As a previous owner of Nike Free Run series, which were good for gym use, I would say these have the same fit in terms of size. The outer sole has much better traction than FreeRuns. These are lower and flatter than running shoes, which makes it great for weight lifting, which I think these are meant for.

Love the way these shoes look! Wish they had a little more heel support but otherwise very happy with this purchase!

I got these specifically for the gym. I can definitely feel the difference as compared to my running shoes. Highly recommended

I bought these Nike’s a month ago and I like them so much I just bought a second pair. Nice and roomy in the toe box, great ankle support, and the insole is nice and uniform with firm cushioning.

I really love these sneakers. Black with just a few hits of white make them stylish. Good comfort and support for the gym.

I tried on a lot of sneakers before I found these. They are wide in the toe box, which I need. They are narrower down near the heel, which I also need. The insole is sort of a medium density foam. It gives me just enough support. The arch is on the lower side. I wish it was just a little higher. Its hard to find one that is just right. So many sneakers have an arch that is too high and down right uncomfortable. I usually wear a 10, but in Nike I take a 10.5 so these followed suit. I like the black out style. A lot of sneakers have that white sole which isn't for me. These just have a pop of white which is fine. I wear them to the gym. They give good stability for lifting, crossfit, and cardio. These shoes look great and are very comfortable. They have a great balance between support and comfort and are breathable. They are great all around shoes.

I haven't wore the shoes a lot so far but they fit perfect right out of the box. They are comfortable, look nice with an understated design and breathe well. I'm happy with them as long as they hold up over time. If you have wide feet and not narrow feet, these may be too tight for you though.

Solid training shoe. Coming down from a Metcon 2, this shoe is built a little lighter and not quite as robust as that shoe. I use it for weight training and it fulfills that role quite well. Needs a little bit of break-in, otherwise quite comfortable. The outsole accommodates pivoting movements well. Happy overall with this shoe.

I use these for my gym workouts and playing racquetball. Good support, maybe less flexible than prior Nike gym shoes.

Have worn Nike for years. Love the style and fit. But this pair squeaked with every step or if you moved your heel in the shoe. Perhaps the insole was not glued properly. Just could not tolerate the squeaking noise with every movement.

It runs way smaller than marked! Not a Zappos issue but a Nike issue. For years have been able to buy a 10.5 Medium Nike and they fit perfect, not any more! Could not even get my foot into the 10.5, way too narrow. Have noticed in Nike golf shoes they run bigger, just bought a pair and had to go down to a 10 but in most other Nike shoes I now wear a 10.5, 11.0 or 11.5. I am 50 years old so I know my feet are not still growing lol, it is the shoes! Too bad too as they were great looking and a very well made shoe and just what I was looking for. NOTE that the shoe is NOT as white as it looks in the picture when you get it, yes I know they call the color Platinum but looks white in the picture and more of a soft gray color when you get it but still looks very good.

as always nike makes a great shoe but is constantly a half size too small you can't wear a normal fitness sock so you can't train in cool weather.without half sizes your toe is up against the front.if you think i'm the only athlete who feels this your wrong. they don't care about western market.

Not a Zappos issue, more a Nike issue! Have always been able to buy a 10.5 Nike and it fit perfect. Could not even get my foot in to this shoe without a lot of effort. A lot narrower than marked and NO ARCH SUPPORT in it at all.
