I’ve used this bag for almost a year. I use it everyday for work and carry a laptop, lots of papers, and even throw in a pair of flats. It’s held up well. The handles are stiff at first, but do soften with time. I’ve traveled within the States with it and the trolley flap/sleeve is so helpful to ensure it doesn’t flop over or fall off of my luggage handle. I live in the Midwest and often get “salt residue” on it when brushing up against cars in the winter. The nylon material cleans up nicely with a damp cloth. This is both a functional and nice-looking bag. I haven’t experienced the quality issues noted in other reviews, so am very pleased with this purchase.

I travel internationally at least once a month on long haul trips. This bag is truly awesome. Still looks brand new after more than a year of heavy use. Can be wiped down clean easily with a damp cloth or hand wipe. The sleeve to go over the handle of my carry on is awesome. Looks just as classy as my Tumi but at a fraction of the price.

I was so disappointed with this item. The straps were falling apart almost immediately. The main zipper was sewn in wrong, so that the pull tab was inside the bag, not outside. I wish I hadn’t used it so that I could send it back.

I've owned this bag in black for over a year and it has held up beautifully. I can fit my laptop, large umbrella, and lunch in here with no problems. Plenty of pockets to keep you organized. Just ordered the navy/camel version and couldn't be happier. I get compliments often.

I love this bag. I have been looking for a long time for the perfect work bag - needs to fit my laptop, occasionally some files, charging cords, my cosmetic bag, my wallet, water bottle, phones, keys, etc. I also wanted something that would stand up when you sit it down (not floppy), and with comfortable handles. I'm glad I went with this bag - it is perfect. Fits everything but it's not too big. I can carry it around al day, it has a lot of pockets so I can stay well organized, and the material can be wiped down if necessary. Plus it looks good!

Perfect bag! Fits my MacBook and all my books and files. Plus can throw a pair of flats in there. Great pockets and a padded tablet pocket. Highly recommend.

I planned to use this bag for travel. Loved the style, size and organization. Would have been almost perfect if the handles had been attached with rings so they could fold down. They were thick and rigid not comfortable to carry and difficult to fold under my seat. The trolley sleeve is great. A bit heavier than I expected probably due to the handles. I will not sacrifice function for aesthetics when I travel. Wanted to love this but it is going back??

Unfortunately, the straps are very stiff and cracked after one and a half years. Love the style, but very disappointed in the quality.

Loved the functionality of this bag. I’m really disappointed however in its durability. After 6 months of moderate use the handles shred and fall apart.
