These shoes are great for spinning and spin classes. You can use them with Look Delta Clips/cleats or with SPD cleats. You do need to get the cleats separate, but this is the case with most cycling shoes. I recommend getting the shimano brand clips because they fit well and are easy to install (You need an allen wrench.). THESE SHOES RUN SMALL. I wear an 8.5 in running shoes and needed a size 40, but I normally need a smaller size for European sizes.

I love these shoes. I bought them for my spin class and they are awesome. I usually wear a size 9.5/10 and bought the size 43. The straps are long enough that you can tighten up as much as you want and the toe box is really roomy which is awesome for Spin class, so your toes don't get all scrunched up. These are my 2nd pair of spin shoes and first Shimano and these are my favorites so far. I had a really awesome class and was really able to flatten my foot and work my quads and butt with these. And the yellow color is super cool and fun!

I wear a US 10 in most correctly sized shoes. The EUR 45 or 10.5 fit me perfectly, so approx running a half size small.

I have somewhat wide feet and these shoes fit me perfectly. I wear a size 9 womens and got the 42. Super comfortable the first time I wore them!

Very good shoe for the price. I agree with others who said it runs small. Based on those reviews I ordered a half size up from my running shoe size. (my running shoe size is a full size up from my regular shoe size.) They are comfortable to wear. I only wear them on a spinner, not a road bike. They are not the best ventilated or lightest on the market, but for the price they are very good.

I bought this shoe for riding a Peloton bike. I’m normally a size 7 to 7.5, wide foot, high instep, high arch. It fit well in the length and width. Roomy toe box which is good for spinning. This shoe, thanks to the velcro straps, would easily fit a wider or a narrower foot. This shoe only takes a three-screw Look Delta cleat which sticks off the bottom and is very slippery, so it’s not safe for walking around, just for road riding and spinning.

They definitely run small -- I usually wear a 37 in euro sizes and needed a 39 in this shoe. But they're comfortable and work well for spin class. Be aware that you need to purchase the cleats separately, and if you are attaching SPD cleats there is another part you need (cleat adaptor, same brand, also available on this site) -- I didn't realize I needed the adaptor until I read the directions that came with the shoes.

These bike shoes are very comfortable! I added Delta cleats to use them with my Peloton and they work great. They are way more comfortable than the last pair of bike shoes that I had. I am a female and my feet are slightly wider than the average female (by only 1/4 “) so this men’s shoe fits well.

I generally wear a woman's 9W, purchased these in size 42 & they fit perfect. This is a great shoe for a woman with a wider foot.

This was the third cycling shoe I tried. Finally, one comfortable enough not too give me “hot spots” while riding. I am a road cyclist doing at least 30 miles at a time.

These fit true to size. Perfect for a Peloton cycle. I'm new to cycle shoes. But these feel solid and it was easy to install the cleat.

Runs a size smaller than Peloton branded shoes. My husband wears a 42 in Peloton and a 43 fit perfect in these.

Great shoes for indoor spin and I’ve tried several brands. Have to buy the cleats separately but easy to install with an Alan key.

Super cute and great quality for the price. The color is more neon yellow than appears in the photo. But I love the color so there! They do run a bit small. I wear a 9 1/2, ordered 42 but am exchanging for a 43.

These were small! I go to spin and wear a 39 in shoes there, and have a pair of Pearl Izumi shoes in 39. These 39s were very small! I wear a 7.5, and these shoes felt like a 6.5. But I liked the amount of padding in the sole, and that there were only two instead of three straps, so I'll just exchange and hope for a better fit.

I am usually a size 10 in shoes, and I ordered a Size 43 My left foot is a half size larger than my right, and it's close to being too small on that foot, but perfect on the other. I have narrow feet and these fit perfectly, with my foot not sliding around. You do have to buy clips, I would recommend Shimano SPD clips, which are good for most indoor spin studios except for SoulCycle and Peloton (according to the bike shop where I purchased the clips). For the price you can't beat the quality. Would recommend to anymore who wants to take the leap and use actual spin shoes instead of sneakers!

I am always a 9.5 and I ordered the 42, they fit great. I was worried that the unisex pair would be too wide but they are fine and can be adjusted with the velcro. No arch support which I think is normal for these shoes, but overall I am happy with the purchase. Now I just have to buy the SPD set separately.

Fit a little small but still good power transfer to the pedals

Snug fit, but appropriate for use on a bike. I usually wear a 9 in men's shoes and got the 43, which worked well once I was up on the bike.
