I've had these shoes since Jan., 2020. Initially I loved them, the fit and feel is great, definitely less bulky than than my previous Ghosts, but I have been using them for a different purpose-less road running and more cross training. Three star rating is because by April, 2020, the fabric has ripped on the outside of toebox (near pinky toes) and then by June, 2020, the fabric has ripped on the tip of shoe near big toes (both sides). Seems to me that perhaps Brooks could invest in a more durable fabric for this shoe, and if they did, I would probably give them another shot.

These seem to run a little smaller than my normal Pure Cadence. These are not bad, but not the best substitution for Pure Cadence. They don't help with my pronation as well as I need. I have loved Brooks for over 11 years. I have always worn Pure Cadence. These are okay, but I may have to try a new brand to get the results I got from the Cadence since Brooks no longer makes them. Overall, a pretty good running shoe if you like the pure line. Brooks are good quality and have good customer service.

I have never been so satisfied with a running shoe as I was with Brooks Pure. I really wish you would make them again or sell me a pair you still have lying around the warehouse.
The Pureflow 7 hurt my feet after several hours of wear as they create at the lower end of the tongue placket.

Fit and size were fine. I am generally happy with the fit of Brooks shoes, but although this shoe was very comfortable, I found the styling to be quite unattractive and they were returned for that reason. I kept the Adrenaline GTS20.

They are ok.... they actually kindof hurt my feet. I will definitely try a different kind next time.

I ordered a half size up (as is the case with most running shoes) and the length was fine then. That said, Brooks are TYPICALLY narrow, but these were much too wide for my narrow feet. Too bad b/c the style was so cute & I was excited about going down to a 4mm drop. Yes, going from an 8mm drop to a 4mm drop was PAINFUL on my first outing (feet hurt SO bad, starting just a couple minutes into my first 2 mile walk) BUT I know it's just an adjustment. Looks like a hideous pair of NB's are gonna have to be ordered b/c they come in narrow. Ugh. Also, side note, the larger grid on the bottom caught a BUNCH of large pebbles on that first flat trail walk. I'd say this shoe is for indoor/asphalt only.

This is my third pair of PureFlow and my 7th pair of Brooks shoes. This is the only pair I have not been happy with. The shoe has changed from the previous series. It's shallow, so harder to get foot into. It is thinner than "normal" has been in the past and the length is shorter than any other size 9 I have had of Brooks shoes. Going to keep them but not as happy. Bummer when shoes get changed up from the norm.

The Brooks website suggests that this is a good alternative to their old, beloved zero-drop Pure Cadence model line. While it's a quality product, it didn't have anywhere near the overall comfort level of the Pure Cadence, felt clunky, and was too tight across the top if you have even a slightly higher than average arch. I didn't feel that my foot had the same range of movement as their old Pure Cadence line. :(

Brooks is still great ... just looking for the "right" model for my feet.

These are ok. They are made a little smaller than your actual shoe size. The older models were more comfortable. Not sure if I will purchase again.

This was my first time trying Brooks, and I chose these because I like a show with a low drop. These fit my foot with plenty of space in the toe box, but there are rigid supports around the ankles that I found uncomfortable.

I liked the shape of these shoes but ultimately they just felt really really stiff. Both the soul and the fabric. When i was running with my boyfriend even he noted how loud my strike sounded. The low drop felt really good though

Wish these were more like the last model. These feel stiff and are hard to run in. The fit was fine, but not as comfortable as I was hoping. I?ve been buying this style since 2010. Some models are hits. Some are missed. This is a miss.

Bought it after some reviews said the toe box was pretty wide for a medium width, but not wide enough. I still needed a Brooks wide.

The Brooks Pureflow 7 is not a good shoe. All the ones I have purchased have torn around the area below the ankle. My Pureflow 6 was a better designed shoe and there was no tearing.I am considering changing brands.

The padding was not nearly as good as the older PureFlow7 I had and actually it felt cheaper and not made as well as the previous pair I had. Returned them.

It will do. Compared to the first version which used to fit my feet like a glove with great arch support, I am not enarmored with this one as much.

I owned a previous PureFlow version and when I developed plantar fasciitis, it was the only shoe I could wear that did not cause a severe level of pain. I decided to order a black pair that would be more color suitable for work. I am disappointed to say that, although the pain level is still lower wearing the newer PureFlow verses other shoe brands, they do not offer the comfort and stability of my older PureFlow version.

Love the look! Comfortable; however, the toe box seems tighter than any other pair of Brooks I've owned.

I’ve always worn the PureFlow series. Some were excellent and some were horrible but Brooks would correct the problems in the next generation. Sadly the PureFlow 7’s are about a half size smaller than the PureFlow 6’s. The 7’s feel narrower in the toe box and the volume of the toe box is much shallower than the volume of the PureFlow 6’s. I’m guessing that sizing up will not increase the toe box volume....
