Unfortunately, these shoes were both too narrow and too short. I liked the appearance, but they just weren't comfortable.

I love the On Cloud's. This is my 5th pair, but I am really bummed with the 2.0s. I have seriously wide feet and the 2.0 is NOT wide...even the wides. I am hoping they will stretch a bit, but so far, my feet are killing me. Otherwise, the shoes are perfect.

I purchased these in black, then blue. They’re great for walking/everyday. I have heard they work well for running, but feel the back rubs my ankle too much for that personally. The ankle rubbing was the only ‘breaking in’ I felt was needed. Overall, a really nice show and love that you don’t have to tie the laces and they still feel tight enough.

As others have mentioned, the 2.0 version is slightly different from the original. I own 4 pairs of the first version... but this new pair is just as comfortable for me straight from the box. It’s indeed more narrow overall, and more so in the back- but this didn’t affect me. I have an average foot, but am “small boned”... slender ankles, etc. If one has a wider foot, wider heel/ankle- I can see how this new version may not be ideal. It’s too bad the price was increased too.

Bought for my daughter, she usually wears a kids size 4...these worked perfect. Adorable on!

I also had the older model of On Cloud and agree this version has changes which include the stiffer / higher heel, more I haven't had the same rubbing as other users, but do prefer the older model. That said, this is still a top shoe in my book. And even with the slightly stiffer feel to this shoe vs 1.0, I think it's very lightweight and comfortable!

This shoe rubbed my heels raw. I've had the exact same style for years and years and I have never had a problem with a new pair...until this one. When I called customer service, they urged me to go up to the most recent version of the shoe and I did. The most recent version is MUCH more comfortable. NO blisters at all!!! Love them.

I usually wear an 8 sneaker but these were very tight and short. Unfortunately the 8.5 was sold out so will keep an eye out for when restocked

The picture is shown with elastic laces but came only with regular laces and no elastic which was the main reason I bought this style

Love the style and easy to slip on and off..... but these definitely run smaller than other On Cloud styles I have. Wouldn't be able to wear a full day comfortably.

I love the look of the shoes but I don’t find them as comfortable as they seem. They hurt the back of my foot and had to really stretch them so they wouldn’t help. I don’t think I can run with them, to me, they are good to walk short distances only…

only wear them indoors for work and a hole has worn in the fabric. Nice lightweight shoe but could be more supportive/ Lacks quality

Poked a hole in them in less than 6 months. Comfy, but not worth the money.

Not enough support, especially arch & ball of foot area.

Nice looking shoe. No forefoot cushioning whatsoever, felt like walking on cardboard.

Shoe (Cloud 2.0) sole on heel deteriorating on both shoes. Rocks and other things get stuck in the grooves as well. Purchased the shoes June 12, 2021 from M. Dumas & Sons in Charleston, SC. I only wear these shoes on a part-time basis, on the weekends. These shoes cost $141.70 and they haven't lasted 6 months. I have a pair of Brooks shoes that I purchased about 2 weeks after these shoes and wear them every day, all day (8-10 hours a day) during the week and they look as good as the day I bought them and they cost less then these shoes...

Lovely and fun shoes. Although the top part of the shoe killed my feet, leaving red marks on both feet. I am hoping it was just a defective pair, because I really love the look of the shoe and have heard so much about their comfort.

I love the On shoes but the sizing is so frustrating. I have this style in other colors, same size (8). But this pair is so tight they hurt me feet. It’s too late to return since I’ve already worn them. Just wish they’d be more consistent with sizing between the styles.

This is definitely a narrow shoe, and I have pretty narrow feet. I like a shoe with a wider toebox, and this shoe does not have it. My pair of On Cloudnovas has nice sized toebox, but they're not really ideal for workouts. It's a shame, I love the shoes otherwise.

This style side by side with another On pair was smaller and hard against front of toes

Not as comfortable as my Nike React sneakers, just ok. Kind of a saddle shoe look to them.

Dang these run small and narrow.

I tried these on in a store and found that size 10 fit fine--although I usually wear a 9.5. I hate these shoes. They're so wide that when I lace them up, there is gathered material in the toe box area. They look goofy. I've tried everything: thicker socks, inserts, etc., and I can't get them to be comfortable. I want to return them. It's like they stretched out and now they're way too big. Also, some of the trim on the lace area is fraying. Not the quality I'd expect for the price.

This is my 3rd pair of ON cloud 2.0 and for some reason this pair feels so much smaller that they are uncomfortable to wear.
