The size is about a half size too big (it's unfortunate that they don't have half sizes). But it's ok for a slip on boot. The sole in this boot is amazing and I have worn it for up to 8hrs working around out farm and it's more comfortable than my hiking boots. It looks like a rubber boot, so it's not going to win any fashion contests but that's not the point!
Unfortunately the rubber on the inside of the boot where it flexes has cracked on both shoes and they are no longer waterproof, which makes them fairly useless for me. I tried to be gentle with squatting and not bending the toe, but these shoes get worked and they didn't hold up.

For the price I paid, this shoes is overall disappointing. It is comfortable but not durable. As seen in the pictures, after about 4 months of use (bought this on 12/2019), it now has cracks and tears just from normal twist and turns. So now it's really not waterproof anymore. Highly disappointed. Will be posting this on Facebook and IG as well should the company not publish it as Dickies refused to post my bad review of their poor product as well.

This boot is perfect for walking my dog in muddy Hubbard Park, Montpelier VT. I had just previously purchased ankle high Dry Shid camp boots in size 10 ( my normal size is 11, which my feet swam in) and while they first felt as secure as these Bogs I became aware my toes were jammed. Nice boots, but sizes are off! I ordered these Bogs from Zappos in my normal size 11 and they are a perfect match. The Bogs are a little less convenient to slip on, I need to sit and pull them on, but worth the effort.

I chose to pay more for these boots because of the exceptional comfort and perceived quality.
For items I intend to use often, I always buy high end products, take care of them and use them for a long time. KEENE foot ware is a good example of this.
I used these boots for a little over a year in the garden, working outdoors or walking the dog in wet environments.
I was SHOCKED to notice both boots were cracking at the same location after a short time of normal use in activities they are designed for. See photos.
I have contacted customer care and trust they will stand by their products and do what is needed to satisfy a potential lifetime customer.

It's unfortunate that Bogs does not make boots in half sizes. I normally wear a size 11 running shoe and a size 10.5 boot (Blundstones). The size 11 Bogs Sauvie is the perfect length but far too tight around the top of my foot. Normally I would order an 11.5 in this instance, but that is not a choice. I currently have a size 12 Bogs Carson which is way too big, I regret not wearing them around the house for a few days more before heading out into the snow with them. Even with extra thick socks, I feel like I'm about to walk out of the boot. It's possible the sizing between the Sauvie and Carson is not exactly the same, but I'll assume it's close enough that a size 12 Sauvie will be too big for my foot. Bogs: please add half sizes.

I have a pair of Bogs urban farmer slides that lasted me 5 years and still going. I ordered these thinking I'd get the same mileage but in only 3 months they are already cracking. They are made of a harder rubber than the slides and they squeak when you walk.

Bought two pairs for husband and son. Both love them. Looks great and can be worn with dress pants to work on a nasty day. My Husbands size is 8.5 and my son is a 9.5. Both took the 9 and and were happy with it.
Great product!

My husband is a service tech and has to go in and out of people's homes he takes his shoes off several times a day and he says these Bogs are comfy and easy on and off. His only complaint is that they are a little snug but his feet are wide.

Good looking shoe and comfortable but was too hard to get on. I had wanted a slip on shoe so that I didn’t have to tie tennis shoes to go outside but these were difficult to put on.... had to sit and struggle to pull it over my heel.

Boots are easy to get on and off. Definitely waterproof as determined by attending many soccer field swamps this past weekend. Kept my feet warm (in 50 degree weather for an hour). Nice boot to keep in the truck for when needed.

Fit completely true to sneaker size. You have to tug them on a (very little) bit, but that's fine because once they are on, they are super comfortable and feet stay put. My son like that they don't have an elevated heel like other rain boots.

Love the materials used - waterproof outside, comfortable (neoprene??) inside. No chafing, like some of its some competitors. Ordered a 10 based on reviews and am returning for a 9 (I usually wear a 9.5). My sense is that that its length is generously sized. 10 was very comfortable but sloppy big. 9 seems a tad narrow, but overall, a better fit for me. Stylewise, its a garden shoe and styled appropriately.

I've bought way too many shoes from Zappos over the past few years, and I've been happy with most of them, but these are the best, most practical, most useful shoes I've ever bought. Been using them 5mo now, I got the green ones. Easy on and off, piece of cake. And they're a nice pliable rubber, so you can walk anywhere you want in these, in water or mud or snow or whatever, and your feet will stay comfy and dry. I walk the dog every morning and evening in these, sometimes on pavement, sometimes on turf, and no matter where we go I put these on and know that I can walk anywhere I want no matter what the weather is doing. And they're sort of springy when you walk, so they sort of put energy or bounce in your step, quite comfortable, and my wife likes wearing them for that reason. My son is a rower in high school so we're at the waterfront alot coming up in spring here, and I can't wait to use these waterside, rubbery so they grip on docks and boats and also to keep mud and grime away.

The most comfortable boot ever but they are cracking at the flex point at the balls of my feet on both sides and in both boots! I am returning them to Bogs, they have a one year warranty.

I purchased these boots in 2020. I only wore these boots in the fall and winter. After less than a year both boots have significant rips in them. Rips are in the same spot. Do not recommend.

Sooooo disappointed with these. I’ve had them for about 8 months but wear them pretty rarely and only for light use around my house. They have already begun to crack. My kids’ generic plastic boots last longer. Really surprised at how easily these are staring to fall apart, especially at this price point. These are supposed to be water proof, so even one tiny crack ruins them.

My husband loves these bogs. Easy to slip on, comfortable, and great to wear whether the ground is wet or not. So nice not to have to lace up boots for short jaunts.

After notifying the company that my boots started to crack, they promptly replaced them with a new pair no questions asked. They stand behind their products.

Most comfortable outdoor work shoes I've ever worn! These were a bit more than I've spent for yard work shoes but soooo glad I did! These boots are nothing less than amazing! I will probably be buying a few more because they are that wonderful!

Sizing advice - New Bogs arch supports are much thicker than they were a few years ago.
I have worn Bogs, size 9 mid height boots for the past few years. The new Bogs Sauvie Slip-on Boots, size 9, are a full size smaller so I had to reorder in a size 10. The reason is that the very comfortable removable arch supports are now much thicker than in the past. Removing the arch supports from my old and new size 9 boots confirmed this. Both boots, with the arch supports removed are sized the same. Reordering in a larger sized compensated for the new, thicker arch support. They are more comfortable, by the way, than the old style arch supports.
Returns were easy.

A bit soft and floppy around the top so it may take a hand or two to get them on. In other words, not the easiest to simply step into, or slip on, as you walk out the door with your hands full. Otherwise comfy, flexible and soft.

Warm without being too hot. Keep my feet dry. Surprisingly light and flexible sole. Many reviews mention being hard to put on -- in my opinion they are not. They are not slip-on or step-in, but are as easy to put on as any other chelsea-style boot I've had. Just slip a finger or two in behind the heel and pull them on.
