I read several reviews regarding the best sneakers for cross training and HIIT workouts. The Reebok Nano 8.0 came up in several reviews, so I thought I would give them a try. I initially ordered a size 7 based on the Zappos reviews that I read, but the 7.5 were a better fit for me (my normal size in sneakers). They do run wide to allow for cross training/HIIT moves, but they fit my average-width foot fine. I liked the style of these sneakers, but I could still feel my plantar fasciitis when wearing them and didn't find them to be comfortable enough so I sent them back. For reference, I also tried the Nike Metcon 4, Ryka Influence 2.5, Nike TR Flex 8, and Nike TR Flex 9, but I ended up with the Adidas Crazytrain Elite Cross training from Amazon since Zappos did not carry it.

I read a ton of reviews and bought these shoes for cross-training, turbo, Ripped, HIIT, body pump, etc. I have pain on the lateral aspect of my left foot and wanted a pair of shoes that would alleviate or lessen the pain. After a lot of research I choose these Reeboks. Unfortunately, the 11's are HUGE on me. In other brands I wear a 10.5 or 11 (my feet grew from a size 10 after having 4 babies). I returned and got a size 10, since that was my only other option. Sadly those were too small. Be mindful of the sizing. I'd say from your truest size, order half size up. I would have gotten a 10.5 if it was available but Zappos does not carry it. I cannot attest to the durability or comfort of the shoe since I could not keep them, but I hope my sizing review helps someone out there :)

Love!!! My husband describes my feet as little ducks. I have a narrow ankle with a wider base. These shoes are awesome!! The toe box is wide enough not to squeeze yet still feels secure. As for the color... I’m not thrilled I would prefer a different look.

I got plantar fascitis using these shoes. I've been doing HIIT for years in ASICS with no problems. Purchased these shoes, and 3 months later I have shooting pains in my heel. The soles are very rigid and there's no cushioning. Going back to ASICS. I really wish I could return these expensive and useless shoes.

Love everything about this shoe! The padding is super comfortable and the sole is super flat. Awesome shoe for weightlifting!

Now that I'm in my mid-70s I appreciate the stability offered by the wide toe box and flat sole. Very comfortable... and I can even wear them with my toe-sox.

I didn't keep these, I eventually went with the INOV8 F-Lite 260 in Size 8 - but it was a really, REALLY close call. I liked the "bump" in the arch and the sticky sole of the Reeboks. I like the "sock" liner and how it felt around my narrow heel and the multiple lace eyelets which allowed for a really nice custom fit around the mid part of the foot. The only thing was the toe was just the tiniest bit too long on my left foot (my left foot is just slightly smaller than my right) and I was afraid of tripping. I nearly kept them just for a backup pair, it was difficult to send them back. Female, beginner XFit, with flat, wide, pronating feet. Ultimately the INOV8 won out for the toe bumper and _slightly_ more firm cushioning in the heel (for running).

This shoe fit me perfectly! I had to go a 1/2 size up, but it's well worth it. There's plenty of room in the toe box, provides great ankle support, which I really need, and supports my arches really well. My feet don't feel tired after my workout.

Feels great on my feet. Lots of stability for lunges and lifting. Haven't tried running with them, but I don't see them being ideal for anything over a mile. I like the style in general, though the toe box is strangely wide.

These are really great shoes. The overall comfort and fit of the shoe is good. the only problem is that the shoe and all my Reebok runners run small or true to size. My 8.5 always is short in length. I always have to size up a .5. love this one.

I initially ordered a 7 (I wear a 6.5 in all my street shoes) since I figured I'd want more room in the toes for working out but returned them for a 6.5. I previously was wearing Nike TR Flyknits in size 7 and I love these Reebok's way more!! Definitely recommend getting your regular shoe size in these. 1/2 size larger and they feel like they're slipping around on your feet which is not great for any exercise! Love them overall. Comfortable, squishy and cloud-like on my feet, enough room for my toes to move and spread out with lifting, not great for long runs but work great for sprints or shorter distances in my Crossfit workouts. Highly recommend these shoes!

I'm looking for lifting shoes and these would have been great but they ran large and were very wide for my foot. I should have paid attention to the reviews. They are so wide they look a little strange in my opinion. My search continues.

I've had these for a week now and I do a workout very similar to CrossFit. As soon as you slide your foot into this shoe, you instantly say "ahhhhhhh". Oh my gosh, are they so soft and form fitting, WITHOUT being constricting. I have average width feet with normal arches and the width and support are fine. One of my favorite things about these shoes is the wider toe box. It allows easier squats and is really nice for mountain climbers. I'm thinking I may buy another pair in another color so I can change them up, plus to get the added bonus of having the shoe twice as long ;) Zappos customer service is awesome as well. Next day delivery and packed well! Thanks Zappos!

Reebok Nanos are typically a half a size smaller than Nike Metcons for me. Wide toe box and flat bottoms as needed for weightlifting, crossfit, etc.

I am a true 6 wide. Normally I wear a 6.5 in trainers but the 6 fit perfectly for me. This had good arch support for my high arches but the sole felt too hard. I couldn't imagine doing sprints in these so they had to go back.

Although I trying to find a tennis shoe to use for boxing, this shoe did not work. The toe box was a little wide and the fit was not like my other shoes. Trying to find a shoe to replace!!!

I order half a size up and use for beach body workouts - cardio and weight lifting. Feel great and are better than my previous cross trainers by Reebok. Much quieter and more flexible. Happy.

I wasn't sure I could wear these. They are slightly narrow and just a little short in the toe. After doing some bodypump in them for awhile they are a lot more comfortable now that they're broken in.
