I range anywhere from 8 to 8.5 and the 8 fit perfectly. I bought a 9 just in case and it was too big. The straps are not too tight at all on my foot and are easy to get in and out of. These are super comfy, light and look cute with shorts, shirts and crops! I would not wear these for water shoe or rock trekking, but for everyday, extended walking or being on your feet time these are perfect!

I'm a half size so due to the quick response at Zappos, my question was answered to go down in size which was absolutely perfect. Felt like heaven as soon as I put them on. Haven't spent any long time in them yet but I believe I will wear them all the time and may even order other colors. Thank you, Zappos.

I was worried that these might pinch between the toes but the elastic bands are really comfortable. I was looking for a cute pair of sandals that would go with a dress or pair of cut offs and these work well for both. I wear a 7.5-8 in a sandal and got an 8 and its perfect. I have a flat foot and Teva always works well for me.

I love my red Hurricanes so much I ordered another pair in the light Sea Glass blue. Unfortunately, the blue ones were so tight I could barely get them on and, when I did, they were seriously painful and cut off the circulation in my feet. I figured it was a quality control issue and ended up ordering multiple pairs from three different retailers before finding some that fit like my original reds. It was worth the effort--now I love the blues as much as the originals and, of course, Zappos had the winning pair!

I wear an 8.5 in shoes and an 8 in sandals. These are true to size for me. I have a slightly wide, very high arched foot and these easily accommodate my difficult feet. The style would make them able to accommodate nearly any feet. The straps stretch without really being stretchy. They’re not bungee cords, they don’t dig in or over stretch. They’re easy to put on, but you need to spread the straps out across the top of your foot. Love the look. They’re very airy and have a nothing at all feel. The narrow spread out straps cause the pressure points to be different than other shoes, which is a nice change. They’re pretty secure, and the soles are grippy, but i wouldn’t wear these for climbing lots of hills because my foot would move too much for that, but otherwise they’re very stable. The price is a little high. They’re nice, and I’m happy to pay for high priced sandals when it makes sense, but these feel like $50 sandals. However, I like them and will probably buy another color when more choices are available.

I just love these shoes! I purchased in black size 6 and typically wear a 6.5. My foot is average width (a little wide if anything) and I found them very easy to put on. They felt great and the length was good (maybe even a tad long). The cords were very comfortable and easy to adjust. However it just isn't a tight enough fit for me. When I walk, my foot slides forward too much so my toes feel like they are reaching the edge of the foot bed (I have short to medium toes - definitely not long). I am really, really sad to return them. They are super cute and stylish for a rugged shoe. I would recommend trying them and see if they work for you. Unfortunately my pair has to go back. :(

I love these. I'm usually a 7.5 but had to size down to a 7 for these. The 8s were way too floppy. The 7 fit snugly and I don't have to worry about them shifting on my feet. I have a moderate arch and had no problem getting them on and off. They're not slip ons, for sure, but I love how secure they feel with all the stretchy straps. They're also cute. A little too wide to be mistaken for dressy but exactly what I wanted: a replacement for my Keens that didn't cover my toes.

I really loved the way these shoes look and are designed to fit but a couple of days into my vacation the cloth cords that are the straps on one of the sandals started to come apart so I am returning them. Its also a bit of an effort to get them on and off so I am not replacing them.

Returned the Seaglass due to extremely tight straps. I usually wear a 9.5, and sized down to 9 after reading reviews. The footbed fit me perfectly and was extremely comfortable. The strap were a huge problem, though, and the reason I returned this shoe. They were extremely tight, even on my bony, somewhat narrow foot. After reading reviews for this color and model across several vendors, it seems there is a quality control issue with these straps. Some fit well, others are way too tight with no stretch like my pair. I love this design and really wish it could have worked out. They are very unique and if only the straps were correct, they would have been perfect and comfortable.

I have ordered and now returned 2 pairs of these sandals. Not Zappos fault, but Teva's. Their production is completely inconsistent. The first pair I received, the right sandal fit comfortably, I had no trouble pulling the straps over my heel, but when I went to put the left sandal on the straps were noticeably shorter and couldn't make it over my heel at all. I sent those in to exchange and now will be returning the second pair because neither sandal had straps long enough to make it over my heel. The bases fit fine with even a little extra room in the toe so I don't want to size up or I will be wearing snow shoes. I don't know what model the factory is quality checking these against, but it needs a revisit.

Cheaply made. Very disappointed in this show by Teva. The straps not adjustable and loose felt like they would tear out like cheap flip flops in a water current. Not as elastic and athletic as they appear in video. Advertised as rugged and water shoes but clearly would not withstand underwater or walking through a river. The sole was comfortable though. The soles are tough but too heavy and not flexible enough for agility and would drag in water.

The design looked lovely but it did not have any elasticity for my foot to get into sandal. It was very tight. The 2nd sandal’s strap on outside heel snapped off. It was brand new that i had no chance to test or walk on. A great disappointment!!!!

Got these in a different color and they were perfect. Couldn’t eve. Get my foot in the arctic green even though they are marked the same size. Wonder what happened? Also artic green did not come in the usual manufacturers box, just a shipping envelope with a plastic and with the shoes inside it. Very unusual for Zappos.

So i'm confused..... I've owned Teva for years, know exactly the size, even own the traditional Hurricane, so i ordered in my size and although the sole is clearly my size (and i have skinny feet) i can't even begin to get the laces around my ankle. But these are SO COOL. So i ordered them in an 8, they arrived, sole is a little large, Right foot/laces are good, Left foot can barely get around my ankle and even when on they are pulling so hard i can't keep. What gives here? I'm thinking about ordering ANOTHER 8 and seeing if this is a quality control problem. So bizarre, and so not like Teva.
