First, I want to thank Zappos for their exemplary customer service department--their staff are the most friendly and helpful team on the planet! As for the shoes, they are nice looking and would have been super comfortable if it weren't for the fact that the shoes are at least a full size too small. I originally ordered my usual size of 6.5 (I have narrow feet), but had to return them for a size 7 as they were too small. Unfortunately, the size 7 killed my feet as they're still a half size too small, applying way too much pressure on my large toe nails. I truly believe had I ordered a full size larger, I would be completely content with the shoes as the material is very comfortable to wear.

These are the second Cleos I purchased, and I love them dearly! Comfortable out of the box, wore them for hours walking. There's no real support, but it doesn't bother me. Only problem is that they retain any smell you sweat in them. Baby powder up!

These have got to be the BEST FLATS I've ever purchased!! Granted there isn't a lot of support but for anyone that may have a bunion, buy these....NO PAIN! I wore them to work the next day & they were sooooo comfortable. I got them in Navy & have ordered the Black ones too!

It’s a bit fitted but it’ll stretch over time breaking it in. Very cute and casual.

These are cute. I have other versions of the Cleo and this one (the Cleo Sass) seems to run smaller than the others (e.g. Cleo Wham).

Super comfy, wore them traveling all day right out of the box, nice casual shoe that is more dressy than sneakers

Any idea how hard it is to find a simple pair of navy blue shoes? Well start at Zappos. These are like ballet slippers to my feet and my feet are a bear to fit. The bunions are here to stay but these shoes are comfortable and do not rub anywhere. Have only worn them in the house and I have flat feet but I am so tickled that they are navy blue and fit that everything else is secondary.

I bought these and the Sketchers Cleo Bewitched out of both this pair (Sass) is far better! I started a new job which I have to now where business casual I literally took these right out off the box and wore them with absolutely no foot or toe pain. I feel they are pretty true to size, I was worried they didn't offer a wide, thought about going up a size but stuck to my original size and they are perfect!! I'm going to be giving away my Cleo Bewitch and ordering a pair of these is black. Like the other reviewer I wish they offered these in different colors because I would buy them all!

These shoes are great! I ordered several pairs of Rothy’s and they were very, very, very uncomfortable with no support at all (they don’t even come with an insole). The Sketchers Cleo Sass has a comfy memory foam footbed and the toe shape is both comfortable and cute. And, like Rothy’s, they are machine washable. They are also about a third of the price of a pair of Rothy’s - so I bought three pairs!

Seems to run very short

These are the ballet flats I've been looking for my whole life! One of the other reviewers said they feel like wearing slippers, and it's so true. Walked a dozen blocks on the first wear and had no problems with rubbing. My only complaint is that the center of the soles are made of a hard plastic that offers poor traction on slippery surfaces. I bought patches that stick on to address that problem because these shoes were just too comfortable to return.

These are adorable, but beware! They run VERY small. I am always a size 8-1/2. In these, I will be going up to a 9-1/2. Also, the inside memory-foam lining does not meet the margins of the shoe, so your toes feel the rough gap...which is not good.

I loved these shoes, but they were much too small, even on my narrow-ish feet. The style is very cute, and the knit fabric seems comfortable.

These didn't hold up as well as I expected. They stretched a lot in length and so now they gap in the heel. Were comfortable at a first, but not after being worn a bit.

fit and size great, have been looking for navy flats...love them...will order more

I have these shoes in the black and white pattern and love them! They didn't take any time to break in, and I receive compliments every time I wear them. On a side note, I loved the video that goes along with these shoes. Usually the Zappos videos follow a formula from start to finish; however, this appeared to be a little off the cuff at the end and was hilarious! Thank you for the entertainment, Zappos :)

These were very comfortable from the moment I put them on, wore them all day on a business trip right out of the box.

I have been looking for comfortable flats that wouldn't give me blisters for years. These feel like you're wearing slippers. They mold to your feet and do not require any breaking in. These are the only flats I wear. i wish they made them in all colors! Buy these- you will not regret it!

Great shoes! They are very comfortable, yet not sporty. They go well with formal or casual outfit. Love them! They run true to size. Would recommend!
