Even though these shoes were not for me but for my daughter, I'm giving them a five because she loves them and I love Zappos' customer service. I ordered her size but the shoes seemed to run a half size smaller. Called up Zappos and they over nighted me a half size bigger at no extra cost even before I returned the original pair. I know that may not seem like a big deal to most on here but for a father way out of his depth who ordered the wrong size 3 DAYS before the start of school, it was huge. Thank you Zappos for the excellent and friendly customer service - and for talking a dad down from the ledge.

Amazing shoes! I purchased these to replace my old Innov-8 and didn’t realize what a difference it would make. My feet didn’t get fatigued after two hours of working out like they normally did with my old pair. These also helped a lot with balance. I love doing pistol squats, Bulgarian squats, plus other workouts involving a lot of balance. These helped a lot with absorbing shock, which helped me with my bad knees. I love the colors and style. They’re definitely my favorite pair of workout shoes. The only thing I noticed as a negative was it seems like it gives too much cushion when I’m doing deadlifts with heavy weight (145+ lbs) I do prefer my Innov-8 with less cushion when doing deadlifts.

These crosstrainers look SHARP. I love the shape of them and how they look on my feet. It took a couple days for my feet to adjust to them and to break them in, but I'm so glad that I did. I usually buy Asics, but I could definitely get behind inov-8 shoes. I wear an 8.5 in Asics and needed a U.S. 9 in these.

I have a normal heel and a slightly wider foot. While the shoes were a nice width, they had very little arch support. My arches were literally hanging over the inside of the shoe; I had knee pain within just a few minutes of having them on. I think these shoes would probably work well for a person with a very narrow foot who needs space for their forefoot to spread. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere. I will say that the shoes were very attractive, lightweight, and well-made. I am normally a women's 10.5, but as others have noted, this shoes run small. I ordered a 10.5 and 11, and the 11 fit. I never listen when reviews say “order a half size up” because I tend to be a solid 7.5 in athletic shoes...however this message was so prevalent I actually listened and I’m glad!! These are the best looking cross training shoes I’ve had in long time. Only worn them for a boot camp class and 4 mile walk, but so far, wow! Very cushy in the heel, with a slim appearance (I hate a chunky sole), look well made. Impressed so far!

These run at least one size small. I have never been an 8 in any shoe and I’m about to do a second return, wondering if I should go 8 or 8.5 this time...

I wear a size 8 in almost every shoe I own. Not sure if it's the size conversion or the brand, but these ran small. I had to order the 8.5. The shoe was very comfortable and supportive and I can't wait until the correct size arrives. Using for gym cardio workouts and weight lifting. Not cushy enough for running.

I usually wear a size 9 in all my sport shoes, and an 8 or 8.5 in sandals or dress shoes. I needed a 9.5 in these for the length. The toe box is *very* roomy, so if you need width more than length, stay with your normal size. My size was unfortunately out of stock.

I have this shoe in a previous year's model so I ordered the same size. I was really disappointed to find it way too small. I can't comment on the comfort, arch support, etc., because I can't wear them.

I am a true womens 6 wide and normally order a half size up for training shoes. Despite touting a wide toe box, these shoes squeezed in the sides of my feet so I don't know what kind of freakish geisha feet they must have in the UK. There was virtually no arch support, and I have high arches so these had to go back.

these shoes are cute and very well made but they run very small. I normally wear a 10 or a 10 1/2 and running shoes and these felt about one size too short. otherwise they felt really good with wise and arch support and comfort… If I can get my toes in

These have worked out well. Initially I was worried there was too much movement in the heel, but I just wore a thicker sock. Suggested size by Zappos was spot on.

Good fit. Great looking shoes. I normally wear 7-7.5. They have a good amount of toe room without being too loose around the ankle. I wear for weight training and just around town. Laces could stand to be a little longer.

Not sure how they did it but this is the most comfortable training shoe I’ve ever owned. Gonna get an extra pair for everyday use.

Love these shoes! They have a good neutral footbed and are great for working out in the gym. So happy I took a chance on these shoes!

Absolutely love my inov-8! I finally found a sneaker that provides the comfort and stability I need. I love them so much, I just ordered my 2nd pair! They do run on the smaller side. I’m a 7.5 in sneakers, but ordered the 8. Perfect fit!

I got a half size larger based on Zappos recommendation, and they fit perfectly. Toe box is wide which is great for CrossFit/HIIT-type workouts. Laced up, provided a snug heel and mid-foot fit. I’m happy with them.

I normally wear a 9.5 and ordered a 10 first but they were too small so I exchanged them for a 10.5, which fit perfectly. They are comfortable and very cute and work well for a variety of workouts.

It fit well through most of the shoe but a little wide feeling in the toe box, wider than some other Inov8 shoes. It didn’t feel like enough lateral support for me. I thought these were really cute, so disappointed that it didn’t work for me.

I love these shoes! I do 3 HIIT/IWT/weighlifting workouts a week and these are perfect for my gym sessions. They have great grip, are super comfy and make me feel both stable and springy at the same time. And I like that the style is a little different from most shoes you see. So glad I found them-- this brand is new to me but I will be buying more.

Fantastic shoe. I use this for cross training HIIT workouts (read: lots of jumping, burpees, agility moves, etc). Shoe has nice arch support, a wider toe box (without looking hobbit-like), and flexibly strong sole. I kind of want a second pair.

These are the best shoes I’ve ever purchased! I cannot day enough about them. The color, the support, the laces. Everything is just amazing!
