It took a few tries to find the right style and size, but these are it! The four-way stretch 711 fits much better than the "plain" 711, and the sizing/fabric is more consistent across the four-way stretch line. I am 57 years old, and I have trouble finding jeans that flatter and fit. I am athletic and somewhat petite, so most clothes in my size are for much younger women. I wasn't at all sure about a skinny jean on my body, but other styles just look frumpy and ridiculous on me. I ordered these on a whim, and I was totally surprised when they looked great on me! The 29 fit me like "regular" jeans, but the moment I started moving and walking, they slipped down, and I had to adjust them constantly. So I sized down to the 28, and although they are snug, they are not tight, they have plenty of stretch, and they are comfortable all day. Since the waistband is very stretch, a skinny belt helps keep them in place through an active day. The back pockets are placed nicely (many pockets sit too low on the booty), and they are large enough to hold a cell phone. The fabric is a nice weight, neither too thick nor too thin, and they dry quickly on a rack in the sunshine. Overall, a surprisingly great pair of jeans!

I am 5'7" 130 lbs w athletic booty but skinny legs. I usually wear 28 in Levi's- the slim and regular 711. I got 28 in these and tney were too roomy and stretched out after an hour or so so I got the 27- it's perfect so far. The waist isn't low rise at all I'm confused about previous comments regarding low rise. I don't have faith that these won't lose shape after a few wearings but what can we expect for such a low price point. I love the boom box- and it's nice to find jeans without the silly added elements of "destruction" whereby we pay people to tear holes in our expensive jeans so as to make us appear more... edgy? Cool? I'm not sure. Try these in two sizes and you willl definitely like them if you like the 711.

I forgot how much I love Levi's! When I saw the price of these and the colors available (it's really hard to find a good gray or black), I couldn't pass it up. Reading through the comments especially the ones that gave height and weight, I ordered three pair. I could NOT be HAPPIER! They fit perfectly! Had one pair left on hold which I am about to purchase. I'm 5'5", 135 lbs. I ordered 29 waist and 30 inch inseam. Plenty of room, not tight which I love. If you are not sure, order a size down because they do loosen up which I did and I still have plenty of room! By the way, I just turned 60 and refuse to dress that way. LEVI'S FOREVER!

I'm 5'5" and weigh 130. The size 26 fit perfectly. The material is stretchy and comfortable. They look great. Excellent price.

I love these jeans, If only they came in long! They were a rich black color, the fit is amazing for a curvy girl through the butt and thighs; I just unfortunately have to have a long otherwise they are floods. Honestly though, I require long in all jeans so it’s not anyone’s fault but my own for trying them. If you want some serious stretch, soft and well fitting jeans and don’t require a long definitely buy these!!!

Fits like a second skin, when they fit. I am a huge fan of the 711 style and own more pairs than I will ever need. They just feel really good when they are cut and sewn right. That being said... I have had to order most colors in 2 sizes because depending upon the fabric and quality control on any given day, I have had huge variations in the same style and wash even within the same size. I ordered one medium denim called " Holiday Fun" on Amazon 5 times and every pair differed a lot. One time i was sent the wrong color altogether. The pair I ultimately kept were mis-labled as regular length and were a full 2" shorter than all the other pairs and the rise in the seat was a little higher. I am a 26 and have plenty of room in the waist with no muffin top, but often times I have to order the 27 because the rise in the seat feels like it is creeping down when I sit. The 27 waist feel borderline too large, but they still look nice. Just on some colors, not all. I wish they would be more consistent. They look AWESOME and are extremely flattering on my slender shape. I am not curvy and it's great to find a style that enhances what little I have in the rear. The pockets usually don't flatten my fanny because the fabric has the perfect amount of elasticity and the legs are tight all the way up through the thigh. Gives me a great shape, especially in profile. I only wish my body looked as good with them off. LOL

These were only available in a size smaller than I usually wear but they stretch enough that they still fit well. They are very flattering! I have muscular legs and struggle with getting skinny jeans over my calves and thighs. These are just what your wardrobe needs!

I've worn many brands of black jeans (some over $200/pair!!) and these are by far my favorite. I can get away with wearing them as a black pant to work and they are stretchy enough to provide a nice amount of support! I have a few pairs in different colors. Definitely recommended!

These jeans are fantastic from the look, to the feel to the fit! I wore them over the weekend to an event and caught a glimpse of myself in a few pictures - I apparently need to wear these every day of the week! Feel great in these jeans...and I feel like I look good, too! They're curve hugging and snug with the perfect amount of stretch. My body is maybe a 4 or 5 (scale of 1-10) but I feel like a 10 while wearing them.

I ordered these in New Album & they’re to die for. These are my first pair of Levi’s (I know I know) & now I’m hooked. They can easily be dressed up or down & look great with any shoe. These are so flattering & so stretchy. If you’re between sizes I’d say buy your smaller size - I’m a 12/14 depending on brand/cut, so I played it safe with ordering a 32 not knowing what to expect & I could’ve sized down to a 31 with how forgiving the fit is. All my other jeans are AE Ne(x)t Levels & these are very similar. I’m very happy with this purchase & will definitely be adding more Levi’s to my wardrobe!

Love style and fit

Fit and size are great. The waist stretches out a little after the first wash. Just enough stretch and hold their shape well throughout the day.

Love, love, love. These are my favorite pair of jeans. Look great and enough stretch to feel comfy. I just purchased my 3rd pair and they are always my go to jeans.

Nice texture, perfect size

I ordered a pair of these about 2weeks ago and loved them so much ordered another pair, but they came today and it was the wrong pair.. they accidently sent me the high-rise pair..:( I'll try again. Thanks Zappos for your quick ordering procedures..always love the service.
