These shoes are perfect, meet all my criteria! Only shoe I need for traveling! Looks sleek and put together, handles uneven/rocky/very muddy trails perfectly, good arch support/option to remove insole and put in my own superfeet inserts, easy to wipe off and clean! Just went to Hawaii - handled really uneven trails filled with volcanic rock, prevented me from slipping in muddy/slick conditions where other hikers ended up taking off their shoes and going barefoot, and the material wiped off easily to look great for the plane ride home. I normally wear a size 7 and these fit right on. I did about 8 hours online research and happy these worked out!

The shoes have great arch support. They are true to size and width. The only drawback is that they mark the floor. I am looking forward to wearing these on my trip to NZ.

I bought these shoes to wear in Alaska this summer on the rocky terrain. I tried them out on the snow and ice here in MN and they're awesome! I don't wear them when the snow is deep but I've been wearing them after it's been shoveled and haven't slipped once. The traction is wonderful and I feel like they've allowed me to wear tennis shoes during a time of year that I previously couldn't (unless I was indoors only). I am a true 6.5 and these fit me well. (ordered 6.5) I do think they are a bit more narrow than other tennis shoes I own. This doesn't impede the comfort for me but they may not fit wide feet well. My only negative is that the soles are quite rigid. Having said that, I've worn them all day on many days and haven't felt like my feet hurt. They just don't have that "ahhhhh" feeling that my other tennis shoes have. But the grip and traction is worth it this time of year!

Great hiking shoes! And so stylish. I prefer shoes not be too tight, and my usual size (9) fit perfectly.

I am going on a trip and want cute trail runners. These are super cute, but a don't have the support across the toe box, I'm looking for. I also ordered 1/2 size smaller than normal based on reviews. Forget that! I wear 7.5, ordered size 7, and they were, sure enough too small. I have an average size foot that runs slightly on the narrow side. These are great city walk around shoes, but I wouldn't wear them on dirt trails with rough terrain, which is what I'm looking for.

After reading reviews I took the advice of ordering a size smaller than normal and was glad I did! Regularly a size 8 but the 7 fits perfectly. Comfy shoe that I can't wait to wear on my trip!

I ended up going with a different shoe (also from Zappos) but this shoe was good looking and seemed very stable. It definitely runs large. I normally would wear a 7 in an athletic-type shoe but even the 6.5 was way too large.

They fit great, and in concept they look so cool, but the white foam later at the bottom make my already large feet look ENORMOUS. Returned them.

Great grip on trails!

I normally wear a size 9 in shoes due to my left foot being a little bigger than my right. I ordered an 8.5 based off the reviews and I could have used an 8. I’m going to go head and wear them in hopes that my feet swell a little in Puerto Rico on my hike since I leave in one day and they are out of size 8.??????

Perfect for an adventure trip to Hawaii.

Usually am an 8.5-9 but returned the 8.5 for an 8. Now they fit great! Can't wait to use them on our trip to Alaska.

These were awesome looking and feeling. But wow are they big. I wear 7.5 but wear 8 if. I’m going to wear socks just so I feel more comfortable. They’re very squeaky in tile. I didn’t get a chance to wear them to an actual hike though. Very lightweight compared to my Saucony’s. These are also more stylish.

This shoe definitely runs a half size to a size big depending on how you like your athletic shoes to fit. The bottom has a lot of traction from the way the sole is molded which should be good for hiking but not good for working out.

These shoes are cute - so nice looking on and the comfort is wonderful. The problem was how much the tread squeaked walking around inside - they are noisy. I really wanted to keep, but sadly, going back.

Bought these for my 11 yr old son actually, to replace a pair with similar style. He LOVES these!!!

I should have paid attention to the previous reviews and ordered half size smaller.

Love these shoes! I am normally wear a size 7, but I found the 7 shoe with hiking socks too big. Just received the 6.5 shoe and it fits perfectly!

Love the look! Just be aware they really do run large ... at least half a size.

Just got these and had such high hopes. But the heel feels collapsed and the sides of the shoe hits my ankle bones, even with relatively thick socks on. Returning. Not comfortable.

This is a nice looking shoe, but my normal size (9 1/2) was too long even with my orthotics in the shoe. Also, the tag on the shoe says "Sole Marks Floors. Only wear outside". I know a lot of people take their shoes off in their homes but I am not one of them.
