The arch support these shoes have is even better than my custom made orthotics!

This is an awesome shoe but does run big. Half to a full size big. I will be returning and ordering a smaller size.

Let me say, I LOVE this shoe! It has the great, firm Chaco arch that they are known for and has a really stylish upper. It's a sharp looking shoe, with great support. It doesn't seem as though the top would irritate with extensive walking, though that remains to be seen. I'll be testing that on my Disney trip. I normally wear a EU40 and the 9.5 was a bit too large so I have to exchange for a 9 but so happy to have found these comfy beauties!

Wanted to love these shoes but they run a full size bigger and they do rub around the ankle and sides

These were great shoes! However they were big. Half a size for certain. I didn't reorder a smaller size because the top/front of the shoe seemed wide in circumference.--there was a gap around the top of my foot. It didn't seem like a smaller shoe size would eliminate that.

Looking for a slip on shoe to wear with shorts, capris that would provide moderate arch support so I could wear to work as well. I stand for 7-12 hours on a shift and need something supportive that does not look like an orthopedic shoe. ordered 5 pairs to try and ended up with the chaos for the following reasons.... easy to slid on, good arch support, great color, lightweight, can wear with or without sock. was worried the shoe would be boxy and too wide (as my foot runs on narrower side) but it is not. does not bend, crease or buckle when I walk. based on other reviewers I ordered a half size down and it fits great. sent all other brands back because they did not fit as well as these or have the arch support

A shoe that looked better on the screen than on my foot. Very clunky looking. Fit was spot on, but I was looking for a more feminine looking spring/summer casual slip on. Back they went. Zappo's customer service is always top-notch.

My podiatrist told me I had to only wear shoes with arch support, to help with my plantar fasciitis. He gave me a list and these were the cutest shoes on the list. I absolutely love them. So comfy! I love that they sip on too. I’m a shoe junkie and I’m so glad these feet so well.

These are a BEAST to break in. Other than that, they are adorable and go with so many outfits. Can’t wait to wear them all over Europe for 3 weeks. But I’m super glad I had a few weeks to break them in first. #bandaids.

I usually wear 8.5 and the 8.5 fit me well. I have wide toe box and deal with bunions, so I'm happy that these aren't too narrow. They are comfortable and the arch support is amazing. They're probably a little too casual for work for me, but I'm going to keep them anyway!

Love these. I’m a Chaco-holic now. Formerly a Birkenstock fan, I now prefer Chacos for the excellent arch support. These are like my beloved Toms slip-on’s only better: more arch and slightly more rigid fabric. I often wear a 10.5 or 11, (11 in Chaco sandals) but these felt best in the 10 (the 10.5 was a bit sloppy out of the box, and would have been too big with any stretch.) I chose the navy fabric as I plan to wear them mostly with jeans and they blend seamlessly. The tan and grey are nice neutrals if you plan to wear with bare legs. If you’re in the fence, give them a try just size down about a 1/2 size.

A cute shoe! Loved the arch support for a flat, slim looking shoe. But I am in need of a walking shoe for a trip to Europe and these are too snug across the top of my foot. For a slip on, I have to say they did stay on my heel and there was room for my toes. Sad to return, but will continue to look for Chaco's great foot support combined with style.

Great summer shoe. Love the arch support. I am wearing them right out of the box without socks!

I love this show so much. Based on other reviews, I ordered a half size smaller than normal, and the fit is perfect. They rubbed a bit on my heel on the first day I wore them, but I never blistered. The second day they were fine. I love the great arch support, and these shoes are so, so cute!

I have foot pain, and these are comfortable shoes that do not give me any problems. I love the way they look and feel!

Chacos have a strong arch and this shoe is no exception. The only downsize is the light color that shows dirt. I haven’t tried to was yet so don’t know how clean they will get. Super comfortable and I always get lots of likes.

I love these flats...great neutral shoe. However, I’m unhappy with Zappos. The left shoe seems significantly wider than the right....almost as if they sent me a sample shoe that has been tried on numerous times.However, returning is such a hassle so I think I’d rather just deal with the discomfort than the trouble of returning.

Love these! Thank goodness Chaco makes comfy and cute shoes. I'm going to wear these with dresses and shorts in summer, skinny jeans this fall.

I love these shoes. I have a couple pair of Chaco sandals but these are my first pair of shoes. I like them being a bit loose as they don't cause any blisters when wearing barefoot. I ordered my normal size and they are great, just not snug. The arch is lower than what the sandal footbed provides but still better than most shoes. I like the sandal arch so these feel less for me. These look great and clean up well (denim must have some coating).

Bought these since I am on my feet all day for work and I love my Chaco sandals. Pleasant surprise...they feel great! The arch support is wonderful, and they are super cute with my daily. Thanks Chaco!

Shoe is great order size or size and a halfdown

Good quality shoe. The canvas style is so popular now but I need an arch support- so thank you Chacos for making these! I wanted a closed toe option while still having the chacos support. The heel does initially rub a bit and gave me blisters with no socks. Little no show socks fit well and have eliminated that problem.

I wanted to love these shoes but I am returning them instead. I LOVE my Chaco sandals but these Chacos were hard to slip on, too narrow, & the asymmetrical top part was not comfortable. Too bad, so sad. . .
