Customer Reviews New Balance by Superfeet Pressure Relief Insole w/ Metatarsal Pad

I tried 4 different insoles to see if I could find one that worked well for me. This one was undoubtedly the best. It has good cushioning, arch support and heel stability. I have a neuroma on one foot and a heel stability problem on the other foot. This insert helps with both problems. I have had athletic shoes with good cushioning in the past, but just not enough to make my feet comfortable in daily activity like walking and other low impact activities. The other inserts I tried were: New Balance Ultra Support 3810, Powerstep Pinnacle, and Orthaheel Active Maximum Support. Thanks to Zappos for providing me with a choice of good possibilities!

these are comfy but the metatarsal support is in the wrong spot, I think these are for people who supinate (foot rolls outward). my foot rolls inward. the spongy covering feels really good, but this is not the right support for my needs.

this is the only insole that NB makes that is for the wide foot 2e to6e. this is the most comfortable and supportive insole I have used. the metatarsal pad is in just the right spot. If you have a high instep like I do you will need to loosen the shoelaces and relace them so they will not be too tight in the instep area. these will work best in shoes that have plenty of toe room like the mw411, the 608v5, mw577 or similar shoes made on the SL-2 last or the mx-001 last. both types of lasts give you plenty of toe room for these insoles. should last for at least 1-2 yrs. enjoy.

i wear a 38 (eur) or an 8-8.5-9 wide US. I have been buying these in an 8.5-9 Womens. They fit all my shoes well and are quite comfortable. They give me the extra padding and metatarsal support that i need for my problem feet. i love them!

This insole does wonders for my Morton's neuroma!

Excellent for daily relief of morton's neuroma. At first it didn't seem adequate, but after the inflamation died down, it prevents re-injury. I use it every day.

The only reason I am returning these is I they push my foot?arch up to high in my shoes making them too tight. I even ordered a size larger and wider but still too tight with my high arch.

Wow what a relief! Before wearing this insole I had shooting pains in the metatarsal region of my feet. With this insole I was able to keep running pain free. Highly recommend!

this is the perfect insole for metatarsalgia. it was not the first one I tried but this one works

The arch support was comfortable but the metatarsal support was way too much for me. For those with flat feet, I would recommend the 3020 insole without the metatarsal support.

Why are these forty bucks? I was expecting something very different from the $15 inserts I bought at CVS.

Accidentally got the set with the metatarsal pad, it seems. Honestly, these felt like I had a rock in the middle of my foot and I can't imagine who these would be good for. Do not get these unless you have a known issue that the metatarsal pad will help with. The neutral ones are great.

Too thick to fit in any shoe. Impossible to keep the heel on the shoe because it is to high at the heel. The size is too big and had to be trimmed. ( now I cannot return it ). It cause a large bruise on my toe. I cannot possibly use this to play sport. Shoe will never fit right
