If you suffer from Morton’s Neuroma these insoles are fantastic. Finally I can remove my shoes at the end of a 12 hour shift without bringing me to tears! Even with moving from shoe to shoe, they look and feel brand new 6 months later. Paired with Hoka One One for best comfort and relief. Buying a 2nd pair today!

Best insole that I have found for preventing Morton's neuroma recurrance once the inflamation has subsided.

An excellent option for non-custom inserts. Gave my foot the exact support I needed and filled in the gaps of support not provided by my running shoe alone. Material seems high quality and durable.

Really is "ultra" support, too much support for my needs. I think these are meant for sports, not for just walking and standing at work. I have plantar fasciitis, and these just aggravated my symptoms plus hurt in other areas of my foot. Im not sure who these are made for, but they are not made for me.

I have pretty high arches, and these weren't nearly enough arch support. Too bad, because the met pad seemed to be in the right place and was fairly firm (which I need for some bursitis/neuromas in my foot). To give a relative idea of my arch height, the only OTC orthotic that suits my high arches are the Superfeet green; nothing else comes close--maybe the PowerStep Pinnacle, which also has a pretty high arch. So if you think the Superfeet green or the Pinnacles have too much arch, and you need the built-in met pad, you might like these. But I also think that the arch support on these are way too squishy and flatten like a pancake when you actually bear weight on them--generally, most people will benefit from a more "semi-rigid" arch.
I'd also recommend:

These are comparable to Superfeet Blue insoles, maybe even better! They are more cushioned. I think they cost less also

I have been using these for over 10 years. I won't wear a pair of shoes without them.

These fit my New Balance shoes perfectly and were easy to slip in. Very sturdy for the regular foot wanting a little more support.

As a larger person I needed a little extra support for my feet and arches - these insoles fit the bill! I have a pair for my walking shoes and am getting another pair for my work shoes. I spend a lot of time on my feet (standing desk) so they make sense for me. I tried a few different types and these have been the best.

Makes an ordinary pair of sneakers fell custom made to my foot. I have had knee and ankle problems and these help.

Only reviewing so others don't make the same mistake I did. I was just looking for a good insole for my running shoes, but these were extremely painful. I don't suffer from arch problems, so I probably should have avoided these and purchased something less extreme.

I have plantar fasciitis. I have been wearing NB400 orthotics with the NB990 tennis shoes. The NB400 orthotics are hard to find. I was hoping this would be a good substitute. It was not and hurts under the arch. I purchased Dr. Scholl's for plantar fasciitis instead. While the Dr. Scholl's aren't as stiff as the NB400, they are a close match. I wish Zappo's carried the NB400 orthotics.
