Extremely comfortable... felt like I’m walking in cloud

These sandals are amazing! Due to a back injury, I am limited in the shoes I can wear. I have a difficult time finding comfortable, flat, stylish shoes with enough cushion in the sole. These shoes were perfect from the moment I tried them on. The leather is super soft. The sole has cushion, and they look cute with many different clothing options. I love them and will buy the other colors available.

I am a true 8 1/2 M. It is unfortunate that this shoe/sandal is only available in whole sizes. Based on previous comments, I ordered a 9, but it was too lose on the heel and very “gappy” across the strap. I then ordered an 8, but found that it hurt where the shoe hit the top of my big toe. The strap across the top was still a little big and gapped, but overall the sandal was a little short and it almost looked too small. The style is adorable and the leather is very soft, but anyone needing a 1/2 size may have a lot of problems with a good fit. My overall low score is based solely on the fit.

You have to love Zappos! I other editors a size 9 because I’m an 8 1/2. The reviews suggested to size up. Well then we’re too big. I contacted Zappos and they sent the size 8 out before the receiver the 9 in return. The 8 fit great. They are so comfortable I love them. Thanks Zappos. You made this crazy situation an easy one to rectify!

I bought these in the tan color, which is really nice. shade. I found these sandals to be very comfortable and supportive. I was looking for a pair of comfortable walking sandals that wouldn't be orthopedic looking for combined city/beach trip. I walked all day in in them over multiple, consecutive days and they remained comfortable. I have lower back problems that get aggravated if my shoes are not supportive and cushioned and I had no back twinges or pain wearing these. My shoe size runs larger than a 11, but smaller than a 12 and the 11s fit perfectly despite my moderate bunions. They are my new favorite sandals! Born never disappoints.

These are one of the most comfortable shoes I own ... right out of the box! BUT the leather shows the slightest markings ... I’ve worn them twice and they look like I’ve had them for months :(

I really loved these for about 2 months until the strap just broke. They fit well, nice amount of cushion for walking around the city. The band does stretch out a bit with wear so they got a little loose but were still comfortable to wear. Then one of the straps just ripped! VERY disappointed with the poor quality.

Based on the reviews, I ordered a size up...great idea and mine (one size up) are PERFECT! This blush pink is WONDERFULLY MORE A NUDE COLOR! Yay!!! I looove this is the same color as my un-Tan foot color. That back heel strap has a small elastic that is good and tight and I get how folks say it pushes your foot forward. That size up is good for me - GREAT ARCH SUPPORT TOO!!

The sandal seems very well made, nice leather, versatile style for times when the chacos are too casual. Seemed like they would be comfortable and good for walking. I really liked these but sadly, I was between sizes for this sandal—7 was too big, 6 was just a little too short, and no 1/2 sizes. (I’m usually on the small side of a 7.) Have been having trouble with Born sizing the last couple of years, unfortunately—it used to be the one brand that always fit me.

This is the second pair of Born Trangs that I have purchased. I have very wide feet, bunions plus a hammer toe ??. These sandals make my feet look good! They are comfy and give me enough support. The peep toe style is cool enough for summer yet hides my unsightly toe! I ordered these on a Monday afternoon and had them on Tuesday before 2:00pm!!! Thanks Zappos!!!

Being shoes you are bound to get these shoes wet. I got mine wet when my niece was playing with the sprinkler in the yard. The shoes deteriorated after that. They stretched into a unwearable paddle that would not stay on my feet. The elastic that once held the back of the shoe to my heel was a stretched out mess void of all elasticity. Steering clear of this brand from now on.

These shoes are gorgeous and so comfortable!! I want them in every color!!

I absolutely love the shoe but.... the sizing is a little off like the other reviews mentioned. I would prefer a half size since my shoe has no wiggle room. Any wrong move my toes will hang out. This is the only flat that I’ve found that has a peep toe that doesn’t look like it’s for older women. Very comfy & the bronze color is awesome.

I would love to have these shoes available in half sizes, which is what I really need. I bought a pair of these sandals last year and when I received the navy pair I ordered a few weeks ago, I was reminded of the uncomfortable area where the edge of the shoe rubs my big toe. I remembered how I corrected this problem with a small area of moleskin and now I am enjoying the navy sandals just as much as I have enjoyed the gray sandals I ordered last year. I wore them frequently last year and they held up very well, look almost new and are very classy looking with jeans or with skirts, etc. I would LOVE to have a pair in several additional colors!

Adorable and comfy sandals. I instantly love the sandal as soon as I put on my foot. I purchased the blush shade and it’s unlike any other sandal I have I just absolutely love the color. I can’t wait for the weather to get warmer to go out and run around in them.

I had to go up a full size since I am a half size, but it worked, the yellow is really a soft autumn gold and is a better go-with-everything neutral than the usual various shades of beige or brown. The insoles are comfortable, no arch support so good for underpronators, plus you can't beat that toe coverage - I hate toe cleavage and I hate showing off toes that have not been professionally pedicured so this is my go to for summer. I ordered the black and am hoping they fit as well as the yellow, since the gold strangely did not fit well and was not comfortable at all..

These are the most comfortable shoes I have had in a very long time. I ordered the blush (light pink) color, and they are much more neutral, as another reviewer suggested. I usually wear size 9B, and that is what I ordered. The fit is perfect. There is plenty of room for my toes - no pinching or rubbing, and yet they do not feel loose. The slingback part has some elastic, so they hold my heel (which is narrow) in place very well. There is a moderate amount of arch support - not a large arch area like Vionic, but they seem quite comfortable and supportive to my foot. The leather lining and padding on the footbed make them feel like you are wearing (very nice) slippers.

Overall these were a huge disappointment. For about 2 months they were my favorite shoes and I wore them almost every day to work. Wonderfully comfortable and worked with all my work outfits. Then after less than 3 months of normal wear, the strap just ripped. I was surprised the quality was so low, because normally Clark’s are good.

I'm usually an 8.5, but for shoes that don't have half sizes, the 8 is always right for me and not the 9. This still holds true for this shoe. I got the 8, and it fits perfectly. The shoe itself is well made, comfortable, and stylish. I was concerned about the back strap being either too tight or not tight enough and slipping off since it isn't really adjustable. But thanks to its good design, it stays put while still being comfortable. Great purchase! I love Born shoes.

I wear a 9 and it fits perfectly. They are very comfortable. I love the navy blue and the blush that I bought. Wish they had a little more arch support. Would love the black to come with a tan insole. Waiting for another special offer so I can buy the yellow. I recommend highly. Customer service personnel are all exceptionally nice. Will definitely purchase again !

I usually wear size 9.....these size 9 sandals were a perfect fit. Comfortable right out of the box. I have bunions and hammer toes — these sandals hide those problems nicely.

Here's the 411. Beautiful shoe. HOWEVER, I am used to wearing Vionic's wonderful arch support and Born could and would make a fortune if they improved the arch support on the shoes they make. I now remember why I stopped buying Born. NO arch support. Maybe I'll keep and buy some of those sticky arches you can put in. They are very pretty. Shame.

I love Born shoes as they always fit me. I was looking for an unusual sandal style, and these were perfect. So comfortable, and the strap just stays put! Loved them so much I ordered another color!

This is my third pair of Born Trang's. It is a comfortable style and looks good with different levels of dress.
