This is my 4th or 5th pair. I bought so many for 2 reasons, one good and one bad. The good... the fit and comfort. The bad... when they age, the sole gets hard and goes from really grippy to really slippery. So slippery, I slip on wood floors. That's why I must buy another good fitting pair. A real love hate relationship. Want to buy a used pair or two ???

A great looking thong sandal that is comfortable and true to size. I wear a D width shoe and these are not as wide as they should be for a D width.

This is a great product with a nice look and comfortable foot bed. My only (minor) complaint is that the strap is a little too generous and my foot flops around more than I would like. But it's tolerable. (Size 11, M)

Well made flip flop. I would suggest ordering one size up unless you like your heel to come right to the edge of the foot bed.

I love the look of these and the quality is normally great, the pair I just got the fabric that goes between my toes was slightly ripped but they are always great about fixing issues like this!

Seems like the quality control has slipped like the feel but worried about longevity

Really nice design but far too narrow compared to previous styles. I had to return them.

After wearing Sperry Santa Cruz sandles since they came out, maybe 18-20 years now, I did not care for the wavy sole on the Outer Banks sandal. Not one bit. they appear to be well made and they're good looking, however the sole just killed it for me. Sorry. PLEASE reintroduce the Santa Cruz, I'm getting down to my last two pair, and I wear them every day.

This is my third pair of these sandals. I always love them as they are one of the few sandals that have arch support. I walk miles in them. However, this time I got the sandals and the base of the sandal looks too narrow. It looks silly. I don't have an unusually wide foot. It's just a mis-sizing. I have a size 8 1/2 foot and I ordered size 9. I didn't return them because of the hassle and the next ones may be wrong too.

The sandal is great. One serious draw back is you need to make in wide size. They made them before bring back a wide sandal

I'm on my 2nd pair of Outer Banks flip flops. They are extremely comfortable. I wore the first pair for 3 years most the time until the strap came out on the outside attachment in sole of the sandal. My disappointment is that my second pair the sole started to fall apart shortly after buying. The glue came loose in sections and other areas, other areas chucks of the sole was brittle and coming off in chunks.

Men's Outer Banks Flip Flop should have a wider width on the sides of the shoe even for a size 7 M. Not true to size. Photo on web site looks deceiving. The photo looks more substantial then the actual sandal. The sandal looks feminine on a man. This sandal could pass for a woman's sandal.

I bought these to replace a pair of the same flip flops that I bought two years ago. The new ones are already wearing away in the foot pad insole area. The straps that go on top have already become so loose that the flip flops fly off my feet unless I'm constantly flexing my toes for every step. I don't know how the quality has declined so much from the last pair that I bought. I find myself using the old apparent more and more because a new pair have literally just gone to poop so quickly.

Way too narrow, far narrower than my last pair of Sperry sandals that were exactly the same size, not comfortable at all.

These Flip Flops had slick spots on the top sole of the shoe after ONE WEEK. Sure, I expect wear to show up after a while... but ONE WEEK? I'm done with Sperry....

The very first day, only after wearing for a few hours the colour started peeling off

They must be very cheaply made. The string has already broken after a few weeks and the sandals are now completely useless. I likely won't purchase Sperry again.

I have been wearing top siders from slip on to sandals. my outer banks flip flops are not of the same quality as I have had a few pairs of these which both of them seemed to only last a season or two. I know that I am very hard on items but the quality with these does not compare to the Nautical or any of the boat shoes I have owned. My Maine boat shoes are ten years old., I brought them back to the store to see if there was anything I could do and they told me no. So sad story that I will no longer purchase a product that i love because they wont stand behind them.
