I have come back to raise my review to a all five-star. The tightness in the toe area loosened up quickly. These are great shoes in every way. Please make them in black! Although the blue is beautiful.

I bought these for my husband but he felt that the toe box was too tight, a problem he has never had before. They are very nice looking but we had to return them.

The Asics Gel Foundation 13 is awesome, when they arrived via ups i was like a little kid at Christmas i counldn't wait to open the box to see my shoes. When i opened the box and with a smile on my face these shoes are just beautiful. i put them on and my feet just went to heaven because i was dancing on a cloud. I have very flat feet and i over pronate and i'm considered as a heavy walker. I used to be a heavy runner but since my right knee replacement i was told no running but i can walk and ride my mountain bike. The Asics are great!! lot of cushion and great support , shipping was just a little slow compared to three years ago when i barely got away from my computer and the shoes arrived at my door. I love Zappos!!! excellent customer support and if you have to return your shoes there is no problem zappos will help in anyway they can for their customers. I bought these for my husband, size 10 in 4E. He has wide feet and nothing fits him. These are very comfortable, good for his overpronation. After he wore this shoe for over a week I bough him a second pair for a back up. Many reviews mentions that they are narrow. Please notice that they come in 4E and will fit a foot of 4 and 1/16 inches wide. That is the width of my husband widest part of foot while standing. Excellent shoe, highly recommend.

I bought these for my husband, who over pronates and he loves them! He says he feels as if it perfectly corrects his issue and they are comfy!

These are very comfortable for my wide foot. Right away I knew they were keepers. They are nicely padded around the ankle area. These are my first pair of Asics but not my last.

This is a very nice looking shoe, but the toe box felt too narrow so I have to return them. I don't usually have a problem with the toe box so I feel this shoe is a bit narrow.

I bought these shoes because the reviews often stated that these shoes were too narrow. I have a narrow foot so finding shoes off of the shelf is almost impossible! These shoe DO run narrow and offer great arch support. If you have narrow feet and are tired of your feet swimming in your shoes, these are the shoes for you!

I am a woman and where a 10M in mens. I love this shoe because I have a problem with my ankle turning inwards because of a injury. These felt snug when I first put them on which I like because in time they will stretch. The support in the arch feels good. I also like the navy color. Conservative looking shoe.

Recently purchased these from a local running shop and now here to grab another pair. Over the last year it's become increasingly evident that an injury I suffered had also affected my gait and the way that I stand, because after an 8 hour shift at work I could hardly walk. My feet felt like they were burning, my knees and hips ached horribly, and this isn't an issue I'd ever experienced before. My Doc was the one who said something about my shoes and she was spot on. Apparently my injuries had caused severe over-pronation. The first time I put these shoes on I could have cried. The pain that I felt every day just standing disappeared for more than just a few minutes. Don't get me wrong, these aren't a cure all; after wearing them for several days I do have some discomfort from the adjustment, but right out of the box I was able to wear these for a 10 hour shift on my feet and actually walk out of work without dreading every step. Each day I wear them they become more and more comfortable. They may not be the most stylish shoe, but the support and comfort they offer more than make up for it.

They were a bit tight in the heel at first but they seem to break in very quickly. Today they are very comfortable. So far I am very happy with them.
