I just bought the REI duffel for a big trip, so now I can throw out all my other old bags! This has good room for clothes and shoes, access flap is a bit stiff and it could do with a couple little compartment pockets.

Seems solidly built. I have a few bags like this from different manufactures. Seems in line with the build and quality of those.

Very packable, large bag. Durable feel. The backpack option is required.

I have a duffel that I use all the time, and don't really need another... but this will probably be a gift for my son who has caught the travel bug.

Very sturdy. Easy to pack. I wish that the backpack straps were on the bottom/back of the bag so that they didn't add bulk to the flap that sips over the packing area.

I have a problem. I will always take more bags. Always. This bag is well designed. Striking color to differentiate between everyone else's bag.

Have not used. Looks great for an upcoming hiking trip in Iceland .easy to pack and carry . Love the protective fabric

Durable, water proof, and multi-use ability is awesome. Wish it had a least two compartments inside though. That would make it perfect!

Solid. I can't wait to take this out on a real trip, instead of just a pretend trip to test it out. Great size. most of my other travel bags are either too small or two big... and get sorta floppy unless I stuff them full. My current favorite duffel has a over the shoulder strap, which can be convienent, but I've been needing something uniform on my back... and the optional backpack straps on the Osprey Transporter are a welcome sight.

love that it can be a duffle or a pack! but to squeeze it back into the size it arrived in is not possible haha.

I wish there were more pockets in/on this. There are really only two functional pockets for him large this is. It would be REALLY nice to have a place or two to stash small things like keys, chapstick, phone, charger, a snack bar, ECT.

Awesome bag with a ton of useful pockets and functions. Especially like the backpack strap conversion option.

love osprey and the products they produce. great versatile duffel bag

I have used it on one trip so far, it held up well and the water proof exterior was useful.

I have a couple of other sizes of all these Osprey duffel bags so this is a welcome addition to my collection. These are well-made bags and I really like the size that was included in the collection.

I have a black hole duffle a little larger and have been wanting a smaller one, love the packability and the straps

Love this product as I already have a previous. Erosion of this. Love osprey products and have too many bags :) but will continue to collect the bags. May have preferred the other bag but you would have no idea I already have excellent taste and owned the same bag

I play on a semi-pro paintball team, and the duffel bag was the perfect size to carry my gear. It seems well constructed.

This bag had loads of nice features. The only thing I'd add is handles on either side of the opening, so that I can easily carry it without zipping it up.

Use this duffel as a gear carrier on road trips the last few years. The features that originally drew me to it were a clean design with a lack of stitching on the outside of the bag (which inevitably gets scuffed and shredded), the large U-shaped zip opening, and pockets. The colors and sizes are also nice. Overall we've been really happy with it. The combo carry handle and pack straps are great. My only complaints I hope Osprey will soon improve is that the zipper pulls are short and not very effective. I wish they'd use real, nickel-plated zipper pulls, especially on the large main zip. Also (and this goes for most manufacturers), I wish they'd stop putting giant logos all over the bag. I don't care to look like an advertisement, especially when traveling. It'd be nice to have a more understated logo size.

Not appropriate for hiking but a capacious duffel for airbnb or hostel based vacation

Easy to use will probably use it again in the future.

Good bag, lots of space. The only thing I do not like is how the straps are stored.

Love the product but the mustard color is not great. The blue in the booklet would have been better.
