My 12 year old thought these shoes were awesome. He loves them!

I am an occupational therapist and this shoe is the perfect solution for people who must wear an "AFO"/ankle-foot orthosis. Many of my clients have difficulty putting their AFO on and then getting their sneaker on and this solves the problem! I have had several clients purchase them and they all love it! It is also great for people who have use of only one hand and are not able to tie their shoelaces! It is a stylish alternative to velcro sneakers.

At least for my physical needs, this is the absolute best shoe in the market. I have foot drop and wear AFOs, this shoe helps me slide my feet easily and provide great comfort.

Love these shoes. 2nd pair of flyease I've bought for my son. Don't let the negative reviews stop you from buying. Those people don't realize these shoes were designed for children and adults with special needs or handicap. Like my son. Go to YouTube and watch the videos.

My son has trouble tying shoes. These are the perfect shoes for him, and he loves them! It took me a couple of tries to find the right size to fit him, but I did and they fit perfectly.

Fits small for listed description.

My son had what I thought was the same sneaker but needed a larger size. We were not aware of the zipper closure until the shoe arrived. Same issue as previous reviews, my son is unable to tighten the laces. Looks cool but not functional, had to return.

My 15 year old son loves the look of these shoes and the fact that he doesn't have to tie them, but they are narrower than marked. They were so tight we had to return them, bummer.

These are replacement to appear that the dog chewed up the sizes the same but these do not fit. they're way too small

I have not been wearing them as needed orthotic parts both shoes and 1/4 heel lift on left. Unable to wear without pain for my shoes. I didn't not they were running shoes with a zipper over the heel. Unable to allow my feet to walk without walking.

Good casual shoe. I don’t see how the zip closure can give enough lock down to run in these - but you shouldn’t be running in anything Nike anyway. 3 stars for being a good casual shoe with no performance

This felt like a gimmick from the get go. No support for the arch or the ankle, might as well be running in flip flops. I returned almost immediately

Something is off with the width of the "extra wide" shoe. My son has had 2 pair of FlyEase before, and I wouldn't even consider these shoes to be "wide," definitely not "extra wide." Very disappointing.

My husband only wore these for 1 month until the heel separated from the shoe. We purchased a different pair of Nike shoes and haven't had any issues since.

I threw the box away to early, would have returned.

I love the shoe and would love to exchange this pair for another identical pair due to (in my belief) manufacture malfunction. The right shoe’s heel broke within the first few days of wear and it squeaks with every step I take. Plus, my right heel roles to the outside due to it not having support from a structurally sound heel. Please contact me with any questions you may have regarding this item and my request to replace it with another pair. I didn’t realize the zipper thing was in the back until we got the shoes. It *looks* cool and is a good concept (especially for toddler shoes), but not very practical. My son felt like there wasn’t enough support around his ankle and you can’t tighten the laces. He really like the style and wanted to these fit and feel comfortable, but they just didn’t. I was glad because I can’t imagine how that back zipper thing would hold up and be supportive after months of wear and tear.

Like other reviewers said, you cannot tighten the laces. In person the shoe was quite confusing and simply did not work. Called Nike to see if I was missing something, rep said this shoe is only online and hasn't seen one in person. He looked up the item and could not find information on how to tighten the laces. Also this is my fault, but I didn't realize there's a zipper that opens the back of the shoe and the laces are sewn into the strap with this odd non adjustable design. The description and photos don't make it very clear.

I thought I was buying a running shoe. You cannot adjust the laces, that will never work if you want to run in them. For me, they were too loose, not enough ankle support, but you can't make it tighter. My fault for not looking carefully at the pictures or watching the video, but thank goodness the return is free.

I am SO disappointed. I couldnt even get these on before they were so tight. I wear a foot brace and could not even get the brace in. Part of that was because these have NO LACES. they have some sort of new system that seems like a neat idea in theory, I would love it if it were, but there is no room to even get into the shoe WIDTH WISE. I am a 14 4e and nike normally works, but these just run narrow I guess.

Nota good fit. Did not understand “flyease” and wanted the same as I bought before. Flyease seemed flimsy and not good heel fit.

Useless if the elastic laces cannot be tightened. My son has a narrow foot yet he found them a bit snug on the little toe area. On the other hand, they were too loose in the heel and the heel slipped when he walked, which again, if you can't tighten that's a problem. Have to return. Too bad. He liked the style.

You cannot tighten these shoes! I don't know who came up with this idea but it is awful. My husband always wears Nike air Pegasus but with regular laces. Really bummed.

Didn't realize these had the zipper until they arrived. I've always loved the Pegasus line so I just bought these without looking too closely. So basically the heel zips off and you can't tighten the laces. I went to Nike's support and there's nothing about it. I also searched online and everyone had the same complaints. You can't tighten them. I can't imagine walking long distances or running in them. I sent the back immediately.
