I have had these for a few months now and am very impressed. They are very comfortable, with little break in needed. I have used them on hiking trips, and archery hunts for elk and antelope. They have never let me down, although I haven't had them in seriously wet conditions yet. They have held up well. Will definitely get another pair when these finally wear out.

In the past I ordered size 11 but I got 10.5 on these shoes and I'm glad I did. Perfect fit! Go to a store to get sized correctly. It took couple of weeks to break in. Appears to be very durable after 2 months.

I almost never do reviews, but I felt compelled to comment on these boots. They fit amazing, are completely waterproof and fit right, right out of the box. The support I got from Salomon was amazing!

second pair, absolute best shoes i have ever owned.

This is the only shoe I wear. at work or hiking this boot helps my feet. After 21 years of naval service my feet hurt not with these.

To chyba pierwsze buty grskie, po ktrych nie miaem adnych odciskw... Le wietnie na nodze, maj dobra i tward podeszw, ktra sprawia, e na szlaku nie czu zbytnio kamykw pod stop. Buty s ciepe i wietnie oddychaj. Polecam!

I purchased these just before a difficult elk hunt that is only in a wilderness area. I knew I would be hiking up and down the mountains a lot over the course of the hunt. I wore them for a day prior just to make sure they fit and didn't cause any issues with my feet. Right out of the box they felt great and fit like a glove (I purchased the wide version). My hunt wasn't successful :( but these boots are money! I hiked just under 60 miles over 6 days with about 10k of vert and although tired, my feet didn't get any blisters, were not fatigued, and didn't need any time to recover. There was zero break in required and these just performed. They are light and very comfortable! The traction is excellent! They held up well with 30+miles of bushwacking performed on the hunt. This was my first Salomon boot and it will not be my last!

this is my second pair. I wear them everday for work. These shoes are comfortable and well built. My job has me outside somedays as well as in and they are great in both environments

This is the third pair of the Mid GTXs I have bought. Love them, nice fit, lite weight and comfortable. Wore them for a seven day hike in the Scottish Highlands, my feet stayed dry the entire week.

Great support round the ankle asked mainly for low level walks in the Perthshire hills

Have owned this boot for a while now and I can't say enough about it. They are with out a doubt the best boots I have ever owned. They are light comfortable and there is literally no break in period for these. These soles are the best I have ever had on my feet. I generally have to put orthotic in my boots but these don't require that at all. Will never own a different brand of boot again.

Ive had my pair for going on 4 years ive put well over 400 miles on them and there finally starting to split at the toe box after crossing and climbing some rock fields in montana. If your looking for one of the best mid hikers on the market you cant go wrong although there not heavy built enough for agressive terrain and rocks youll be happy with these on any trail.

Der Schuh sitzt perfekt und ist auch auf langen Wanderungen sehr bequem. Trotz Gore-Tex ist der Schuh auch bei warmen Wetter angenehm zum tragen. Klare Empfehlung!
