I hate to say it, but someone at Zappos doesn't know European sizing. Otherwise this shoe runs *extremely* small. I am a true 9.5 and ordered the size 40 per Zappos size chart. According to the size chart a 41 is equivalent to a 10.5 which would be WAY too big on me. These arrived, and while they fit, they crunch my feet and cut off circulation to my toes. Absolutely sending these back, a bummer because they are the exact pointy-toe black kid kitten heel that I want, but I know I would regret keeping them because wearing them is painful.

Gorgeous kitten-heeled pumps in soft leather. They are a great example of this type of shoe, with elegant proportions. They were a bit too long for me and I would have had to rig them with padding in ways that might have caused them to pinch my toes. In the end I felt it was best to return them.

Is gorgeous color and style but is too big.

I bought these shoes for my wedding. I have had a hip replacement & one foot had to be reconstructed so it's full of plates, pins & screws. Add to that, I have a high instep. Finding comfortable shoes that are pretty, too, is difficult for me. These were perfect! I was on my feet for hours and they never hurt.

I could have danced all night! Wore these pumps for 10 hours the day of my son's wedding. Perfect fit and very elegant . I was very pleased and so well worth the price.

I loved the shoes, and wrote a review already of the first size I ordered. I ordered three sizes total: 7.5 (38), 7 (37.5), and 6.5 (37). I usually wear a 7.5, my feet are slender, so sometimes a 7 works better. None of the sizes worked for me with this shoe. The 7.5 was a half to a whole size too large. The 7 was still too wide in the heel, I was walking out of them, even with an insole. The 6.5 was too short, pinched my toes. If you have normal width feet, I would order a half size smaller than you usually wear. I had to send them all back, but I really liked them! Very nicely made, and beautiful color.

These shoes are beautiful! Gorgeous color, I ordered the green. Good heel height for me! Sadly I am returning because they are too large. I am pretty reliably a 7.5 in length, my foot is slender, but not a true narrow, so that often means I have to try a few times to get the fit right. I ordered the 7.5 (the shoe itself is marked 38). They are definitely too long, at least a half size, or maybe even a whole size. An insole will not be enough here. Not sure what size to reorder, but I may try again. I ordered a few different style for an event, and so I might just go with one of the others that fits perfectly.

Based on reading the other reviews saying that the shoes ran extremely small, I ordered a size 37. (I usually wear a 6-6.5 depending on the brand and in European sizing I have worn a 36 and 37, again depending on the brand.) The 37 was huge, as in I couldn't take a step without the shoe falling off. I returned that pair and ordered the 36.5, apparently the equivalent of a US size 6, and those are 1/2 a size too big as well. I am now ordering the 36 and hopefully these will work, as the shoes are lovely. Maybe the sizing is different in the smaller sizes, but I definitely find these shoes to run on the larger size.

This is a beautiful shoe in the gray croc leather. I can't wait to wear them!

These are great shoes and very good value for the money. I don't think these shoes run small. I take a size 7 and the 37 fit perfectly. They are beautifully made and go with everything in my closet. I will be getting a lot of wear out of them.

Shoes are perfect. Size is true to size. Heel is very stable. Color is beautiful.

Lovely, and the color is perfect. If the heel were just a bit wider, I'd be in love, but they're so narrow that it's really hard to balance on them. Returned.

Beautiful shoe, sadly the left shoe was at least 1/2 size larger than the right shoe so I will be returning them.

I really wanted to love these-they are exactly what I was looking for. And then I put them on and ouch! The part across the top of my foot dug into it. Unfortunately, for me this a common problem and may just be my foot anatomy. These are very cute but for me-they will be returned....Sad
