I have used for one time. But it was scratched in many places!

I like the product but it does scratch very easily. I used it once even with a protective cover and it was all scratched up after my flight. Very disappointed as I paid a lot for it.

It's a fine luggage. I just wish Samsonite designed this series so the smaller carry-on size of this series fits inside this one and this one fits inside the 28" version but they don't, thus, they take up a lot of room when you're storing them .

Loved the light weight of it. But after one long trip, it looked like it was at least 5 years old. the scratches were deep and very noticeable. I would buy a different model.

Haven't used it yet because the size of it is awkward. Not quite practical. And return is a hassle.

I bought 4 of these in different sized. They were stylish but the surface were terribly designed. Don't have any resistance of wear and tear at all. The good part are they are light and can be expanded.

Absolutely disappointed with the surface quality as it scratched so badly after first use, on second use, almost all sides were scratched. Understand airport luggage handling is rough, but I own 6 Samsonite luggages. None had this issue. Wondering if I can ask for a replacement. Just bought it a month back. Using it for the third trip already.

I bought this luggage less than a year ago and it immediately scuffed with my first trip. This is only from normal wear and tear traveling. I'm super disappointed because I had another set of samsonite that lasted me probably about 8 years but that style was discontinued but just assumed that all their products are great and was sorely mistaken by this line.

Each time we've used our bags something fails. The zipper failed the first time, the second time a plastic piece ( I think the built in tag)came loose and we were unable to reattach. Seem to get very scratched up so, our new luggage looks worn, right out the gate. (No pun intended) . We have 3 of these but next go round we will likely look elsewhere since there doesn't seem to be a good warranty for these kinds of defects.

This was exactly the size I was looking for but unfortunately, the zippers broke in two separate instances. Customer service was great and helpful (and issued refunds/replacements twice) but wish this suitcase worked out.

I recently used this luggage during our 2-week trip, having used it only twice. The luggage is easy to navigate, which I found particularly convenient. I chose the white color after reading some reviews that mentioned it easily gets scratched, thinking that it might not be as noticeable. However, I was disappointed to find that, despite its color, the luggage accumulated quite a few scratches after just two uses as a carry-on. I wish they could improve the scratch resistance to better maintain the appearance.

I currently own 3 Freeform Large spinners and have traveled extensively with them. The scratches on the exterior is just something you have to get over. I mean, they are beautiful beforehand and all scratches will become very visible after light use. The wheels of one cracked, the zipper broke on another, and the handles have been doing pretty well after multiple usage. If I knew it would scratch this much, I would probably have opted for a more rubber exterior. I currently have the Freeform carry-on and when they went to check it in, I reached out like NoOoOo to avoid the scratches. Wonderful suitcases just be prepared to get upset at the scratching. P.S. After uploading my photos, I am embarrassed that I was checking these suitcases in with the scratches.

We purchased all 3 sizes looking to replace some older luggage. We recently used the Med sized bags for our trip to Europe. It appears the matte finish isn't very durable and shows every single scratch on it. The stippling design easily scratched ed and flakes not the best look for a brand new bag. The rubber trim is somewhat flimsy as well. When we arrived back to our home airport one of the bag's rubber trim was all bent out of shape from being transported or who knows what the TSA baggage handlers do to your luggage behind closed doors. Still the product should be designed to anticipate such rough handling especially from a manufacturer like Samsonite who used have a commercial stating not even an angry gorilla could damage their product. I guess those days are long gone. Lesson learned, a well known product name no longer means anything when they do not uphold their reputation.

I bought the medium and large Freeform to use on our trip to Hawaii. The two suitcases are scraped, scratched, gouged and look awful after one airline trip! I bought the burgundy color thinking it would not show marks but I am certainly beyond disappointed. I will only use these two pieces for car trips as I don't think they would survive another trip through baggage handling at an airport. I also had problems with the locks! I would recommend not buying!

This is an amazing luggage, great size, durable, wheels are so smooth, and modern beautiful colors. Unfortunately, on my International travel, the TSA 3-dial didn't work for TSA officials in London. They tried to use all their keys to inspect the luggage, they called another guy with more keys, and none opened it. They had to use pliers to break the zippers, to open it. Now, I do not know what to do because I can zip the luggage fine but the locks are not functional at all.

I love the look, color and the wheels, unfortunately I'm disappointed in the quality. Just one trip, the very 1st trip, the logo/plague already cracked and luggage is showing scratches :( While my son's Ricardo carry-on (much cheaper) still looks brand new on its 5th trip...so we know it's not airlines neglect or whatever the warranty says abt wear & tear...it's just Samsonite Freeform quality is not up to par.

I bought this as a set and on the first trip the corner was dented. It still works, but not the quality I expected from Samsonite.

Not sure why this is over 62" linear dimensions. Even thought looks great, I don't want to get into trouble as many airlines don't allow over 158 cms/62 linear inches.

Instructions unclear on how to change the code on the luggage and I received the item dirty and a few scuff marks.
