These make an inexpensive pair of running shoes comfy. I bought the 8-10 and it fit my size 9 shoe without any cutting. I love these

I’ve tried so many brands of insoles and these are the most comfortable non podiatry insoles I’ve ever tried. They actually give me an arch. I put them in my Payless shoes and they actually feel comfortable. I couldn’t believe it! I have very high arches. They’re true to size and feel like pillows. They make all the difference in the world and they’re not that expensive.

For the price these are great. I've tried a number of brands of insoles and always come back to these. I use them for five-mile walks and though I have plantars fascitis in one foot, I feel no pain while walking on these insoles.

I’ve put them in my running shoes. They’re very comfortable. For the price, I would definitely recommend. I have problems (painful) with my back, feet and heels. These helped me get through a long run. I’m still looking for a miracle I’m sure I won’t find with insoles but these insoles are pretty good.

Great fit for a 7.5 shoe with no modifications needed. Helped give my sneakers a little more time while I look for a more cushioned pair and will help me keep them in circulation after that. I think an insert from the same brand that I bought about 10 years ago had a little more cushioning, but this one is very good.

These work well, fit fine in my running shoes, women's size 10 and 10.5. Since I couldn't find any running shoes currently that have adequate cushioning, I added these. Made a huge difference in the comfort of the shoe.

These are the best inserts I have found. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and these provide the support WITH the cushion and bounce back I need.

I bought the women's size 8-11 and they fit my Asics running shoes perfectly without any need for trimming. Price on zappos.com is better than most places. I've used this brand of insoles for years and don't like any others I've tried. They are nicely cushioned, which I need.

I cut these to a size 7 and use them in my Converse and my Ugg house slippers. They work well for both. They are pretty thin to fit on top of existing inserts for a little extra cushion.

Confortable insoles. Too thick for my shoes. It made my shoes too tight. Unfornately had to return.

They were very comfortable and I'm sure they would have been great. Unfortunately, even with taking the soles out of three different pairs of shoes, they were too thick and made the shoes feel too tight on top. Disappointed to have to return them because they felt great otherwise.
