I love the Chaco footbed, and I wanted something a little dressier than the original Chaco's with nylon straps. These are beautiful and comfortable and I would give them 5 stars if my foot wasnt so wide due to bunions. Rather than give up, I returned these and ordered the equivalent size in the men's version. PERFECT! The leather covered footbed is amazing, and the support is right on. For reference, I have bunions on both feet, and normally wear a 8.5 in women's wide width. I exchanged them for a men's size 7 for a perfect fit.

I have very problematic feet - metatarsalgia. These shoes felt great and I was able to walk comfortably at work in them! I have tried MANY shoes, so this is a very high achievement. Love the color. I bought the tan. They can be dressed up or dressed down, so very versatile. I am looking into ordering MORE chaco styles!

Absolutely love these sandals! Planned to wear them a few times on a long weekend trip but put them on the first day and never bothered to change shoes for the rest of the weekend. No break in period needed and went from day to dinner with no problem. This is my second pair of leather Chaco sandals and it definitely won't be my last.

Comfortable right out of the box. Great arch support and heel cup. The toe straps have some wiggle room and I’m hoping the straps don’t stretch. I wear an 8 which fit nicely.

Pretty but way too big. Order one size down if getting these. Straps aren’t adjustable.

Great support and very comfortable footbed. My only complaint is the rough edge in the seam just under the ankle strap.

I wear a 8.5-9 and the 8 fits me perfectly in the Wayfarer. I put them on and was sold. I love them. 4stars for style is because the leather does get marked up.

I bough these sandals because I’m a big fan of Chaco’s. Since I’m starting a new job, I wanted a pair of nice, leather sandals I could wear at work, but also still be the outdoorsy “me.” These sandals totally fit the bill! They have a sporty, yet dressy look to them. And I love the Otter color. If they came in black, I’d buy them in that color, too. The style is much like the regular Chaco Z2, but without the toe strap. I’m glad I splurged and made this purchase. Thanks, Zappos and Chaco’s!

I liked the style and fit. The arch support was just a little too high for my foot. Also the color is more on the orange side, looked dyed as opposed to a natural leather.

I usually wear a 7.5 in most shoes, and the size 7 fits perfectly! They're very comfy.

These definitely felt true to size...which unfortunately (where Chaco is concerned) isn't great for those of us who are really half sizes. The 9 was too big, the 8 was too small...so I've sent these back. Beyond that, the leather felt nice, and the color was as pictured. My only concern is that the leather around the buckle seemed really worn, even though these were new shoes. I don't know if that's an issue with this style in general or just with the pair I was sent.

I initially loved these sandals. They are really comfortable. But, after wearing them one time, I found that the buckles on both sandals had rusted. I'm pretty stunned. Now I wish I had not worn them so I could return them.

This is my second pair of Chaco Wayfarer sandals. They are stylish as well as comfortable. I don't have a skinny foot so the medium width worked just fine. I've been able to wear them all day with no issues. And, I love the color -- dark brown for those outfits that need a darker tone. I think by the end of summer, I'll have the shoe in every color. I've worn the sandals with jeans as well as summer dresses and skirts. The leather makes them so much more versatile

First, and this is nothing against the shoe itself, the pair I got from Zappos was in horrible condition. The weather was scratched in about 50 places, and the straps that go into the buckle were very worn. This did make me worry that the leather in the sandal wouldn’t hold up well even in a brand new pair. My foot is a size 8, but I usually wear is 7 in traditional Chaco sandals. The seven in the style was too small. The buckle on the size 8 rubbed uncomfortably on my ankle.

These were huge on me. I wear a 7 and my feet were swimming in the size 7 sandals. The leather is soft but gets scuffed really easy. I could tell I wasn’t the first person to buy and return this pair because they looked used. There’s also a weird and incredibly itchy stitching in the inside of the leather at the ankle that I could tell would drive me crazy. So, even though I liked the style, I returned for a size down, with the hope that the itchy stitching was just this pair.

This has never happened to me before - I've ordered from Zappos many many times - but the shoes that arrived were worn! The strap by the buckle was worn and faded, as if someone had used them many times before and the leather was scuffed. I am disappointed that Zappos would try and re-sell them. They did not come in the original box either, which I thought might be because they were re-using boxes (environmentally sound). but when I saw the shoes I realized otherwise.

Had to return. BEST arch support and comfy footbed- wins on that! But the straps, sadly, were uncomfortable for several reasons. 1. the worst- the weird rubber/elastic thingy that the buckle attaches to was digging into my foot and making me miserable just upon trying on and walking a few steps. Why does this have to be so sharp and rub so much, Chaco? Can't you make that rubber thingy softer?? 2. The straps are NOT adjustable, as on normal chacos, as other reviewers said. So if you have "easy" feet which are happy in anything, these might work. I need more support for a narrow ankle and foot, and need to tighten straps. They are also a bit clunky for a leather sandal, they could do a lighter or more delicate shape, I think. Other reviewers are correct- the leather REALLY scratches at first use. I just unbuckled and pulled out the strap of these new ones and they looked really scratched there, like a different color. I bet the ones people thought were "used" were just tried on and returned. They should be not so hard to damage or look like that from removing the strap from the buckle once. The footbed felt amazing, was sad to have to return, but the rest of them didn't work. (Chaco, please change those weird rubber loops!)

The leather upper is soft and supplegood arch support and the sandal fits very comfortably. These are my first pair of Chacos though I have purchased two pairs for my husband who is very happy with his. Thank you Zappos.

Finally! It took me forever to find a nice pair of sturdy tan leather sandals that still look reasonably good with shorts or skirts. All the other brands I tried were too tight, too loose, too heavy, too flimsy etc etc. These were perfect right out of the box, very soft and comfy yet they give a lot of support. My Goldilocks sandals at last!

Fit and size are wonderful. These sandals actually support my high arches.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable right out of the box. They look great with shorts and casual dresses.

The leather is soft and comfortable right out of the box. These sandals were a little more than I would usually pay for this type of shoe but I was hoping they would meet or exceed my expectations and they do not disappoint.

Fit very comfortably out of the box. I'm normally a 6.5, these fit well in a size 6. I find that regular chacos run very large (where I wear a size 5), but these run only a little larger.

Love these. Great arch support. Wish the bottom was black instead of white.
