I wear a 12m...This shoe ran about a I/2 size to big.

I was looking for a black flat with arch support and a cushioned heel. This is that shoe. This flat is awazing! I will probably buy every color they have.

THe shoe is cute and comfortable, but it looked like someone already took it for a test drive. IT had a little stain. IT didn't even come in the original box. If I am gonna pay this much for a shoe, it better be pristine. THis is the reason I give it ***

I usually wear an 8.5, but based on my recent experience with another pair of Earth shoes (which I kept and find very comfortable), I ordered an 8.0 and 8.5 (both wide width) to try. Unfortunately, both were too big. The 8.5 pair was hilariously large, and I walked out of the 8's due to the shoes being too long for my foot and having a wide heel. (The width in the toe box was perfect, though.) I hate to have to return both, because they seem to have good support, and they're reasonably cute. I had major foot surgery last year and can't wear just any old shoe, and what fits is often so unattractive, but these just won't work. The search for a supportive flat that fits continues... So grateful to Zappos for the awesome return policy and overall great customer service.

Good style for wide comfort shoes!

Very comfy work shoes!!

I'm always looking for a good pair of flats and these are great! They don't have as much arch support as Dansko's, but more than most other shoes. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5; I got the 8 in these and they fit perfectly.

Very comfortable and they are cute.

I love these shoes. They are really comfortable. I want every pair of shoes to feel like Birkenstocks, and these have similarly supportive arch support, and I can wear them to work. Win!

So happy to have found this shoe. More than I would have liked to spend for a simple ballet flat, but they are comfortable, feel well made, and I know I'll get a lot of wear out of them. They've also got decent support for the type of shoe. I wore them straight to work without breaking in and lasted a long day with no issues. For reference, I walk about two miles as part of my commute.

Loved these flats. I have wide feet and wear an 8-81/2.Based on reviews I ordered size 8 wide. Right shoe fit great, but unfortunately with my Left foot bunion and problematic L baby toe, the left shoe felt too tight across toes. Had to send back. Nice heel cushioning and decent arch support

A cute shoe that is very well made and seemed comfortable. Unfortunately, I have a narrow heel and the shoe slipped off, so I had to return them.

I am a pretty consistent size 12M, one foot 1/2 size smaller, and sometimes an 11 in sandals. Based on most reviews saying these ran very small I ordered size 11, and surprise - they were size 11! Quite too short for me, but seems like a nice flat, with proportions and toe shape that flatter my long foot. The Navy color is a dark navy, nicely done. Think I will return for a 12.

Fits good in length. Too tight/narrow at the toe box for me. Everywhere else fit good. The style is simple but pretty looking (not grandma looking). If you don't need a slightly wider toe box area then this shoe will be great for you. If you're like me and need a regular fit everywhere but a wider toe box, then look elsewhere.

I wanted these to work because they are an attractive well made flat but where the toe box cut hit me right across the bunion on my foot. May work for others but unfortunately not for me had to send them back.

These felt a little short and tight width wise. If you have wide feet or even slightly wide feet, the regular width version will be too narrow for you.

I’ll never understand why the inside of shoes are not made of something soft and fluffy like moleskin. These shoes fit well on the foot and provide all-day comfort EXCEPT for the inside material. As my feet warm up even slightly, the inside becomes grippy and tacky, creating hot spots on several parts of my feet. The only option is to wear no-show socks, which we all know aren’t truly unseen.

So disappointed with the style and fit of this shoe. Very unflattering with bland lines that make the shoe look shapeless and clunky.

There are huge leather labels in the bottoms (footbed) that are sharp and very uncomfortable.

I wanted to like these. Simple, classic styling; good arch support. But, I wear a 9. I ordered an 8.5. I should've ordered an 8. Also, there is a tiny cut out at the top of the heel with a tiny elastic strap that bridges the gap and it rubbed on the back of my heel. So, I had to return.

This shoe is darling cute. Too bad the sizing is so badly off. It ran really big. I buy 12 M because it is next to impossible to find a 11 1/2 plus I have had several foot surgeries so even though my foot is very narrow, I need a more generous toe box to accommodate for my crippled toes. Fit is always a problem for me, but this shoe was easily a full size or more too large for my foot. Also it is cut very low on the toes and I am sure even a correct size, I would walk right out of them due to the style. Very, very cute, but they are going back.

These shoes are HUGE!!!! And I ordered my recommended size. They were perfectly nice, but I could not evaluate the fit, since they were falling off my feet.

These are going back. I discovered Earthies line of Earth brand shoes a few years ago and loved how solidly made their shoes were as well as the anatomical foot bed which supported my high arch. Things have changed recently and I'm no fan. This is the second pair of Earthies I have ordered in the last few months and sent back. While these look boring I thought they might offer the same level of comfort and fit as past Earthies shoes. Instead the shoes feels less sturdy, almost cheaper, the foot bed is now a cheaply made insert that pulls right out. The arch support on the insert hits my arch further back now and doesn't feel as comfortable or supportive. Plus these new arch supports create a suction sound when I walk. Super annoying. I would continue to buy Earthies if they went back to the previous materials and arch support.
