My feet weren't at all prepared to walk 2192 miles from Georgia to Maine.. until I got these plantar fasciitis insoles. They saved my feet and my thru hike. I already bought a new pair for the PCT this year so I don't run into the problems I did on the AT.

Lifelong runner and I work on my feet all day. I'd be a mess without these insoles! Highly recommend!

I’ve found that inserts seem to be the way to go with Plantar Fasciitis and I own & use several different inserts to use with different shoes. These 3/4 length inserts work great with tennis shoes to provide a nice cushioned support.

Besides Plantar Fascia I have heel spurs and I've purchased several orthotics for my problems but I really like these in particular. They have a great heel cushion and a nice firm arch support and yet the other end is soft and flat so they don't make my shoes tight at all. This was my second pair of these in just a few weeks because I enjoy the help they give my feet so much.
I'd also recommend:
Only this brand because I believe it's the best, even compared to Vionic.

It fit in my shoes that I could remove the original insole but made others a little tight. The heel cushion is excellent and I can definitely tell a difference at the end of the day.

I returned these because the arch support was not as good as those I'd purchased at a drug store. I do think they are worth trying and I like the 3/4 length so you don't have to worry about the fit at the toe. I have plantar fasciitis and for me these did not give enough support.

Why would anyone want an insole that doesn't cover the entirety of the shoe/boot? The 3/4 length is absurd. Doesn't the last 1/4 of my foot deserve some comfort? These insoles move every time I take my boots off, and I can constantly feel the end of the insole under the balls of my feet. Save your money and buy a full length insole. It's a shame too, the support is good and 3/4 of my foot is very comfortable.
