I ordered my normal size and had to return them for a size smaller because they ran very large. Others have said they are true to size, so maybe I got a weird pair or something. Overall, they are comfortable and appear to be fine quality. They are lightweight, which is great, but I am afraid there may be a tradeoff with long-lasting materials like plastic vs. metal eyelets, glue vs. stitching, heavy vs. light soles, and lightweight insulation that I cannot imagine is as warm as something thicker and heavier. These shoes have what I expect are less expensive, less heavy-duty materials, but the result is still comfortable and very light. I have not worn them in cold/snow yet, so I can't speak to their warmth, but they do well on light likes, mud, rain, etc. I haven't tried anything more intense, but I think they'll be fine. They look good with pants. I'd recommend them, but it's also worth shopping around for something that fits your aesthetic, price range, etc. because there are probably others that are equally "good," but different on each of several dimensions.

The fit is great. Husband wanted a good supporting shoe to wear on the farm. He will order another pair to have as an extra to wear to town. The farm footwear gets dusty and worn looking after a while, so it's good to have a pair for off the farm as well! He loves the brown color....doesn't seem to show the dirt and dust as quickly as black Thanks for making this great shoe!!

Great hiking shoe, normal colors (some colors in these hiking boots are odd) but these are normal looking. Pretty comfortable, but can't beat the light weight feeling of the North Face Men's Ultra Fast Pack. This would be my second choice.

I liked the color scheme of these shoes. My other preferred brand stopped making my favorite model in a similar color scheme. I decided to give these a shot. The boot is constructed well and I couldn't see any defects or shoddy stitching. While size is true, the width is very narrow in the fore foot. I don't have particularly wide feet but these are so tight I have to wear them very loose to avoid discomfort and pressure points. I have worn them multiple times over several weeks and they are still as stiff as the day they arrived. I was hoping they would break in a little but that is not happening. There is no arch support to speak of and the soles aren't particularly comfortable or supportive. If these were available in a wide width, they would probably be okay but with the narrow fit of the regular width, I'm going to have to give up on them due to discomfort.

The sole began tearing free from the shoe within two months of ownership. Comfy enough shoe, garbage quality.
