Feel on love with the look of this shoe, luckily it's comfortable too! I've gotten lots of compliments but the best thing is that the sole is reminiscent of my favorite dansko sole of all time that is unfortunately no longer available -- the golden gate. Kind of a rocker sole but with a wide base so no twisting my ankle like I tend to do with clogs.

I have two pairs of Dansko Winonas now and intend to buy a third. My right arch collapsed last year and I walk a LOT in the city so I now need very good shoes that either offer excellent arch support or give me room to put in orthotics. These offer both. I'm between an 8.5 and 9 and so the Euro 39 works perfectly for me. And I recently measured my width according to specs online and discovered I'm between medium and a wide. Again, these shoes fit perfectly from the moment I tried them on. They're a bit chunky style-wise but I have to let that go because they are incredibly comfortable and I feel great at the end of the day. Finally, I can't wear closed Dansko clogs because of a think seam on the outer edge and these shoes don't have that. So Yay!

Great shoes! Love the “aloha” design! These weigh about half as much as the “professional” so lots less fatigue for me. Fit true to size - my 42s are perfect! Mahalo, Dansko! ??

These are awesome shoes. The footbed is fantastic! The run about a half size small. Also, they are not for low volume feet. The side edge of the shoes digs into the bottom of my ankle bone, so I am returning them. If you have a higher volume foot these are fantastic.

The arch support is really what makes this shoe stand out. If you are on your feet a lot, your feet will thank you for this comfortable shoe. The size is small, even by Dansko standards. So you might need to get a larger size. I love the assorted design options, unfortunately, in my larger size, the only choice is black.

I wear a 10.5. Knowing this was European sizing I sized up a whole size. Could not fit my foot in the shoe!

no breaking in necessary. i spend up to 14 hours per day working on my feet and these shoes are very comfortable. I highly recomend these shoes.

The shoe looks good, but needs much better cushioning..

I have an OLD pair of Dansko mules that became my slippers due to plantar fasciitis. The sole looks the same as those mules so I thought I would take a chance on these. I love them. Since I cannot wear conventional slippers I love that they are ‘roomy’ for my feet and I can add fuzzy socks. Making lemonade here......?

I love the tradition look and fit of danskos!! Like walking on a cloud!

I used to have a couple pairs of the Mandolin, and I LOVED them. I wore them practically every day for probably 10 years. I loved the style, and the fact that they didn't have the upward pointy toe, like the professional, and most of their other (elf-like) styles. Dansko are the most comfortable shoes I've found, but I don't like the pointy toe style of the professional, and some of the other "old lady" styles. My Mandolins finally wore out, the top cracked and got holes where my toes bend, but I couldn't find anything to replace them. FINALLY, the Winona looks almost exactly like them! Comfortable right out of the box, I have some new everyday shoes, I love them!!

Love these shoes!

These are my second and favorite pair of Dansko's. I like the wide profile of the heel and sole as I feel it gives my foot a bit more stability (I supinate, so my ankle tends to roll out too much.) These feel good on my feet, they aren't tired or achy at the end of the day. All around happy with them.

Comfortable, lightweight Dansko. Stretch with wear, would recommend ordering a size down from your normal “dansko size”

I have MANY pairs of Danskos- worked in surgery for years and I have never owned harder working shoes. I still wear a couple of pair from 20 years ago. This is the first time I have ordered this style- all my others are the professional styles. The Monster Patent makes me giggle. They are adorable! I am exchanging these for a size larger. Can't wait to get them back so I can wear my new happy shoes!

I ordered both the 40 and 41 in this style. I usually wear a 40 but other reviews said the Winona runs short. The 40 was too short, but the 41 was too big.

The area just below the outside of my ankle (lateral malleolus) rubs on the ankle bone. Something about the foot position caused the inside bottoms of my heels to go numb. The wrap over the top of the foot felt too tight, even with the elastic. This clog did not provide the comfort and propulsion of the rocker bottom like other dansko clogs do. I bought this because I was hoping for something like the dansko professional but with a wider heel base to prevent rolling of my ankles, but after just wearing this shoe around the house for a couple of hours, it was obvious that this wouldn't work for my 13 hour nursing shifts. Unfortunately returning.

UPDATE**I used to love them, until they started to 'pucker' now they look like cheap shoes, and I've only had them for 3 months. I used to have a couple pairs of the Mandolin, and I LOVED them. This style isn’t close to the traditional clog. They fit more like a Bogs shoes. I wear a 37 in the clogs and these are too big. I’m keeping them because I wore them outside already, but they won’t be worn much as I just ordered the clog.

The fit is great. I wear a size 6 or 6.5 - the 36 fit perfect. They feel comfortable. I have not worn the shoes for extended period of time yet.

Hooray! I have found a pair of closed toed shoes that finally can replace Dansko shoes that I have had for years that have had to retire. " Sam" mary janes are my favorite but sometimes I just need a solid closed toed shoe. These are a bit clunky in appearance but oh, so comfortable and w the rocker sole/ bottom. I love the arch support of this shoe. Now, please, make this other colors!

Finally a loafer I didn’t have to return! I love the shoes ,and I wish there were more styles with this type of stability. I love that it’s lightweight . also the maryjane in this style is wonderful. Thank you Zappos for your generous return and exchange policy.

As close to the old Caitlin and Corrine style of years gone by. Have been wearing dansko for over a decade and this was the first pair where a 38 wasn’t a perfect fit - had to exchange for a 37. Was surprised by that. Wish they had a little more cushioning for the ball of the foot/toe box but otherwise they’re pretty comfy. Non-slip(ish) as well (I know they’re not marketed as such). On my feet 10-14/hrs a day in a restaurant and feeling pretty ok.
