These shoes are excellent. A lot better than other on the market. I know because I shopped and shopped. They're not high-end style, but that's not what I want in this kind of shoe. Truth is, none of them are high-end style. The fit is right and the insole is roughly like the one that you have to buy separately from Superfeet.

These are Great for workouts that combine Olympic lifts and kettlebells with other functional movements.

This is a great show for lifting. Flat. Sturdy. Stable. Very very good.

This is my second pair of Metcom 4. I am quite large/overweight and I struggle with finding shoes that work for my insert and don't break down too quickly.....or wear out to the side. These are the shoes. They are solid soles yet nice support. They work for me nicely.

I always have to order a size up in Nike (I'm always a 12 in Nike, 11 in all other brands). These are by far the most comfortable workout shoe I have ever bought. I love the lack of "cushion" or "bounce" in these shoes but they still give great support.

This shoes were recommended for my walking/runnning style and they are holding up just fine. I use them to work out at the gym with moderate outdoor running. Buy them here, you can't find the selection like this in stores.

Love these! I wear through them quickly in the gym, at least 1-2 pairs a year and they keep getting better

These are awesome sneakers. Fit and feel fabulous! And Look great as well.

I got a pair in all black. They look great and fit well. I usually have very terrible balance, and these immediately made a difference. Would totally recommend.

Fit as expected; good support for Crossfit.

Great workout shoe for my down-- He's a hockey player and he loves these for the dryland training that the team has.

These shoes look a lot better in person than they do on line. I've gotten a lot of compliments. It's like an updated "soccer shoe" from when you were a kid. They're incredible comfortable. They fit very snug, so much so that I thought they might be too small when I first put them on. After I walked across the room I realized they were a perfect fit. I've been having soreness in my feet and these are really helping with the supportive fit they provide. They really were great in metabolic conditioning too. You could tell they were providing the right support in squats, burpees, and other exercises where I felt unstable in running shoes. These are definitely 5 stars across the board!

I love these so far! First time in a gym specific shoe and it's great - now I don't need to wear my Vans when deadlifting since these are pretty hard-soled. I mainly bought these cuz they look awesome (I got the camo version). First time I've done that, but I just loved the design...

Great shoe for High intensity interval training as it has a low drop for squats and plenty of lateral support and cushion for sprints and running short distances

This is a great lifting and cross training shoe. Minimal arch and very flat sole for squats and dead lifts. 5/5

Love the color scheme. I wear an 8 in women’s and a 6.5 in men’s. Oddly, the men’s feel more narrow than the men’s. Still... love them!

I needed a new shoe for the gym (power rack stuff) and this was perfect. My old shoes (Vans) where nice and flat but lacked support around the foot AND died. These feel snug and supportive without feeling restrictive. They also look awesome. Very happy with the purchase!

Good stuff

I am 60 years old and still doing dynamic "cross fit" like workouts in the gym. What we all need to avoid injury at my age because the recovery is very long, 1. Good trainers 2. Good equipment. These shoes help provide a stable base for all dynamic gym movements including weight training. I highly recommend. 6'3" 220lbs, 12.5 shoe true to size.

Great work out shoe

Bought these for my son. He said they were the most comfortable shoes he’s ever owned. They style is great and colors are awesome. Very happy.

Big fan if the gum soles. 6’7” 300lb frame and tend to have arch issues with most shoes. These fit well.

Deadlift and squat - please get a pair if you plan to do some. Hard and flat bottom helps with the stability under load with enough cushion inside.
