I love the fit. I own these in a black pair. They are so comfortable.

I loved these, but with the low cut, it looks weird with socks. Living in Michigan, not an option. :)

I loved the fit, color and style of these boots as soon as I got them out of the box and on my feet. They were instantly comfortable with no break in. I’ve worn them with and without bootie socks. The real test was a trip to Ireland where I logged in as much as 10 miles IN ONE DAY in these boots. I brought my Nikes with me just in case I needed them, but I never changed from these cute booties. When it got cold, I slipped on some cute wool socks, and my feet stayed toasty. I may need another pair in another color! ??. I highly recommend these boots!

I. LOVE. THESE. SHOES. I have the red ones - you know what color they are?! The color of fiery red maple leaves in fall ? Spectacular. (The color and style garners a lot of compliments ?) These are extremely comfortable, and have removable insoles. These are not waterproof, likely because... how waterproof can you make something with a slit down the ankle? I did spray these with waterproofer, so that should help :) Like all SOREL, these are narrow to start, then loosen up as you wear them. I wore nylons you start, now super low socks. To speak to the comfort of these - I walk around 5 miles each day for work and can wear these all day without my feet getting sore. The heels aren’t too high, and the support is perfect for my foot, though may feel odd for others’ feet. To sum this up - if you’re on the fence about these shoes - GET THEM. (Especially if you’re debating the red ones!) I’ll be getting these shoes in more colors when they come out with more! On the fence? Try these.

After using a shoe horn and getting in some serious cardio... I got the boots on! The cut out is so weird! It may be because I have high arches, maybe my heels are too wide... or maybe the openings of the boots have zero give. Once on, they are cute and even comfortable, but what a hassle!! I ordered a half size larger, due to other reviews, and that was right on! They came off with ease as well, but fighting to get them ON is not for me.

Very nice shoes that can either be dressed up or down - I bought these shoes on a whim and usually I am not impulsive (especially with shoes - I like to think about it). I am really happy that I did purchase them - at first the toe seemed to pointed and my toes felt "squished" but after wearing them for about 3 days inside for a couple of hours each day, they fit really well and are super comfy. I wasn't sure I would like the cut-out but it makes the shoe very unique and I can wear them with striped socks for kind of a causal "funky" look. They have nice padding and fit very well in my regular 8 1/2 size. If you get these and feel they are to tight in the toebox area, just wear them around inside for a couple of days and they should fit fine!

These are SO cute and oh SO small! I have thin narrow feet and I could barely get my feet into these boots, and they were at least a size too small. :( Not sure if I want to give a bigger size a try as the heel will probably be too wide, and the leather is incredibly stiff. Bummer.

I looked carefully for a fashionable but waterproof bootie, and chose these because they checked the boxes, and were also more comfortable than others I had tried. They feel "roomy" in my regular size (8 1/2), but do not slip or rub. This has allowed different sock thicknesses depending on the temperature. I wore them on a trip with a fair amount of walking, right out of the box without problem, on a rainy day without wet feet. There is a removable insole, but I have not had a need to replace it as it is very comfortable. The deep cut out is not a problem as no-show socks or thin taller socks and tights all look good with these.

Sorels are tricky. If you can get the right fit, they are super comfy, but the fit isn't always easy. I ordered these in an 8.5, which is my usual size, and when I first put them on with very thin wool socks, they were incredibly tight, like will-I-be-able-to-get-my-foot-in tight. Luckily my sister had told me that all her favorite pairs of Sorels took some breaking in, and the last thing I wanted was a too-loose pair of boots. I held onto these for a few days, trying them on at different times of the day (my first try on was at the end of the day, post-workday, post-workout, so I knew that my feet were probably more swollen than at the start of the day). I read a bunch of reviews, including the ones that said they wished they had bought a half size up. Others said they did buy a half size up because of the reviews, and regretted doing so - the bigger ones were too large. So I wore mine for about ten minutes at a time for the first few days, always inside the house, and after a couple of a days they were super comfy. I'm keeping them and love the look- also the waterproofing makes them more versatile for weather conditions. A good buy.

I love the style of these booties! For once I found a bootie that I liked and that did not have a ridiculously high heel. These are super comfortable...but...BUYER BEWARE!!! After reading reviews on sizing, I felt like a 7.5 would be the perfect fit for me. I typically wear a 7, sometimes a 6.5. I wore them ONCE and by the end of the day, they were just a pinch too short for my feet, which made them very uncomfortable...and now unreturnable. Looking over the other reviews, it seems like any size above a 9 would need a half-size larger. But from experience, anything below an 9 would need to go with a full size larger. The other thing about these booties is there is no heel cup, which makes them a little difficult to get on if you have a high in-step. Once you get the hang of not having a heel cup and figuring out the best way to put them on that works for you, they fun and comfortable. I ordered the 8 because I loved the color and comfort...after getting the larger size, but now I'm stuck with a 7.5 that only fits during the first part of the day. There's $140 I'll never see again.

LOVE but my feet didn't love. The first pair I ordered...the left bootie was just the right width...maybe even a tad too wide but oh so comfortable! The right bootie was too narrow. Huh? So I ordered another pair and gambled that the wider boot was the one that was cut right. Alas, that was not to be. The second set was too narrow. So the narrow is the standard and that one wide boot must have been miscut. Some reviewers said that the boots stretch with wear. But in my experience, boots and shoes never really do and you end with a going to Good Will pricey mistake.

Not a fan of the deep side cut. Water and snow can easily dip in there. Also, socks will show oddly through that slit. Wanted to love them, but didn’t think they would work out.

Too tight! I probably need to go up one size. Shoe feels tight over top of foot.

I LOVE these boots so much!!! I bought the orangey-red color and they add a gorgeous pop of color to all my black, brown, and grey winter outfits. The first day out of the box I wore them to school (I'm a teacher) and after being on my feet all day, I got home and did not take them off because they are so comfortable and cute. I live in Colorado and wear them in the snow as long as it's not too deep to get in the side cut-outs. You can wear them with super short socks or go without like I do. I get so many compliments on them! BUY THEM! You will not regret this purchase.

Loved these booties in every way except the fabric. Just a personal preference but didn’t care for the suede/rubbed off suede look. I really debated if I could live with the fabric because they were great in every other way.

Amazing little bootie. I bought them for a trip to Europe where I knew I would walk, walk, walk....I took tennies just in case these turned out to be uncomfortable (I own 3 other Sorels and know they can and usually are comfortable). I did not need the tennis shoes. These fit perfectly right out of the box (I wore them around house a little before trip) (I'm 7.5M and ordered same size). The look of the camel ones with the skinny black pants I wore as my 'uniform' in Spain, Portugal, Germany was simply perfect. ...in Sweden my ankles and lower legs froze so had to switch things up there eventually. I can't recommend these more. I was surprised given my experience with this brand that I found a couple stitches on inside right boot that wasn't 'attached' and was coming unstitched about Day 5 of the trip. But I just talked to Zappos and they will, as always, make it right. It just seemed like a flaw that is uncommon with this brand. I'm getting another pair! And may spring for a pair in black as well. The sole is very sturdy, insole offers decent arch support, and shoe has enough heel to look fashionable. I never had sore feet or tired legs on my trip and some days my fitness tracker told me I walked 22,000 steps!!

It took me forever to find a boot that fit and this Sorel is great! I live in Florida and traveling to Germany so needed a comfortable boot to walk in. My toes aren't use to being enclosed for long, so I had a hard time finding a boot that wasn't too tight in the toes. I wasn't sure about the cut out but, I Love these boots!

I originally ordered a half size larger due to other reviews, but they were too big. I returned them for my regular size and they are perfect.

Was too wide and I have a wide foot so did not expect that.

Perfect fit I really love these boots. I’ve been looking for a nice little boot like this and I finally found it. I got a size 8 and its perfect, I usually wear between a 7.5 and 8. It is a little hard to put on and take off depending on the type of socks you wear. With no socks they go on and off pretty easily. With thick socks it’s hard to get off, but I don’t think you’re really supposed to be wearing thick socks with this anyways.

This are the most amazingly comfortable booties. So much so, I bought both colors. Tread heel, waterproof and great looking with pants.

I followed the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size 8 instead of my usual 7.5. They fit well! I almost feel like I could have squeezed into the 7.5 since I am planning to wear them with no socks but I’d rather err on the larger side than have them be too tight. Super comfortable footbed.

Love these boots. The leather was a little stiff and after wearing them 9ish hours there was a place by my toe that was annoyed, I anticipate after a fews wears it will not happen. Felt comfortable to wear on snowy/icy surfaces. The width was perfect for my medium feet. Wouldn’t recommend if you have wide feet.
