.

I have a Glenna from last year but they've changed the shape. This is long up and down and narrow width. If you're going to change it it should get a new name! This is the first product I have ever returned in the 10+ years of buying Vera.

I was disappointed in the size of the purse. I have always bought Glenna Satchels, they are a perfect size, but the Glenna Satchel in Snow Globes was much smaller. I do love the design and quality of the product.

I own 5 Glenna Satchels. I just loved this pattern so I purchased it online. When trying to transfer my things from the Glenna I am now carrying to this new one, they would not come close to fitting. This bag is significantly smaller than the others that I have. Not a fan of the change. The older version was perfect in every way.

I absolutely love the glenna in microfiber. It WAS my favorite vera bradley. Love the size, style, and material but sadly the straps keep coming apart. Vera bradley replaced one for me and I just had to throw that one out because the leather was separating from the straps again.

Looks nice in the picture and being able to adjust the size seems like a good idea, but the material is too thick for a Drawstring to draw smoothly. Bulky and not functional.

I spoke to a person on live chat and ask them what was the solid background color behind sunflowers and I was told it was navy! That's why I ordered it! IT'S BLACK!!!!!@

Very disappointed in Glenna I just received. I have been ordering this shoulder bag for many years and loved it. It is now much smaller and inside pockets smaller. It WAS the perfect bag. I will be retuning this bag as it no longer serves my purpose for a shoulder bag. TOO SMALL !

There use to be two sizes in this purse. But since these clueless young women have taken over it's see their person extremely too large or very too small it's become cheap the threads come undone class zippers break these purses are like cheap junk that's overpriced

I was disappointed that there was nothing on the bag to indicate it was a Very Bradley bag, except for the paper tag that says VB and the price tag. Both have to be removed. I thought I had a knock off bag. There was no leather on the handle or side satchels. I called customer service and the response was it was for environmental reasons.

This has always been my go to bag, just the right size. The last one I ordered was smaller. I think you should advertise that it is a smaller size. I know you put the sizes on the description but if we are used to buying that bag we don't read the size. All you would have to do is put new size on the description where we would notice.

Disappointed that beside the paper tag there is no Vera Bradley label. I truly wondered if I bought it from Vera Bradley. Also, the shaping is not what I expected.

How many people have to tell you the current Glenna is smaller and the straps are too short? It's not a shoulder bag any more. Either go back to 12" or add a crossbody strap. The patriotic plaid is too small and too short. Every time you raise the price, you shrink the bag. It's becoming a girl's purse, and I don't have a young daughter to pass it down to. This one may go back.

I have purchased several Glenna bags over the years. I was so excited to see the Glenna in Patriotic Plaid so I ordered as soon as I saw it. What a disappointment!! The bag is narrower than my previous, the cinches on the sides are useless when you try to open it quickly & my biggest complaint is the size of the straps. I have always carried my Glennas as a shoulder bag but forget it with this one. The straps cut into my underarm with just a t-shirt on, forget it wearing a jacket. I compared to my others & it's considerably shorter. So back it went. I've been waiting for a new patriotic print for a long time so I was very disappointed I had to return it. Please bring back the old style!!!!

I've purchased this bag for a number of years and the quality is just not there anymore. I'll be sending this one back and search for something elsewhere. Too expensive for what you get.

I don't like the new design of the Glenna: the deep bucket-like shape is not as user friendly as the previous wide roomy shape. I've bought my last Glenna.

I was so disappointed with this bag. Pansies are my favorite flower but this didn't look much like pansies to me. I was going to purchase the matching eye glass case if I really liked the design - but sorry no way - not with this pattern. Prices are also getting out of hand and have to wait for sales - won't be interested in purchasing in the future. Just my honest opinion!
