I loved the color and wedge of these boots, but they are so darn wide at the calf that I felt like I was fly fishing in them. And there is still a zipper to make them wider! Where are the boots for average-sized calves? These has to be returned

These would fit my "muscular" calves, only if I left the second zip undone, which looked really weird. With both zippers up, they were too skinny. I have about 16-inch calves.

The boots were made for walking! Very comfortable BUT too wide in the calf. I wish they were more fitted, so they had to go back. Perfect for a bit wider calf.The Pitch is not too high so it is a great boot for walking. I wish they were a keeper for me.

So gorgeous but runs very small and very tight. Returning. Tried to order 1/2 size up but was not in stock. Really wished it would have worked.

I get a lot of compliments on these boots and they're very comfortable. I wear a size 11 and they're true to size.

This boo was so comfortable and looks wonderful...but living in a cold and wet climate I had to return it as the suede wouldn't last in the weather.

These are beautiful. Supportive. Just in the end I decided to look for a boot that is more durable. These are very stylish though and I recommend them if you have a boot wardrobe. My lifestyle right now is too rugged.

These did not fit my 16 inch calves. Cute boot though.

Loved the simple look of these and heel under 2.5". They fit my size 10 feet (15" calf) well except that the shaft was baggy in a weird spot closer to my ankle. It made the whole boot look odd. Sadly I'm returning but others might have different luck.

I'm a reliable 8.5W and the moment I looked at the boots I knew they'd be too narrow. I have a 17" calf and while the boots *could* zip up with the 2nd zipper open, it wasn't comfortable. Shoe part was too narrow on my smaller foot too. Sadly had to return because this is the exact style I'd like to have.

Love this boot - it's beautiful but does not fit me - wish it was narrower in the leg as it is quite ample (looks ridiculous on my skinny legs) AND has additional zippered section to let out for even more leg room.

Fit is great, true to size. I feel like I walk with a bounce, very comfortable!

Great. I walked over a mile on the first day and they felt great. They look as they are pictured. Not sure I love the 2nd zipper, but it isn’t an obvious part of the design, so am keeping them. For the price, they are great.

It was too tall and hit the back of my knee. Uncomfortable when sitting.

These boots are so attractive except for the wide calf solution. It’s an additional zipper to open up for wide calf and that is not very attractive. Love the look otherwise. Have to send back.

Color is beautiful. Style is perfect. I have larger calves so unlike other reviews I like that this one is not sucking the life out of my calves. I love the 2 zippers app that allow for comfort. I suggest buying a half size up since it’s a wedge. I am an 8.5 and had to send back to get the 9.

These were surprisingly attractive with jeans or skirts. At first the calf is a little large looking, but after the suede relaxes a little, it doesn't seem to protrude above the ankle quite as much. For people with just a little larger calf than average, that is always a problem. I also have a bunyon which challenges me in footwear. I found these easily stretched to accommodate me.

Wide was too wide inthe calf, too narrow in the foot

The boot is comfortable, but the shaft is very wide. I don't usually have a problem with too wide of a shaft, may be on the contrary. Wasn't sure of the material either, it's not listed anywhere on the boot but I don't think it's leather. Decided to keep another brand's boots.

I have these in navy colored real suede and love them. Night and day. These black faux suede choke my calves even with the extra zipper undone. I don't have to unzip the extra navy zipper. Biggest gripe, calf is way small for being wide calf.

The calf was way too big. If you have small calves, this is not the boot for you.

Comfortable boots, but the calf is really loose! I have muscular calves, so surprised about this. Maybe it's the new style. I'm 5'2" and these are also way too tall for me. They come up to just above the lower part of my knees. Not flattering on me, but probably someone taller.
