You need to order one to one and a half sizes up. If you can. They don’t make a shoe that fits my foot so alas they are going back. Pity.

Gorgeous flats with an elegant low vamp and rounded toe. I usually wear a 7-8 in US size and bought a 39. They fit great. Size up half a size or even a full size if your feet are wider.

In my experience French brand shoes run 1.5 sizes larger than my normal size, ex normally I’ll wear 10.5 but in Repetto, Ch_ _ _ and He_ _ _ _ I require a 12. I’ve had bunion surgery and require a roomier toe. These felt perfect out of the box!! The price is steep but I’m desperate not to wear orthopedic looking shoes just yet.

I own several pair of repetto ballet flats and they are beautiful. You just have to order a whole size larger.

These shoes are very attractive and comfortable but you must order at least 1/2 size larger. Wore them the first time an a trip and they were comfortable. Received so many compliments

I ordinarily wear a Size 8M (38) which is what I first ordered. Too small, returned and re-ordered the 8.5 (39), still tight and small.

These are light and comfy.

Correction, normally wear 10.5 required 11.5 in Repetto for same fit.

These are really pretty shoes, but they run really small! I wear a 7.5, reading other reviews that said they run small, I ordered an 8.5. They are still too small! I will try another half size up and see.

These shoes are a slice of heaven and elevate the wardrobe to a new height. I didn't want to love them, since they are expensive, but they fit my feet beautifully, and frankly, they make me feel fabulous. I did have to size up a half size compared to other ballet flats, as others have commented as well.

If you need any kind of support for your feet in walking—and I normally wear orthotics—these are not the shoes. However, I wanted a patent leather ballet shoe and for my taste, these were the most appealing. And fair warning: go a half size up. I normally wear a 6 (36) and I needed a 6-1/2 (36.5). So I guess I’m damning with faint praise—they are just too adorable for me not to get!

Zappos recommended I go up a half size, so I did. It wasn’t enough. I think of European size 40 as being a US 9, but Zappos called them a 9.5, so maybe that’s part of the sizing problem. The pictures on the website didn’t show the shoe from the top, so FYI the vamp is cut quite close to the toes, and the toe is classic gracefully rounded ballet flat. “Cendrillon” is an elegant soft gold finish. The leather is spectacularly soft. But for the length the shoe seemed very comfortable. These are very pretty shoes but they’re going back because of the size, and I’m not going to reorder because I’d prefer a somewhat pointier toe.

I ordered these in patent navy and patent black in the size I normally wear -7.5. Waaay too small! Good advice from other reviewers to order at least a full size bigger. So I’m returning and have ordered size 9. Hoping they will fit. As other reviewers have stated - these are beautiful shoes that are expensive so must fit perfectly.

Beautiful shoe. I had the problem of 38.5 too small in the toe box but 39 being too big overall. Had to return since for the price the shoe needs to be perfect!

I usually wear a 6 or 6 1/2 depending on the shoe. After reading the reviews I sized up to a 7. I ordered two pair of size 7 in two different colors. One pair fit. The other pair fit the left foot but right was too big. I returned both pairs not only because the sizing was inconsistent but because these are not the quality I would expect from Repetto. Repetto is a renowned ballet shoe manufacturer. These ballet flats are street shoes but the lining inside was cheap and not well made. Because of the inconsistent sizing and the quality, it makes me think that these are irregulars.

Fit was perfect. Repettos are completely consistent size-wise within style. This pair fit great, but whoa, the color is hideous. "Poussin" is French for chick so I was expecting a sunny yellow, but this greenish color looks sea-sick.

These run so super small that it’s sort of ridiculous. My daughter, who is normally a 38, went for a 39.5 and they were still too short. Had to return and order a different style in 40 and those finally fit. I also didn’t like the look of these - as they flare weirdly in the toe box. The Cendrillon is just not the classic ballerina style we were hoping for and the fit is just off. Also, they are very pricey.

I have worn these shoes 4 times. Today they are, sadly, in the trash. They are CUTE - no doubt about it. I got the red patent, and loved the way they looked....when I was sitting down and not moving. But the sizing is way off and the sides and heel are so puzzlingly skimpy that they don't stay on my feet: the sides are very low, so that they gapped open on the sides as I walked. Not a good look for such an expensive pair of shoes. Next, the heel fit only halfway up my own heel, thus guaranteeing that I was always walking out of them or they were slipping off my feet. This also means that the place where the uppers are sewn to the heel were permanently creased. Finally, the toe area is so narrow that all 5 of my toes were unable to fit without being crunched over each other. I don't think it's that I have too many toes.....the toe box is way too short and narrow. In the past, after wearing them I had to treat my feet for abrasions, cuts, and bleeding. Today I limped home after an afternoon outing, when I was walking, one shoe came off, and I fell, twisting my ankle. I do not think the problem is my feet - I have bought and worn other European-sized shoes without any issues - but I am blaming the poor design, cut, and sizing.
