I absolutely LOVE these! I thought they looked a little manly on line, but not so. The leather is soft and a really nice chestnut-ish brown. The zipper in the back allows you to get in and out of it SO easily, and you can leave the laces tied. Simplifies things! Much easier to get in these than a couple others I had tried. I wear sz 8, or 38 EU sz. These come in US sizes. The toebox is just a tad wider than others I tried, and a little longer. And I'm really happy about that, because I can wear a little bit of a thicker sock, or opt for a pad and a regular thickness sock. The heel is a perfect height. Looks good with straight jeans and bootcuts! I wore them right out of the box for 6 hours of shopping. They were perfect. My hunt is over, for a laced, short boot! Oh Happy Day...Happy Me!

These are lovely shoes but though the left shoe felt perfect the right felt shorter and tighter. On closer inspection I found that the right shoe was indeed smaller and the seams were different from the left. Zappos customer service was great and sent me a replacement size 10 M- but the same problem. At Zappos suggestion I notified the manufacturer and their customer service simply told me to try a different color but had no solution. . I suspect poor quality control by their manufacturer. I hope Zappos checks their inventory and returns these mismatches. Huge disappointment as otherwise they’re really trendy and had potential.

These shoes are prefect. My feet need a wide toe and a narrow heal, and these shoes are perfect in the toe box. The more is plenty of room for my toes even with thick socks and they still have a slim look. The style and color have the perfect pop for work or weekends and the zipper in the back is great. Love love love this brand.

I was searching for a leather (not suede) chukka-style ankle bootie & after trying on a handful of choices, I settled on these. The “Brandy” color is a beautiful rich, rusty brown. Super-soft leather exterior conforms nicely to your foot without being tight, and surprisingly comfortable for distance walking due to their lightweight & flexible outsoles. They have an adjustable lace-up design, but the back zipper provides easy on and off. The only issue I had is that the back zippers were originally a bit tough to pull up, but I rubbed them with a little WD-40 & they work fine now - as long as I sit down to put them on. (No pulling these on while running out the door!) The toe cap stitching and collar snaps give a little bit of interest & prevent these from looking too masculine. Really cute with cuffed jeans, tights & leggings. Just what I was looking for!

100% love at first site! These boots are everything I was looking for. The leather is soft, they look attractive on, and they are comfy too. I’ve been buying and sending boots back all fall and I’ve finally found a pair that I wore out of the house immediately because I knew I loved them so much. They are still new so I cannot review the durability, but all in all I am so happy I found these boots!

These ankle boots are as soft as glove leather and were comfortable right out of the box. The have a back zipper, so you don't have to lace and unlace unless you want to. Perfect heel for wearing with leggings (my new pandemic uniform). I really like them.

This is a beautiful boot! The leather is so soft and was very comfortable right out of the box. I wear an orthotic insert and it fit fine in the boot.

The cutest, most comfy shoes I own, and that's saying a lot! I'm a shoe-aphile. I'll buy the shoe even if I don't have anything to wear with it, but this shoe is one that I don't care if anything matches! They bring out the best in nearly every casual outfit I own. And the cherry on top is they fit like they were made from a mold of my foot. Miz Mooz is now my favorite brand!

These boots are so pretty! I really loved the style. The leather is extremely soft and comfortable. However, they felt a little too narrow on my foot. So, I will be returning these regrettably.

I loved these boots right from the start! Great fit and I can wear them all day in comfort. I have a narrow foot so luckily was able to lace them up tight enough. The zipper is nice for easy on and off but on the left shoe it sticks a bit. Hoping it will loosen up some.

I like these shoes a lot, there could be more cushioning on the soles, but they are very comfortable. I often order wide width shoes, but these were a M width and they feel good because they are so soft.

Great boots. I had to return them because I have a high arch and the cut across the foot was too tight. They are soft and dressy looking.

I wear an 8.5 or a 9. Ordered the 9 and they are a tad long for me. Trying to decide if I should switch for a smaller size. These boots are just amazing. Good looking and super soft leather. So comfortable. Easy on and off. Thankful for the free shipping.

This is a really cute boot, but the 8 was just a bit too snug for comfort so I am sending back. I went ahead and ordered the 8.5 and it is perfect. I have high arches so I will be inserting an arch support. I got the Bordeaux color, really like it. It's not bright, somewhat on the side of a conservative color but still fun with jeans. I am thinking of ordering the Louise boot next. I just recently discovered Miz Mooz and so glad I did. Good quality brand.

Miz Mooz shoes are thee most comfortable footwear I have ever worn. The leather is so very soft and I could wear them all day and still feel like there is nothing on my feet. I have purchased three pair of different styles of Miz Mooz and they all are wonderful You definitely get what you pay for. I usually wear an 8 1/2 Med width, that is what I order. I am NEVER disappointed. an 8 1/2 still gives me plenty of toe room even with heavier socks. bj nelson charlottesville Va

I am in love with these shoes. I love the color. I love that they are real leather. They fit like a dream and I feel awesome when I wear them. I have had them on almost every day since receiving them.

This is a gorgeous boot. Love the fit and style. What I love most is the soft leather. It molds to the foot. The only negative is the folded down opening. I would have preferred a regular opening, because you have to tie the boot tight to make it stay snug on the foot. It does look very cute on. I perchased this in 2 colors, and decided to just keep the black and return the carmel color, because I never got around to wearing it.

I love this boot! I recently purchased another very, very expensive boot after trying it on it was way too big. I absolutely love this boot the leather is soft and the fit is true to size, and the price is great I plan to order another pair of boots soon.

I love these booties and get lots of compliments. I wear arch support inserts and they fit nicely in this boot. Very comfortable and leather is very rich looking.

Thank you Zappos for awesome customer service. You asked me to try this style in Brandy (brown) as the Bordeaux color in size 10 had the problem with mismatching. Much better in Brandy....fits better and I'm able to walk in them without a break in period. There is clearly a difference between left and right shoe but not as pronounced as the Bordeaux color. Will enjoy. Soft soft leather and nice color.

An absolutely gorgeous boot with great details to give it some kick. I got them in Bordeaux and it's a lovely wine/dark cherry red. The end is a little narrow for me, but I have big feet and am used to it. I am sure they will stretch in time.

This is my new go-to shoe! The leather is lovely and soft, but the shoe is so well constructed that it gives great support. My feet are narrow, so this may not work for a wider foot. I got the burgundy color that is quite lovely!
