I love these boots! The red ones are my second pair because I wore out the brown ones after wearing for three years. They are so cute, I get tons of compliments every time I wear them! I would say they have some arch support, I have had plantar fasciitis in the past and am pretty careful about what I buy, and I've worn these walking and running errands without pain. I wear a sock with a moderate cushion (Smartwool) and they fit fairly snug, I wear an 8 1/2 and bought a 39. The lining does wear down a bit after long wear. They are not waterproof so I wouldn't recommend wearing them in very wet weather, but they're fine in light snow and are quite warm. Great for our long Michigan winters!

I love how they look! I have to put in arch supports and as there seemed to be no support. Now to take a nice long walk and see how they are comfort wise!

Very cute boots & great color! My 2 friends got these in black & love the, I decided to try the red, but sad to say they rubbed my bunion so need to go back.

I have a wide foot, normally wear an 8.5. I ordered the size 40 and they fit perfectly. I've been wearing them ever since I took them out of the box yesterday. I think they are going to be great walking boots for the winter as they are light weight, waterproof but have a nice warm lining and they also look really nice. I also like the side zip so that I don't have to lace them up every time.

These boots bring more compliments than any other shoes I’ve ever worn. They are sturdy, comfortable, good for walking, and appropriate for many occasions. Plus, they are easy to put on because of the zipper. Great purchase.

Love these red boots! Was dissapointed they were out of my size in the grey but so glad I took a chance on the color, because these are awesome! The perfect amount of color to add a pop to every outfit and they are as comfortable as can be. This is my first pair of Riekers and they won't be the last... great construction and quality materials that required no break in period at all. Try them out... you can't go wrong with Zappos customer service and return policy!

These are the cutest boots! Comfortable the moment I put them on. Side zipper allows you to get them on and off easily. I did what another reviewer mentioned and wrapped laces around back and back to front and tied. As always, Zappos fast and free shipping ??

These boots are adorable! I got the red, and they are less red than the picture, and more burgundy leather. They are very comfortable, though no arch support. I was able to put my orthotic insert in, and they fit great. I usually wear a 10 in boots but got a 9.5, and they work great, even with the orthotic. They are colorful and fun, too. Although I'm almost 60, they are a fun "hipster" addition to my wardrobe.

Very cute and extremely comfortable boots. I was pleasantly surprised by how good these felt right out of the box. Wore them all day and on a fairly long walk the very first day and they remained extremely comfortable. I have received many compliments as they are so unique. I bought the gray color. Love these boots!

This may be one of the cutest boots I've seen, much nicer looking than the pics. Really comfortable especially around the ankle. I wrap the laces around the back and tie in the front to leave the ankles free to move but you can also lace them all the way up. I wear an 8 to 8.5 and ordered the 39 (8) and they fit perfectly. Can't wait for cooler weather...Zappos as usual great service and super fast shipping.

I fell in love with the look of this boot the instant I saw it in a catalog. So my next step was to go to Zappos to see if they carried it. The book is as pretty in person as it was in photos and is so cute on! Fit is comfortable but the weight of the boot is heavier than I was expecting. Not enough to make me return them just not as lightweight as I had read they would be.
