Fit was slightly boxier than the other windbreakers he tried on. It is very lightweight material so is perfect for rain in summer unless layers are worn under it. He liked it, but wound up going with a slightly heavier fabric and narrower fit.

Perfect windbreaker! Only wish there were more colors.

Purchased several for our team members who work outside to assist with rain and wind during hurricane season. They have commented how light weight and easy to wear while working. Great deal for the money and well made, seem durable for our team.

I bought this for a light jacket and wind breaker, and it's worked perfectly. Sized right, light weight, hood, and holds up to wind and light rain.

Great fit, not too baggy or too slim. Pros: I haven't tested it in heavy rain but the light rain i've worn it in shows it is in fact water repellant. These jackets have come a long way as growing up in the 90s/00s, these jackets used to feel like wearing a loud, baggy pool tarp where this one is quiet and even feels very comfortable and somewhat breathable. I appreciate the minimal branding on the all black version purchased. The elastic line on the hood is a nice touch to keep it in place when wearing over your head. Cons: I wish there was a zipper or button pouch at the neckline to compress the jacket into for when traveling. I also wish the hand pockets were lined and not mesh. Overall, this is a great value and i'm very happy with it. I previously had a jacket from Herschel that was baggier and showed weird water stains. I do miss the snap button pouch at the neckline to fold it up and throw in my bag.

This is a perfect windbreaker for golf. I keep it in my bag just in case it gets windy.

Best windbreaker I've had. Make sure you understand what a windbreaker is before buying one. It is not a jacket/coat. I wear this in early fall and spring when the temps in the Midwest make it feel colder than the air temp. I wear it running so keep that windchill factor down while exercising with higher wind gusts.

I actually inherited my father-in-law's after he passed, that guy always did his research. Thin? Yes... light? Yes- it's a windbreaker. Anybody that complains about the weight or thickness of the jacket should do a little research before they purchase something, because for what it is it's a great jacket. It actually held up better in the rain than I was expecting... way better.

Light, quiet, perfect to carry anywhere and block the wind.

In Southwest LA you never know what the weather will be like however this jacket is perfect. Not to hot, very lightweight, can move easily in it, overall just great.

This is a fantastic windbreaker from Columbia. The material is super soft and very lightweight but yet retains heat and is comfortable wearing in temps down into the 40s. It also does a great job of repelling light rain. The fit is spot on and the jacket is very comfortable to wear all day. I have read many critical reviews of this jacket, but please remember you are ordering a windbreaker...not a cold weather jacket!
