Pretty print. The bag is roomy but flimsy: needs to be stiffer.

It's OK and like any VB handbag the stitching is perfect. However, I am still trying to find a handbag as perfect as the Turnlock Satchel. When you announced you were discontinuing that style I bought everyone I could find. The design was perfect--a place for everything. I got more compliments on that bag than any I have ever carried. If you brought it back, I would buy it again. I love showig it to people and how it's made.

This pattern was just a little too bold for me. Loved the style. Already own four Glenna Satchels

My sisters and I gifted this to our mother. I think she likes it, it's a bit small for her. Design wise the straps on the sides seem to be longer than needed and might catch on thing as she is out shopping. She likes the pockets.

You have changed the design of the Glenna Satchel. It is too tall and narrow now. A satchel should be somewhat dumpy--wider at the bottom but shallower. This new design just doesn't work as well and while we are chatting, please remember your fan base was ALWAYS the older woman. Well she still exists and she still wants the quality and style she was always accustomed to. Please stop changing the designs to what you offer now, go back to the older satchel model and remember---we might be older but we still buy your items and still want what we are used to getting.

Handles are too short! Does not work as a shoulder bag.

I love the older version of this bag. This one is just okay.

Beautiful but too dark

I like the bag it is nice but it is not a true Vera Bradley bag the zipper had ribbon on and usually has Vera Bradley name on the ribbon. . It also has an out side tag Vera Bradley. .I have a lot of true Vera Bradley bags. Thank you. Mary

I did not realize that there was drawstrings on the side. That is a little weird to me. I like that it is deep.

Although I love the style, the colors were not as vivid as in the picture which is what I was looking for.

There is nothing on my bag that says Vera Bradley. A tag on the outside would be a nice touch. I even looked to purchase one on the website but didn't find anything.

Inside is dark hard to find things

Not near the standard that they used to be. Seems to be cheaper material and accents. Would not purchase again, especially at this price point.

Every time I order a new Glenna it seems to get smaller but more expensive. I was carrying an older version that was rectangular when my stuff was in it. This new one is square, a full 4 or 5 inches narrower. The pockets are narrower too. There's no Vera Bradley leather logo on the front pocket any more so you can tell the front pocket from the back, and no piping or "leather" strips on the straps that help to keep the bag on your shoulder. I only keep buying Glenna because it's so easy to transfer the contents from one bag to another. I can only carry older versions in the winter because the newer short straps don't work with bulky winter coats. Please go back to the older versions!

I have had several Glenna satchels and have enjoyed each on until this one. The fabric is too dark, the inside is very stiff, and some of the storage areas have been rearranged. The return was handled quickly, which was appreciated, and a different style replaced this one.

Really, Really Cute, but too small for all I carry. I will use it on special occasions and just remove some of the stuff I carry.

This bag is smaller that bags like this style have been in the past. I am very disappointed with the fabric and color. Vera Bradley seems to have lost the eye catching colors. Very disappointed over all. This may be the last VB bag I purchase.

This is definitely not as nice as the original. Too small and bunched up, straps way too short to wear as a shoulder bag. Functionality fail, not impressed.

This glenna was smaller than the one I had bought before. Love the pattern, but definitely thought would be a little wider.

Colors look faded

This purse has a lot of room and fine compartments. It is well made as I find all of Vera Bradley's purses. The design and colors are not as cute as I thought they would be though.
