This is my second review on this bag because , well, I purchased a second bag. The first was black and I loved it so much I came back for the 'dress blue'. Still lovin' the bag, but found it odd that the blue bag is lacking something the black one has. In the black bag there's a pocket with elastic at the top in the second front zipper area. In the blue bag, no pocket! Bummer! That was the perfect spot for my phone and I'm already missing it with the blue bag. Not sure if one bag is a newer model than the other, but whatever the case, hope Hedgren puts that pocket in all their future bags.....because I guarantee I'll be buying more!

Looooooove this bag! I've searched and searched for a shoulder bag that was not too big yet would fit all my essentials in it. Something that was of a material that was light weight and could be wiped clean without being leather or faux leather. A bag that had lots of different compartments that would separate things and keep things in order. That is exactly what I found in this bag. The perfect size, weight, fabric and lots of different pockets and areas to organize my things. There are 4 different zippered compartments. The main part of this bag has a zippered pocket inside plus 2 slip pockets for keys, phone, etc. Plus there's an inner small bag that is removable that holds credit cards, license and money. So convenient. The other three zippered compartments are roomy and hold quite a bit. The strap on this bag is 1" wide and adjustable. Very comfortable on the shoulder. This bag holds a lot of stuff yet is not huge. It measures roughly 9"x 7". I'm considering purchasing another one for when this one wears out. It's the perfect everyday casual bag.

Love this handbag! I am 5ft nothing and this bag does not overwhelm me. Cute, functional and holds a lot. Love all the pockets for organization.

I was wowed when opening the Zappos package! This purse is even cuter than in the photos! This purse has exceeded all of my expectations! It's stylish and I absolutely love everything about it! The compartments and design were well thought-out. Every feature is user friendly! I especially like the zipper pulls, etc. Best of all, it's vegan! This was my first purchase of a Hedgren purse and I will definitely be purchasing another one in the future!

I received this bag in black, and I love, love, love it! I already had two of the Inner City Eye Medium Shoulder Bags, which is identical to this bag except that it's quite a bit larger. While I also love the larger version, I wanted something smaller for day to day. I plan to stash this little bag in my carry-on when I go on vacation. It will be just the right size for sight-seeing. It actually holds an amazing amount of stuff! Even my largest wallet can fit inside the main compartment. I also want to thank Hedgren for making such amazingly soft and comfortable shoulder straps. Best straps of any bags I own! I also like the extra little RFID bag that's included. It will be great to slip a credit card, ID, my room key, phone, and little camera into when I head down to the breakfast bar or the lounge in the evening and don't want to carry an actual purse. As the previous reviewer stated, I am also petite and BIG bags often overpower me. This one is JUST RIGHT!

At 8.5 oz, this bag is very light. Though small at 8.5 x 7", it holds more than I expected. The center section is approx. 2" deep with about 1" more on both the front and back. Off what I normally carry, the only thing that doesn't fit is an oversized sunglass case, but that's a challenge for even my larger (medium-size) bags. I love the color Citadel Blue, which is especially nice for summer and looks good with everything. It's well constructed, with thin padding on all the outside parts. It has quality hardware, and the 1" strap is comfortable. Spots can easily be washed off. I do wish it had a full-length slip pocket to quickly store receipts or notes without having to open a zipper.

This is a great bag. I was skeptical at first because it was so small, but I have had it for a few months and it has been working perfectly. I have also received a lot of compliments, especially on the fabric. The bag has at least 5 separate compartments. The main compartment is big enough to hold a large wallet, a sunglasses case, and my phone. I put my metrocard (I'm a New Yorker) in the front zipped pocket for easy access when other New Yorkers are breathing down my neck to get through the turn style, my small toiletries in the next front pocket (hand sanitizer, compact mirror, lip gloss, eyeglass cleaner), and my keys in the back sipped compartment. I wear it across my body in the front to thwart would be pickpockets. It is lightweight and stays looking brand new, even after months of use. It's rugged but also neat and elegant.

I was really looking for an as-close-as-possible replacement for my Sherpani crossbody bag that I had for years and LOVED. So, I'm grading this ba against that one. I wish the strap on this one was wider; it's about 1" and I think 1.5" would be perfect to distribute the weight better. And I miss that there's no flap over. I didn't realize I would miss that, but looks unkempt with all the zippers open as I usually have it sitting on my counter. It was nice to have an over-flap to hide all the openness. Other than that, there are lots of pockets and seems well-constructed.

Love it but too bulky for me. Had to return it.
