Bought a pair of 88MWZAM a few years ago, love them, wear the heck out if them and they lasted forever. Now beginning to wear out, I ordered a couple pair online. Same jeans, I thought. Definitely not. Way more loose in the leg and wider at the cuff. Don't know if they changed the cut, but guess I'll have to go back to Levis. Bummed!

I don't know why these jeans are called slim straight...they fit like the regular fit but they're twice the price!

I purchased 2 Retro pairs. This pair does not look like the description and does not fit the same as the other pair ordered. Waist is tighter and legs bigger.

These jeans are extremely light weight, they might be okay for a night on the town but don't expect them to be durable enough for everyday wear.

Ordered 4 pairs of 36 inseam. The cut looks good and fits well. However, 2 of the pairs were 35 and only 2 were actually 36. I've experienced this inconsistency in inseam lengths before with Wrangler. Furthermore the seam stitching on 2 of the pairs have many loose ends and consequently make the jeans look cheaply finished. The denim when compared to that in the retro boot cut jeans I've ordered in the past feels noticeably thinner and doesn't hold its shape as well.

I'm very worn these jeans for years. Ordered 3. 1 perfect, 1 had both legs and itch shorter, 1 pair one leg an inch shorter. I've been waiting on a return label 3 days

They are way too big and lose. I expected a tighter fit not happy. The product said retro fit. They were not close to that!

Wranglers quality has gone downhill big time. I wouldn't recommend buying and unfortunately I won't be purchasing anymore wrangler jeans in the future.

I bought two pairs of these. The fit is great, but they both began to rip at the top inside corner of the back pocket after wearing them once or twice. I'm not a big guy and don't have much of a butt. The material is just poor quality.

This jeans are ridiculously poor quality. They will develop holes in the exact same place. As expected, they're imported from Asia. The quality is absolutely atrocious even for that. Right off the bat, one of the five pairs I ordered was completely smaller than the others despite being labeled the same. After a few months (1-2 maybe) they developed tears in the upper inside corner of the back pockets (usually the right) where the metal attaches it to the jeans. They also developed tears where the back left belt loop attaches to the jeans.
I reached out to customer service a bit past the 1 year warranty date once the fourth pair of jeans developed it's second tear, and I was told there was nothing the could do. I'm just left with torn defective pants that were extremely overpriced. Bottoming, do not buy from this absolute joke of a company. They completely lost any quality they had from their history as an American company.

Pocket ripped after one wear, how can you charge so much when the quality doesn't match?

I have bought numerous pairs of these pants and every single pair of them has not lasted and ripped by the back pockets! Even the replacement pairs they sent me ripped in the same manner! It's a shame because I love the pants but they do not last! DO NOT BUY THESE!

This is my favorite style of wranglers. But it is a bit random on how they fit. Some come way too baggy while other are just a perfect slim fit, not too tight or too baggy. Not sure but I am sending this pair back unfortunately.

Pants are way darker in color than advertised. Shame because I would have bought multiple pair. Do better

Never in my life have I seen more inconsistent sizing, inseam length and color than the Retro jeans. Just got my 7th or 8 pair 34 length that are shorter than a pair of 32s. I've had more exchanges with Wrangler than I can count. Instead of exchanging a problem with another problem I suggest they fix the problem. Shame on me for keep trying. It will not happen again.

I've had a few pairs of these jeans and I do like them they do fit well. But all of them rip right on the right back pocket. Even the newest pair I just got you can already see them starting to rip

I needed a good pair of denim khaki for business casual work requirements. These do not fit well over boots. The pants are tight over the bootshaft. So I'm returning these and will stick with cowboy cut.

Way too tight given the fact I have other Wrangler jeans in the same size. I exchanged them for one size up and they fit awful. The seat was way too big and the "bell bottom" legs weren't doing it for me. I decided to return them and Wrangler charges $7 for a return. Really?? Re-thinking my faithfulness to Wrangler.

I use these jeans for work and they always rip at the top inside corners of the two back pockets. It's happened with several different pairs of wranglers that I won as well. This exact style shrinks and fades drastically from when you first purchase them.

Fit is pretty good. I have 7 pair and they all fit differently. And they fall apart. Right above the rear pocket rips. All less than a year old. 3 of 7 have holes. The last pair I bought didn't last 5 wears before it ripped a 4 inch hole. Definitely too pricey to be such garbage.

These are no where even close to low rise. When jeans sit 2 inches above my belly button I know they're not low rise. For years I wore Levi's and then at one point in time they went wonky and their sizes were incorrect, I dislike elastic, they took away belt loops and I was done with Levi's. I went back to wrangler and was very happy with the quality of the garment but they were also very loose. I had an exorcism. Levis 511 is the only thing that fits me (:<
It has the elastic and not enough belt loops but the fit is perfect. " You don't always get what you want" etc etc.

These pants fit like relaxed fit one size too big. Definitely not the same size as past pants of the same size and model I have purchased. Disappointed since I thought I'd found my forever pants.

Ordered the exact same pair of Wranglers that I've been wearing for a few years in the same size and wash. The current pairs have developed holes in the crotch after about a year of regular wear. Second year of them dying in a year or less.
Despite matching numbers on the tags, the two pairs that I received couldn't go above my hips, showing an inability to make sizes consistent with measurements. Considering the sizing number is correct, but the actual size of the jeans is wrong, that's a challenging decision on what size to select for a potential exchange--do I hope that this was simply mislabeled, or has Wrangler changed their definition of 34x32?
Additionally, the wash that I requested is not what I received. I tried to initiate an exchange, but was told that I can only swap for size, and that any color change is a return, even if the error is not on my part. That means I am now forced to initiate a return, which is going to cost me $7.99 in restocking fees, plus shipping.
This will be the last time I purchase Wrangler jeans online, and maybe at all moving forward. I've already replaced the worn out pairs with Lucky Brand to see how those fare. I would recommend avoiding online purchases from Wrangler, and only buying in-store where you can physically verify size and wash.

What happened since Kontoor Brands took over? I've worn the same jeans for nearly a decade. My body hasn't changed much at all yet these jeans fit like garbage. Seat and thigh fit like papaw jeans and the inconsistency is god-awful.
Wrangler is done. The North Carolina brand I knew is history. Unless something changes, I will never buy another wrangler product. The last three pairs I've bought are all over the place on fit and yet they all fit like garbage.
