I am fairley new to the brand and was happy to discover it. I have many peices in water bouquet pattern and love the psttern. I also went on line and found a older retired patten i liked. I now have quite a few pieces in thst one i was able to find. Let me tell you my disapointment in the decline in quality! I will NOT be buying any new current patterns anymore. I will stick to the old retired ones as long as I am able to find them. Then search for a better quality brand. With increased priceing and declined quality i say no thank you to vera bradley. I sure hope they pay attention to these kinds of reviews. I really want to love the brand but after my discovery of how much they have cheapened the pruduct line its really not for me. Howerver i love the current patterns.

I returned it due to small size

The strap opening is too narrow to fit over the handle of my carry-on. That was one of the main reasons for the purchase!! If you squeeze hard, you can make it work, but it takes a good 5, and the line behind you as you enter the plane doesn't want to wait!

My purpose for buying this was to stack it on a rolling carry-on suitcase. I have seen older styles of this product where the strap on the back slips over the handle of the carry-on. However, on this one the strap does not fit over a suitcase handle. I can't imagine why it's event there. I will be returning this item.

Bought to use as a carry-on for a recent trip. It was a good size, easy to carry, held what I needed it to hold. Unfortunately, when packing for the return trip noticed that the lining was already coming apart. Expected better from VB.

I love VB bags and have several. Sadly I am incredibly disappointed that they no longer come with the chip board in the bottom. Now instead of looking sturdy and crisp when full, they are limp and sag. Not at all like the photos shown on model body in photos on web. PLEASE return to the boards and give us back the look we love!

Having the weekend travel bag already, I thought I'd purchase another one as a gift. This new weekend travel bag was a great disappointment. The size was not nearly as large as my weekend bag, and was not at all roomy, as described in the product details. 7.5 inches deep is not deep enough. And so, since the design has changed, I was forced to return it. Too bad, because the old design was a perfect size., plenty deep with room for your items.

I loved this bag, love the color and love how versitile it is and could not wait to take it on my international flight as a carry on. In the first leg of the trip the should strap broke right as I was getting on the plane. The rest of the trip I spent lugging the bag through airport after airport with just the handles. Very disappointed in the construction. The strap isn't fixable and I absolutely love the bag.

I recently ordered a Weekender bag in heather. I was so excited when it came in, but i am just now getting a chance to use it. when I packed the bag, I noticed that the shoulder strap didn't come with the bag!

I love this pattern i have the wallet. And I honestly love everything about it. But the bag arrived with a few tears. I ended up stitching them up because I needed to use it fairly short after getting it. So besides how it arrived I love the bag.

I returned it because the quality of that pattern was flimsy. Poor quality

The Zipper is not sewn onto the front pouch with enough material so the pouch does not sit flat and straight. The zipper when shut sits in a wavy pattern like it is bunching up all around the pouch even when filled. This is not the first time I have received on sale an item from the Vera Website that is quite irregular. If you read this please send me out a replacement asap and a prepaid return mailing label.

I ordered the new weekender in mocha rogue in anticipation of a christmas trip. Unfortunately, when it arrived I tried it out with my samsonite rolling luggage(carry on and large suitcase).........the trolley sleeve was too small to fit over the trolley handle of either suitcase. So, very disappointed! I need a bag that can be placed over the handle of wheeled luggage. The bag itself was well made, pretty, and nice pockets. Just not useable for me and my samsonite. It was sadly returned. I would recommend measuring your wheeled luggage handle and verify that the trolley sleeve will work on your individual luggage before ordering.

I don't love the pattern

This bag is much heavier than expected. When EMPTY, it weighs nearly three pounds. I was going to use it as a carry-on bag but it's too long to comfortably fit under an airline seat. As another reviewer stated, little metal knobs on the bottom would be nice to keep the fabric clean. It's just too big and heavy and is being sent back.

Not what I was expecting! The color is horrible and that material is so cheap. My first time ever to not receive what I thought I was getting. So cheap looking for Vera Bradley! I have bought so many bags and never been disappointed but I can't say that anymore! I am % disappointed!

Colors inside and out are beautiful. Bag is very heavy compared to my older Vera Bradley bags of same size.

I do not like this bag not as structured as I had hoped..not easy to carry on shoulder and handles are short.

I have always used the quilted weekender bag by Vera Bradley. Saw same bag in recycled cotton and decided to order. What a disappointment. The material was so cheap and the bag looked like it was already old without ever being used. The bag also had no structure and just kind of flimsy. The inside had the same components as the quilted weekender but was far from that bag. For over $100 this bag was not worth it. I immediately sent back to the company.

I love the bagHOWEVER I am extremely disappointed in the quality. During my trip the grommets on the shoulder strap fell apart on BOTH sides. I was concerned that it would rip so I had to use the arm straps for the remainder of the trip.

No the size I'd hoped for

The bag is too small for a weekend visit and too big for a handbag. It is too masculine on the outside and too feminine on the inside so no one wants to use it. I can't even give it away.

kinda disappointed... didn't realize it had hedgehogs in it until i received it .

It fell apart the first time I used it. Need to return it
