I love love love this coat!!! i know longer dread the cold days of winter. the fit is great super soft and roomy and comfortable. extremely warm and cuddly : ). i love the deep hood. it really protects me from rain and wind. and the look and quality are top notch. i really canyt say enough good things about this coat. my only complaint is that i wish i came in more colors. i would snatch up a dark blue one in a heartbeat!

This is a nice coat, however the snaps off within 2 weeks.I called and Zappo sent me a new one and the same things happened again. Now I have to start looking for a new coat without snaps or buttons that have the wrap around since they are always getting twisted. Zappos is a great company for their customers. Thank you.

Bought this jacket with high hopes. It fit well. However, the sleeves where to long for me (5'2"). On the first week the snap fell off which was the one near the breast. I sent it back and they replaced it. Also, I got stuck out in the rain one day without an umbrella and the coat remained for hours. They sent a new one and on the second day the same snap fell off. Now they are in the process of examining this coat which may take up to 30 days. Dont buy this coat. This is the first time I had any problems with Zappo. I love this company

First I loved this coat. It was so warm just the way I like it. Then, one of the snaps fell off and I sent it back. They sent me a new one and 2 snaps fell off. That was the end. Marc New York by Andrew Marc Rachelle please put in regular buttons if you want to sell this coat.

When I first received this coat I loved the warmth it had and the room to move around in it. Then a snap fell off in the chest area. Sent it back and Zappo sent a new one. The second day of wearing it a snap fell off again and the next week another snap fell off. Well, needless to say I called Zappo and they made good on the coat. Yea for Zappo thanks so much. I will not buy this manfacturer again Sorry.
