I used to wear ASICS Metrolytes all summer. I’m disappointed that the style has changed so much. Instead of low profile, sharp looking athletic/leisure shoe, they are now puffy and dowdy.

too narrow prefer previous style with attached tongue

Very capable as a walking shoe: ultra light, moderately supportive, and true to size. Just comfortable, albeit unremarkable, walking shoe all around. Unfortunately, they're nothing like the original Metrolyte. The uppers have considerably more padding, resulting in a shoe that's a lot bigger on the outside, yet smaller on the inside. The tongue is unobtrusive when worn, but it does scrunch up if you try to put the shoe on with no hands-- something I never had to deal with with the original tongueless design.

These shoes seem to be very comfortable. In athletic shoes I always order a 1/2 size larger and that was perfect for these shoes too. The arch support is minimal but I use orthotics which fit in the shoes perfectly. Also these shoes say they are a medium but definitely run very narrow. Overall I great shoe for me!

I had high hopes for these since I am able to wear Asics 50% of the time with my narrow feet. Unfortunately, these were not narrow enough for me. Thank you Zappos for your wonderful customer service and fantastic return policy.

Cute for travel

This was a gift for my daughter.. she said they were very comfortable as well as stylish.

Love these, sometimes i'm a 6.5, usually a 7 .. got these in a 7 and perfect !!

This is my 4th pair of this style, they are comfy, lightweight so I don't feel like my feet are in concrete. I wear them all day working and my feet don't get tired or hurt. I wish they would make them in more colors :-)

I was looking for a comfortable sleek sneaker that I could add orthotics too. This would be better if it were a solid color and the tongue were just a bit smaller. This runs a bit more narrow than other ASICS but it is a sleeker shoe. I ordered the Toms sneaker which was better looking but returned bc ASICS are the most comfortable.

These shoes are going to work well for travel. They are super light weight and have enough cushion to walk in all day. Happy with this purchase.

I had to return these shoes because they were an odd fit...seems too narrow and small. Not comfortable.
