These are cute shoes. I normally wear 7.5 in almost all shoes, so that's what I ordered. But they were flat at the toe and felt too short. I ordered the 8 and they felt good. Theses have a little arch support, and are comfortable.

This shoe is an old lady shoe that I don’t think old ladies would like. WTH toms?

This is my 2nd pair of Cabrillo by TOMS. I have the black and the gray. They are a little stiff, right out of the box, but relax after a few wearings. There's not a terrific amount of arch support, but I do wear a no-see padded sock (by Feetures) that helps with that. The size and width is what I would expect, I wear a 9M. These are a great all-around nice shoe to wear. I have traipsed through airports, grocery stores and botanical gardens in them without foot fatigue. (Again, a good sock is vital.) They are lightweight, and well made. Bonus is TOMS business philosophy.

What a great shoe! I bought these for traveling & they did not disappoint. There was a brief breaking-in period, as the material was a bit stiff out of the box, most notably in the area of the tongue. After traversing numerous airports, the stiffness went away & I was grateful for the support and comfortable fit. I do wear a light no-show sock with these, although I imagine going without a sock would be fine, too. They look particularly cute with ankle-length leggings, but I’ve worn them with a casual t-shirt dress, as well as a casual long skirt. Love TOMS biz philosophy, and the fact that their shoes aren’t crazy expensive. I’d buy these again in a heartbeat. And, I’ll always order from Zappo’s.

I was looking for a cute walking shoe that could withstand a weekend trip exploring a new city, but also goes with skinny jeans. This is my first pair of TOMS and I ordered my normal size like suggested (8). They felt a little snug the first wear while breaking them in, but after one day they fit perfectly. They're really lightweight and flexible. The shoelaces aren't too long, I double knot them and it's not like the bows and strings are hanging over the edge which is great. The gray goes with everything and the brown is a nice touch. I thought the brown tab would be much more bold but it is actually much lighter than the pictures show. I don't feel like these have that much arch support. It's not like an athletic shoe but I think it's very comfortable. My only gripe about these is that they rub on the back of my ankle. The material is rough on the seam along the top of the back ankle part, and so it's been irritating my skin if I don't wear a high enough sock. Socks might also be an issue, I first wore them with ankle socks and they were kind of tall for this shoe's design. And when I wore lower socks (like the socks made for Converse low tops), they fell down and so my skin got irritated. I'm hoping my skin just gets used to it because I love these so much! So stylish, versatile, comfortable and subtle.

These shoes are so cute - they feel a little stiff right now but I’m hoping they will break in once I wear them more. Probably could have gone a half size down from my usual sneaker size, but I can just wear thicker socks.

I cannot believe how comfortable these shoes are! I was looking for a versatile shoe that I could wear in travels across Europe. I wore them every day and my feet never hurt. It's not like you put these shoes on and think wow these are so comfortable but something about them works because I walked alot of miles with zero foot issues. Almost a year later and I still wear them frequently.

I love these. They are just all around comfortable casual sneakers and when I wear them my husband tells me how cute they are. They go with everything. I feel like they run pretty true to size. I'm either an 8.5 or 9 and I fit a 9 in these. They are canvas material so they won't be really warm in the winter months but are great for all other times. I wore them today and they got a little dirty and they wiped clean easily. I would consider buying other sizes I like them so much!

These shoes were the perfect travel sneakers I didn't even know I needed. I am buying a second pair because I can't bear to think about what I will do when my current ones are finally too worn out to wear. I travel for work and am on my feet a lot, often lugging heavy equipment. These worked so well for hot weather travel, they feel supportive enough but still really lightweight and easily packable. And for whatever reason, I get more compliments on them than any other shoes I wear.

A lot of reviews said to go up a half size. I'm an 8 or an 8.5 so I ordered a 8.5 and a 9. I ended up keeping the 8.5 and they feel perfect so don't stress too much on upsizing probably. I wore them on a vacation with lots of walking and didn't have time to break them in - they didn't really need break in time, they were "comfy" right out of the box. I will say, as we ladies all know, "comfortable" shoes don't really exist for us, and these are a good as I think we'll get. They could be a little smooshier, they could have a little more arch, but they don't HURT anywhere which I'll take as a major win :) I love the sneaker style without looking like gym shoes. I was worried that I'd get blisters with the high back on the ankle, but it's very soft. I might order a second pair to have for when these wear out!

Cute shoes! I wear them everyday at my hospital job and my feet never hurt. I get compliments on them all the time! I recommend!

I bought these for a 2 week trip in Italy. I wore them everyday and my feet felt great the entire trip! I normally get blisters with any new shoe and did not with these. They were stylish enough to wear with everyday clothes, yet comfortable enough to wear on the cobble stone streets as well as hiking Path of the Gods on the Amalfi Coast. It rained a lot while I was there and never slipped on wet surfaces. I would highly recommend these shoes for everyday wear and travel!

Great shoe

I love these shoes! I was looking for a cute and comfortable walking shoe that I could wear with our without socks. I normally wear a 9.5 and these fit great either with no socks or with a very thin no-show sock. If I wanted to wear a thicker sock, the 10 would fit better. I have moderately wide feet and these were fine. I even wore them on a day after a 12-mile run when I know my feet are a little swollen and sore and they were great. I do think they are better with no-show socks, I'm worried my feet might get a little sweaty without them as the fabric isn't quite a breathable as some other Tom's shoes.

I typically wear a size 9.0 in Tom's sneakers, and these fit as expected. The laces are delicate white string, which look cute. The pink color with tan accents look nice.

I love these shoes!! I already had them in the grey and wanted another pair, so a lovely Zappos rep helped me decide on black (I was between two colors and she was a great sounding board haha). Definitely my go-to shoe living in walkable Brooklyn with two kids and dogs that go for lots of walks!

I ordered these in women’s and it was too small but they were out of stock in the next women’s size so I ordered it in men’s and it was perfect! They’re so comfy and have great support. I plan on wearing these causally with dresses while walking the city. These shoes look great with dresses by the way

I almost always wear a 9.5 in shoes, except for athletic shoes where I take a 10. I ordered these in 9.5 since they're sneakers, not running shoes, but had to return for the half size up. The half size up fit perfectly. Very comfortable, but they don't do much to minimize my large feet (it doesn't help that I picked the very light grey color). The leather accents are cute.

I loved the shoes, but mine were delivered with a large stain on top.

Very comfy and light. Needed 1/2 size bigger than normal.

Love these shoes. I wash them in the washer machine too.

Nice and lightweight, great for when I want to feel a little dressed up but in my heart I really want to wear sneakers.

If your foot is on the narrow side, this shoe is for you. I’m usually an 8.5 but the 8 fits perfectly. The fabric is soft so it has a comfortable fit. It has the fit and comfort of a tennis shoe .
