I wasn't sure what to expect with these since it's always tough for me to find a decent fit in a lot of women's shoes. I pretty much always wear either sneakers like Vans or for boots, Dr. Martens (just to give you an idea of my usual footwear). But I needed a pair of dressier shoes for those times in life you can't wear jeans and a t-shirt. I pretty consistently wear a women's size 1 and in men's a size 9.5. I ordered these Life Stride boots in size 11 Wide and was beyond impressed at how perfectly they fit! For dress shoes I usually need a wide since women's shoes tend to be a bit pinching for me and the wide width of these is fantastic. I tried these on after work, which means my feet were probably a bit swollen and yet my feet were very comfortable and had enough room. They even feel good without socks! The inside of the boot is smooth and softly lined so if you wear them without socks or tights there aren't rough seams or anything to worry about. The cushioned insole is nice too and even though I haven't worn them for an extended period of time yet, I can tell I shouldn't have issues with the heel height. Normally the most raised heel I can tolerate is on my Dr. Martens but these feel pretty comfortable despite having a higher heel and pitch. I'm even more stoked that I used a bunch of my Zappos customer points so these were an even better deal than the usual price!

They looked cute online. In person, they aren't terrible, just cheap looking. Wearing them is torture. I wore them for a total of 2 hours, and both ankles are bloody, and pinky toes have bright red, huge blisters. I have average feet, so nothing out of the ordinary. A hard piece of plastic hits right below the ankle bone, so every step you take, you dig into your skin...over and over. Completely unwearable. 6 inch heals would be a relief. Returning ASAP.

No need to break in. Super comfortable

LOVE THESE BOOTIES! Very comfortable and cushy. Easy to slip into (which also means your ankle is a little unsupported, but this hasn't been a problem). Goes well with nearly everything.

Very stylish but rubbed in a few spots. Looked great with leggings.

I found these boots to run quite narrow, including around the ankle even though I ordered the wide width.

I wanted to love these booties, however the way the top of the bootie hits your ankle is nearly unbearable to withstand for more then 30 seconds. The felt more narrow then boots of this size normally do.

Cute but very loose on heel.

I loved these shoes. They are cute and fairly inexpensive — BUT I sure wish that when shoes are offered in a wide width — they really would be wide. To call this a wide width shoe is a joke. I love Zappos and their customer service though!
