Okay....you’re gonna think I’m cuckoo bananas, but here ya go! I am a runner. I was 3 days away from a half marathon and was super disappointed with the shoes I was running in (will not disclose the brand) and thought....i’m not gonna run in these junkers....better hop on Zappos and overnight some shoes pronto!! I read a few reviews of these shoes and ordered a 9 and a 9.5-boom, done! True to Zappos promise, my shoes arrived the next day. I put on the 9, which is my size, and.they.were.perfect!!!! Seriously friends, no time to go on a run to see, soooo, totally went off my love at first sight! Now, the morning of my half. I pulled on the best socks ever (will disclose-Thirty48) and my new shoes. Left foot was a regular lace, no double knot. Right foot, used the heel securing eyelets and no double knot. I ran the entire race without problem, without incident, without pain!! There was never a stop to tighten laces, double knot laces or to use duct tape to cover potential blisters! I know this is an unbelievable review, but I’m telling ya, this really happened!!! To the folks who design On.....don’t go changing!! So many shoe companies mess up what they’ve got when they have a great thing going! These shoes make me soooooo happy!! I’m gonna buy several more pairs to have as my forever shoes-these are fantastic!!!

I have long been a Brooks & Vionic devotee, and I recently started working out at Orange Theory. It was a trainer at OTF that told me about these shoes, as I'm over 40, overweight, and trying desperately to get fit and strong. Needless to say, I hurt--everywhere, and especially in my joints. These are life changing. They provide stability, support, and cushioning for runing, weight training, and even hold up to long days at ballparks and themeparks. I've already bought a second pair because i know i will wear these out. They look great (not to sneaker-y). Awesome shoes! I am hooked!!!

Bought these shoes June 30th and the today the heel came unsewed from the shoe. I would like to say I’ve used these a lot in the past 3 months, but I had a baby 7 weeks ago so I haven’t worked out as much as normal. This was my first pair of on clouds and will never buy again.

The fit is great, but I always go up a 1/2 size in running shoes. This is my 7th pair on On running shoes. I typically wear the 2.0, but have every color, so I went with the Cloud X this time. Love the shoes, dislike the “tongue” of the shoe. It’s extremely tall and rubs the front part of my ankle to the point where it give me major blisters. I now fold it down and that seems to work. I remember reading another review regarding this before I purchased these, but bought them anyway.

I could tell that these would be incredibly comfortable if they fit me. The footbed felt great. I usually wear an 8 1/2 or 9. I ordered 9 and they felt too small. I think 9 1/2 will be perfect.

I bought these in my typical 8.5 shoe size. They definitely felt tighter width wise and even length. I had read some reviews to go up a size. I got the 9M and they feel much better. I would still say they fit more on the snug side...and not super roomy width wise. They are very comfortable and super lightweight. I love the color combos and excited for a different brand. I always love Zappos to try and return if they don't work out.

Heard all about these for orangetheory HIIT classes. So I ordered these and the oncloud flow model to compare. I am a true 7.5 in women’s (my toes are close to the edge in 7.5 normally) but I can also wear 8’s sometimes (which are usually slightly big on me). I ordered a 7.5 in both styles as I read reviews that oncloud run slightly large. It is crazy how different two sneakers from the same company fit! The cloud X ran small. The 7.5 was wearable for walking around but way too small to actually run and jump in. The cloud flow were very comfortable for everything. The 7.5 actually was slightly big, I had a thumb space in front of my toes. So I kept the flow and returned the X’s My advice size half size up if you are between sizes. I ordered the 8 in the X to see the difference and then they were too big. They became wider and had extra material when I walked. Bummer because I wanted them to work. Besides the size they are very lightweight and a very thin shoe (no true structure or support). Fits similar to a bare foot fit. The soles are comfortable and cushioning. But honestly really wasn’t impressive for $140.

Oh I loved these shoes! They are perfect--comfy, support, and great style. However, on me the side of the shoe was just ever so too high that it hit the bone in my heel. I was not sure if they would get better or cause pain and didn't want to take the chance. I only occasionally have this issue with shoes. I will definitely try more ON shoes after this though!

The soles on these shoes are rock magnets and need a major re-design. The soles are also wearing much more quickly than soles on other brand I typically purchase (Brooks). Though these shoes are very comfortable I would not consider buying them again unless they eliminate the deep crevices in the soles and added more durable rubber to the sole.

Love this shoe! It’s more snug than the Cloud, also more stable feeling, while being lighter. Great shoe for mixed activities like they advertise. If you haven’t tried On’s yet, you should.

I was excited when these arrived but after walking around in them for a few minutes, the tongue of the shoe dug into the front of my ankle. These went back.

Good shoe for HIIT and Tabata. I’ve been wearing ON’s for about 3 years now and this shoe is flat enough for lateral movements. While it still has good shock absorption, it’s not as much as the cloud surfers or done if the other models. I’ve found it very difficult to find a shoe that offers a lot of cushion but is still very stable and well suited for all of the side to side, jumping, etc movements of workouts like Insanity. Not a perfect shoe for these activities, but one of the better ones I’ve found so far.

These are excellent shoes and are great for running. However, do NOT put them in the washing machine. They will disintegrate (see photos). Otherwise I have no complaints and highly recommend. Also, I called to let Zappo’s know what happened, but since I’d purchased the shoes more than 6 months out they were not able to replace them; they instead gave me a $40 coupon, with which I was pleased. Thank you Zappos!

I may donate all my other athletic shoes and just buy these in every color. Four days in Disney and amazing. Worth the price in my opinion and I received them days before heading to Disney, so not a lot of break in time.

I got these in the Lake/Coral colorway and they are CUTE. Very flattering, and they can easily transition from running in the streets to running errands as athleisure wear. I am a regular but non-professional runner (run 2-3 miles daily) and found these exceeding comfortable. I tested them briefly on a treadmill and they were comfortable, but compared to the Cloudflows I also purchased to try, I preferred the feel of the Cloudflow.

True to size ... I'm normally a 6.5 and always size up to 7.5 in my running shoes. Did the same with these and they fit perfectly. They fit right out of the box. I usually wear Brooks Launch and was looking for something not as cushioned since I now run mostly on a treadmill and cross train in the gym. Based off the reviews, I was expecting the shoes to be a little more softer (people described them to be like walking on clouds) and I would not describe them like that at all. They don't have as much cushion as a normal running shoe but they aren't like being barefoot...they are a good in between which is what I was looking for. I like being able to run in them and then switch to weight lifting and have a nice flat foot for that. I would not recommend them to run long distance in. I usually run about 2 miles in mine and would switch to a more traditional running shoe if I was to run longer.

love love this shoe. So cute and fits perfectly. I have the ON Cloud Flyer, which I also love. This one comes up little higher. I have high arch, narrow foot and do all kinds of activities and always forget to have the correct shoes, so I need a good all around fit. Very lightweight, but thick protective sole. Did I mention they are soso cute?

First pair of On Cloud X shoes. They are super cute and comfy. Love the colors. I normally wear a 9, and usually 9.5 in running shoes. The 9 on these have plenty of room in the toe box, the ft across the toe is wide but the rest of the shoe feels like a regular fit. If you’re used to sizing up for running shoes, you won’t need to with these. My only complaint is that the cushy insoles have zero arch support. I don’t know why shoe manufacturers do this? It’s so frustrating. At least they are removable so I can swap in some insoles with arches. But a $140 shoe shouldn’t need replacement insoles.

Such a good looking shoe. I ordered a 1/2 size up from my usual size based on previous reviews and it fit perfectly. It is very light. It’s also my very first purchase of the On brand and I’m impressed!

Unfortunately, after very light wear (like only to Orangetheory, and barely outside), the eyelet for the shoelaces broke...on one shoe completely and on the other, more than one are about to pop. You can see from the picture, the tread on the shoe(s) are barely worn...so this is not from overuse.

I bought this pair as well as the On Cloud Terry. I bought the Cloud Terry first in a 7, which was an upsize for me from reading the reviews. I usually wear a 6.5 in shoes, so I figured going up half a size would be enough. I ended up returning that first pair and opting for a 7.5, a whole size, instead, and fully recommend that you upsize if you have a tall arch! So when I ordered this second pair of the Cloud X, I went straight for the 7.5 and the shoe fit like a dream. No breaking-in or anything. If you have a tall arch or slightly wider foot, like me, and are trying to decide on the style for you, I FULLY recommend this style over that of the Cloud Terry, as this shoe is much softer in the body, while the Terry might be better for a different foot shape, and is much more sturdy structurally. Also, this color looks quite brown/tan on the website, but in person and paired with pink in your outfit, reads as a beautiful rosy-gold sort of shade, SUPER cute, but more importantly, VERY comfortable for the average of 15 miles I have to walk every day at my workplace!

LOVE THESE SHOES! So cute and when I add my Vionic active insole, they are perfect. I have problem feet and these shoes are awesome. I was interested in another brand and these popped up as a zappos recommendation. Couldn't be happier! Love them!
