These are a nice pair of sturdy work pants. The fabric is rigid and coarse but has a little bit of stretch. I work in construction and appreciate the thighpocket for holding my phone and the extra layer of material at the back of the cuff.

They are perfect for steel mills work. Light enough for hot weather but strong enough for heavy duty work

I'm a remodeling contractor. Been at it my entire life. I discovered these Timberland Pro Gridflex Basic Canvas Work Pants about 4 years ago, and Have bought many pairs since then. I love them. They're comfortable, they have a little bit of stretch to them, so they move with you. They have a very convenient side cell phone and separate pencil pocket on the right leg, which I use constantly. They are durable, and take a lot of punishment. I highly recommend them.

I use these a soon as they are clean again. Fit is good. They are comfortable with great maneuverability. Fabric is heavy and holds up in cold New England. A slimmer fit option would be nice.

I'm 5'5'' tall, so finding work pants that fit me well has been a challenge. These fit great so far, and are true to size. Quality double stitching where it's important. Only wish it had a hammer loop on one leg, but that's not a big deal

I found the Timberland Pro canvas work pants to be very comfortable on me. I often wear the canvas work pants to work, and the pants feel very comfortable on my waist and legs with out any itchy and scratchy. I trust the Timberland brand, because they give you a discount, and free shipping with a online purchase. I'm looking into purchasing some Timberland waterproof shoes.

Only washed and dried them once so not sure how the dark brown or jet black colors will fade

After another brand stop making the pants I loved I had to look for a replacement. These pants are it for me. It's my first time using canvas pants, I've always worn jeans, but I really do like how thin the material is. They seem pretty rugged but only time will tell on that one. So far so good, they fit a little baggy but I'm getting used to it and it helps with range of motion.

This product is great for industrial work - it's durable, and the design and color looks sharp. However, the fit style only comes in: Regular Fit, or perhaps it's Loose Fit, but this type of fit isn't for everyone's build, it's more for a husky, or very tall build, and I'm a Slim Fit, Slim Straight Fit, or a Skiny Fit. If, Timberland makes these pants for these types of build's I mentioned? I would recommend this product, and buy 'em in different colors, but for now I could only recommend 'em if you're a husky build, or very tall.

I ordered a pair of Basic Canvas Work Pants and a pair of the TIMBERLAND PRO GRIDFLEX CANVAS WORK PANT. The Basic pants fit great and I like them but Pro pants was drastically smaller in the waist. I cant put any trust into a company that has such obvious quality control issues.

I was very excited for these pants and at first they seemed great. They appear to be durable and well made and I like that the material has a bit of stretch. They fit well and the stay in place throughout the day. Unfortunately these pants have a major flaw. They wrinkle like crazy. After each wash they are so wrinkled they are not wearable without ironing. Considering these pants are designed for tradesman, ironing probably isn't happening. They are the only item in the wash that wrinkles. I have pants from other work wear brands that I wash the same way and have 0 wrinkle issues. I have tried washing them in small loads, warm water, cold water, ive pulled rhem from the dryer while still hot and it makes no difference. These sadly seem to be getting worse with each wash. I bought 2 pairs, each in a different color and I have the wrinkle issue with both. If you don't mind excessive wrinkles I'm sure these pants are great. I've had good experiences with other products I'm the Timberland Pro products but i cannot recommend the pants.
