The style may be Chaco, but the fit is completely different. Unlike the traditional Chacos, these Chacos have straps that cannot be adjusted, and the straps are floppy loose. The fit cannot be fine-tuned.

I originally got the 8 since I wear 7.5 normally, but the straps were too loose and not adjustable. I returned those and ordered the size 7. The straps on the 7 were a bit tight but I think they may loosen in time. This size really molds to my foot and I've walked all over without any blisters. Really wish they had half sizes!

This is my first pair of Chacos. I wear a size 7.5/8 so I got an 8. Love how they feel, but could fit better. They are really cute and look dressy enough to wear to work. The longest straps that go the length of your foot are a bit baggy and loose as well as the ankle strap. It stays on your foot, but there is a bit of movement on the ball of the foot and toe. Without the ankle strap, I think they would fall off. I think I will exchange for a smaller size because I can see the friction causing problems. Otherwise, they feel like a cushiony cloud and could probably be good for walking and standing all day!

A little tight on the toes, otherwise a great shoe!

I love these sandals! They are a little more dressy than traditional chacos because of the cute leather foot bed. They are super duper comfy, I love the way they look. They do take two hands to tighten the buckle, which is annoying.

I took a chance in these after hearing a friend go on and on about them. Frankly I thought they were overpriced and that I could get a knockoff that would be just as comfortable. Boy was I wrong!!! I don’t know what kind of witchcraft was used to create these but they are beyond comfortable. I just bought my second pair and I am so happy.

Love these! The smooth footbed feels better than the bumpy.

I usually wear a size 9, medium width but am always a size 8 in Chaco so got this Diana in an 8. They fit absolutely perfectly. The arch support is great and they were totally comfortable from the get go eThey do not have the usual Chaco adjustable straps but they fit my feet(no slop at all) just right and look great. I have gotten lots of compliments. These are great for lots of walking. They are more flexible, and less thick than the traditional Chaco styles and look great with dresses and skirts.

I've had a pair of sport Chacos for over 15 years. They are nice but stiff and I always wished there would be one that was a bit more streamlined (less chunky sport I'm about to go run a river) and flexible but still sporty and water compatible. Meet the Diana.I normally wear a 8.5-9 in other sandals. I'm always an 8 in Chacos. The length and width are perfect an the arch is just where it should be. Out of the box they fit my medium foot perfectly. I don't mind that thestraps are not all adjustable like the regular, heavier sport sandals since they are more for light recreational use rather than heavy sport. They will look great with dresses, capris, pants, you name it. They are going traveling ....

These are my first pair of Chacos. My daughter and son both love theirs, so I decided to give them a try. I bought the black and white ones and I love them. They fit perfectly. I was afraid that the weave might rub a blister on my toe before it was broken in. I walked all over Kansas City for two days and nothing. I have received lots of compliments on them. I love them because they are not sloppy or oversized. The more you wear them the more comfortable they get.

These shoes are my new go to shoe! I ordered so many pairs of sandals trying to find comfy yet cute sandals for lots of walking - none of the other shoes even compared to these chacos

Soooo comfortable. I have a high arch & normally wear an 8.5 - ordered these in a 8 & 9 because I wasn't sure. The 8's fit perfect & were so comfortable. I really wanted to love them but will likely return only because I don't LOVE the nylon. :(

There are VERY VERY CUTE. Unfortunately did not fit my narrow feet.

The straps aren’t adjustable and the shoes are a little lose when walking around other than that I love the style, and the footbed in the shoes is so comfortable. I would definently purchase another pair of Chacos in the future.

Being Chacos and having other styles I thought I would not listen to the reviews and should have in this case. The straps are not adjustable and the toe strap was tight while the others were too loose. Not a good fit. Sending them back.

Cannot adjust heel strap. All of the other foot straps were way too "baggy" for my foot. Awesome foot bed. Wish they fit better. I wanted to love these!
