This is really a beautiful shoe, true to my size 12M, flattering and comfortable even to my sore old feet. I was looking forward to the gunmetal color, described by some as a nice neutral, but what I got was a true metallic gold - yellow gold!! Not what I like to wear, and they are going back.

I did like the look of the shoe. However, it was not the right fit for my feet. The back of the shoe came too high up the back of my leg, which caused rubbing on my skin. I knew if I kept these shoes, I would be in pain.

Wish the back zipper top did not dig into me when I walked, loved the look overall, but was afraid i would get a blister from walking with the back rubbing up against by skin.

When I first got these sandals I was very excited. They are adorable and so stylish. They were extremely comfortable until I wore them all day. The back of both of my ankles had little cuts from the threads rubbing against my skin. Back they went. Zappos was great to make an exception and let me return for a store credit. So cute is one thing but not so cute when you get cuts. Companies need to think of these small details when making shoes!

CONS: There's some stitching at the top of the zipper that cuts into my ankle so I have to put on Moleskin every time I wear these. The material that goes between the zipper and the heal is a bit hard and cheap feeling. The shoe feels a bit narrow for my wide-ish medium foot, but I've walked about a mile at a time in them and been ok. The footbed lining also isn't very breathable and I'm sure these puppies will smell more quickly as a result. The gunmetal metallic color is lighter and more sparkly in real life than in the photo, which makes it look a bit cheap. As someone else noticed, the zipper pull clicks when you walk, so in a quiet space it's a bit annoying, but not noticeable walking around outside. PROS: generally comfy despite the flaws - some decent cushioning in the footbed, the strings across the top are stretchy enough to allow space for a partial arch-support insert, if needed, but the shoes aren't loose at all. The shape doesn't push my big toe in at an awkward angle the way so many women's shoes do (I am NOT about giving myself bunions, yall!). Overall, not awesome, but I'm tired of looking for sandals so these will do.

These sandals are well made, beautiful and comfortable. However, I am returning them for one reason; the zipper in the back makes noise when you walk. The sound is noticeable, and is why I am returning them.

The back of the dug into the foot and it just felt tight and constructing on a cold day. Returning.

The size and fit were fine. However, after wearing this shoe (gunmetal metallic color) in the house for about an hour, the zipper irritated the back of my ankle so badly that I couldn't wear them anymore.This despite the fact that I have this exact shoe in black and it is very comfortable. I ended up having to put bandages on the back of my ankle in order to wear another pair of sandals that I've had forever. I will order another pair of this color, hoping that this issue is an isolated one for this particular shoe. As far as looks go, this is an adorable pair of sandals.

Such a shame. I loved everything about this shoe, but the back of it goes up so high it was cutting the back of my ankle just wearing them around the house. Going to have to return them, but it makes me so sad!

Very pretty shoe with cushy leather insole. If you have really high arches slim width feet but thicker from floor up and skinny ankles this is the one. My bad for not seeking adjustable sandals.

LOVED this shoe - it was so cute and comfortable. But the zipper tab was SO LOUD. Really disappointed to have to return it. If not for the noise, would have been a keeper!
